the alternative here is to ... do nothing.. and let the scammer win this.  dont let this happen. collectively we are greater than he is and when cac v2 hits ATH (all time high) he will kick himself in the ass for ditching us and scamming our btc.

Right - so if we switched to a new FRESH chain he would loose all his pre mine regardless.  The pre mine coins would NOT count as shares twards the new fresh block chain.  (if we ere to switch totally to a new chain).

The actual price of 1 sat is NOTHING considering the only reason it even got to 1 SAT was because my group and others within the community PAID BTC to get votes on swiss cex and votes to get on c-cex.  So worse case scenario we pay again to get CAC v2 - reloaded on the same exchanges giving the new coin the same value.  

If we move to a new chain we can also drastically decrease the amount of coins from whatever billions to 10 million or so... this makes them more rare / scarce which should make them more valuable.

The main point here is we have a STRONG community - we should not kill it - we need to find a way to move forward and so I am proposing here all I can and offering all the help I can to migrate in the forward direction.

Ok we have some things to consider - Based on the fact that the "Dev" had pre mined a shit - we need to consider - do we want to keep working on this chain, and make it popular, only for him to dump his pre mine. (make him rich).

Or should we create a new Genesis Block on the Fresh chain. ?   We could use your current holdings of CAC towards shares (coins) on the new chain.  This would allow us also to reduce the number of coins, as well as change some other variables that would make sense for long term.

So for instance lets say there were 100 CAC total and you owned 1 CAC.  You would own 1% of total CAC.  On the new Fresh chain - we could ensure you owned 1% of the new coins. 

Please vote here what you think is best - we want to drive this coin based on community input and not our sole decisions.  Communities build projects, not individuals.

hit 5k dump to 4.. buy back to 5... hit 5k... dump to 4... rebuy to 5.. this is good.  Someone is accumulating - when someone accumulates like this it means they expect the coin to have a much higher price in the near future.  The price is being kept in the 4-5k range for a reason I think.

We regret to inform you that it appears as though the Dev has left the scene.  This is a very unfortunate situation, especially considering the circumstances.  You must know, the person you cal Dev here was in fact no Dev at all.  Allan Jordan (Dev) was excessively asking for Bitcoin donations from many members of the community to help get his coin (CAC) "Developed".  This includes members of the pool operations and members of the Canadian Investors Club.  In this last attempt, and after donations were given to "Develop" this coin further on a new algorithm "X15" he took our BTC and disappeared.   Allan if you are reading this you should either come forward and let everyone know what is going on or try your best to hide.  I am confident there are enough pissed off people now who have invested and lost money both within California and outside in other parts of the world.

With this said,

The Canadian Investors club and the Pool operators and other essential members have decided the California Coin community is too strong to just let "Dissipate".  We are proposing for the first time in coin history to "FORK THE DEV".  

We propose to to Fork the Dev and make CAC one of the most innovative and ground breaking coins that block chain technology has to offer.   This would include immediately changing the CACs algorithim from Scrypt to FRESH.  If you have no heard of FRESH here is some info :

This new algorithm consumes 15% to 20% less energy compared to x11 / x13 / 15. The FRESH algorithm cherry picked and combined the most low energy hashing algorithms (SHAVITE, SIMD & ECHO) which results in the most ENERGY efficient hashing solution available. the twitter post is fake - pretty easy to fake a twitter message just search "fake twitter message"  - this was some whale wanting to lower the prices so that you would sell into him - sad thing is, his tactics probably worked

why risk my coins? im not risking anything bro... i have CHEAP power ... i have a miner in my basement ... FRESH proof of work means i have little to no extra power charges or damage to my cards when im mining this coin.  I am not risking anything.  The only thing I am risking by not mining this, is loosing out on free money.
