822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pulsar Relaunch | Transcendent Concepts | Open Competition Distribution on: July 07, 2015, 11:06:21 AM
The high difficulty of the pools would have really slowed the small fork so 577 is prob correct, could not have been much sooner

If it forked at 577 I don't see a big problem, because now is only 642, but if it was
at 1 block why I have to loose all my coins although I was on the right fork from the launch?

We are not proposing a relaunch.  Whatever decision is made, prefork coins will be intact.
maybe you really should accept supernova chain, a lot of ppl were mining and without pools i don't see how this coin will succeed.. as ocminer already explained:

Suprnova, can you please temporarily pause your daemon, delete your blockchain data, and sync to the nodes again they are still at 577 block

Pool.mn, please resync with us.

We can get this fork resolved, it happened at block 577.

it is not so easy as you think as all the blocks since 577 > 10xx are/were already mined and credited on the pool. So if I reset the blockchain, I'd have to rework the whole transactions database to get that stuff sorted out.

IMHO its too much work, you'd be better off with a "new" pool here.

And BTW: I tried connecting from a separate server to your nodes, they STILL do NOT work...

guys i know paidfudder can be a bit annoying and sometimes a bit rude, however ...he has been following crave for a  long time and i think financial stress can make people say things they don't mean. He prob feels disappointed and at times thinks this is all a scam. It will fine m8, just relax a bit and im sure that icm will deliver the goods. ( if you cant handle this rants, ignore him )
We have everything we need in crave , a great dev, an innovative coin, an awesome community with some really smart guys, website, multipool and much more, we get thousands of views everyday and we have an opportunity to shake up the whole world of trade. Icm is well aware of this and if it was a scam he could've left a very very long time ago. hang in there cravers our time will come.  Cool

if your bored read this. http://www.nationofchange.org/2015/07/05/greece-what-you-are-not-being-told-by-the-media/?utm_content=buffer53453&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer
word! thanks for explaining to newcomers.

There was no dump today, I sold just over 1000 coins to help stop the delisting. Now it's time for the Dev to get his finger out.
Cheesy you could buy and sell to yourself if you wanted to help, did it several times lol but thanks for distributing your coins. you have more to sell? i am waiting down with NoobKidOnTheBlock

thank you chef, ahhh fresh air  Cheesy

INFO: for newcomers: old thread with 710 pages and almost 400k views got spammed so badly from trolls and fuddsters which at the end started insulting ICM (dev). So that Moderated thread was the only Option to stop that nonsense.
If you guys need help Setting up Adrealines (Masternodes) on your VPS (ubuntu) just PM and we can talk Wink

Wonderful PM from PaidFudder:

"canu pls write "rekt" into the thread ...?  Grin"

You guys are ridiculous.  I think its about that time for a moderated thread.
moderated thread sounds good. any update chef? we craving for long time now
835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CRAVE 1st POS Masternodes | Dark Assets | I2P | Market =Embrace The Dark= on: July 05, 2015, 09:51:13 AM

What are your purposes Mr. and Mrs. FUDDERs? Please tell me an rational answer. We know that you dont have any crave . You dont have any bitcoin even. I havent seen any dump . Do you really think that crave community is poor? We have overcome much danger like sologap theft, huge dumps, etc... but we are still here and we are still strong. Do you think that we ll leave crave alone coz of your cheap and lack of brain posts? You ll be alone forever with your fuds but we ll be stronger with your fuds.

P.S: I dont care what you reply . Coz you are all ignored  Grin Try to pm if you want me to read your posts.
omg the most fudded thread ever, i have a suggestion for you guys who want to exit: place your sell walls @70k and i am sure you will get bought up  Wink just leave it there. 10, 20, 50 btc.. no problem just don't dump and you will get bought up.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CRAVE 1st POS Masternodes | Dark Assets | I2P | Market =Embrace The Dark= on: July 04, 2015, 04:55:48 PM

 Grin
yes real beauty  Cool ty icm
837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] YOVI - Yobit Virtual Coin - First Raise Only Market is Open! on: July 03, 2015, 08:38:57 PM
its pretty clear how this will work out at the end. so you have sellers creating always bigger wall as more ppl buys until it starts slowing down creating bigger and bigger sell wall (already happening 5btc) and leaving huge bag holders because no buyers.. GL and be careful! i will skip this one, only early birds got all the profits.
838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Tamagucci | Nostalgia | Scrypt |4 days POW | Proof Of Care rewards! on: July 03, 2015, 08:09:50 PM

Maybe I make something wrong....

Restart wallet.

839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CRAVE 1st POS Masternodes | Dark Assets | I2P | Market =Embrace The Dark= on: July 03, 2015, 08:07:20 PM

840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CRAVE 1st POS Masternodes | Dark Assets | I2P | Market =Embrace The Dark= on: July 03, 2015, 06:58:19 PM
Does the masternode.conf concept from dash also work for crave?
I tried but it seems not to work.

masternode.conf
#alias ipaddress:port masternode_private_key collateral_output collateral_output_index
mn1 XXX.XX.XX.XXX:9999 xxxxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyyyyyyyy 1
mn2 XXX.XX.XX.XXX:9998 xxxxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyyyyyyyy 1
mn3 XXX.XX.XX.XXX:9997 xxxxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyyyyyyyy 1

masternode list-conf
{
}

What you are trying to achiev is multiple masternodes from single wallet right? Someone back than said the DASH guide about it should work, but I personally never tried, I am running multiple wallet instances.
most people run a single wallet per node. and start the nodes with a batch file per wallet. the batch file starts up another instance referencing a specific data folder where the conf file telling it what port to run on and what masternode address/ip/port are for the wallet. to keep things sane i reccomend renaming crave-qt.exe to crave-qt1.exe, crave-qt2.exe etc. and puteing them in separate folders each with a DATA named folder within. a batch file would be:
craveqt1.bat
Quote
crave-qt1.exe -datadir=DATA
where the DATA folder has the .conf file
theres been plenty of writeups for running multiple crave nodes: one is here by me: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=997356.msg11183330#msg11183330
and an overly descriptive video here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGFOAdIviuI

hop on slack if you have questions im sure people have still been active there though i havent been in a little bit (sorry!) https://cravecoin-slack.herokuapp.com/

and as always these are just guides (im not responsible for lost destroyed or stolen coins)

very good video jasemoney, thank you for explaining. works great.
