The exchange ignores the problems
When we have read that they aren't ignoring all of the existing problems on their exchange? All of the concerns of their customers/traders that are addressed where all rejected and ignored.
At the moment twitter is filled up with complaints.
Stay also at the scam accusations board, you'll see not few but many complains about how terrible they are.
8242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Hold your keys vs money on exchanges on: January 30, 2018, 07:04:43 PM
My strategy is keep most of my coins on my hardware wallet or appropriate wallets for those altcoins while I remain a very little amount of coins in exchanges that's good for trading. And that amount is only affordable to lose so if ever something happens to the exchange that will not give me too much pain. The fee now isn't a problem, its worth paying for the security for your crypto assets.
8243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to invest 500$ on: January 30, 2018, 05:55:58 PM
buy Bitcoin with the rest.
For someone that thinks bitcoin investment isn't that worth with small amount, he won't buy bitcoin but this is the best coin to buy even with $100 or depending on how much you are willing to invest with. But if you don't want to invest in bitcoin and you are scared that it will plummet again, there's ETH and if you want to, you can also invest to the cheap coins that you can have thousands in quantity.

You relaying on my personal view of bitcoin as the investment but most of the people thinks that they can get the more money in the cheap altcoins or new airdrops comes in the market. But we will not surely says that those projects will get success in the market for sure but people still believing that and invest without knowledge.
Atleast they can invest on ethereum or Monero that is maximum you have to do to get the more money back.
The same thoughts? It's popular that bitcoin isn't chosen by a portion of newbies that are trying to invest in cryptocurrency as they can see bitcoin is a bit expensive but situation is becoming in favor to them as the price of bitcoin starts to decrease again and its totally giving them a good chance of buying it while its low. Its riskier to invest into those cheap altcoins and when there's no buy order there, you need to wait until someone gets interested of buying that coin.

8245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Trading and profit, how do you set your goals? on: January 29, 2018, 06:50:22 PM
Hello everyone,
What profit in % you are after when you are opening positions?
I'm talking about not only day trading but in a bit longer terms like a week or so.
If its not day trading then 10%-50% for a week or more than shall be enough and its already a good call for you to sell and exit.
I tried trading with 50$ in Nov-Dec, made them 180 and then decided to enter right before the dip, now I'm mostly holding to recover, thanks to the BTC im on + and some coins are already on + like CND + 70.69% and XRP +20.46% but others are on - 20,30,40%
Wondering now shall I sell the ones on + and reinvest or wait for more gain? Just to note all my investments in altcoins are around 600$.
You can definitely sell those coins that you have gain in + while those - should be kept and wait for their rise. I'm also holding some coins that are still needed to wait for its pump.
8246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Campaigns on: January 29, 2018, 05:38:51 PM
Sometimes it is very hard to find the best campaign because everything seems to be very interesting but after completion of ICO, they failed to send the coins on time. So always check the managers because some manager will do research before accepting the campaign.
That's why when you are joining ICO's see to it that you are joining that has a trusted campaign manager. Don't join those bounties that has an unfamiliar bounty manager or your efforts will be wasted at the end of the ICO. There are cases before that even a successful ICO was held the devs managed to run and scam their participants and even their investors. And by this incident this should increase the awareness to all ICO participants and investors to be keen when choosing.
8247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who works in crypto industry? on: January 29, 2018, 04:43:14 PM
I know mining and bounty takes a lot of your time, but I mean work with everyday schedule and salary.
I don't mine, neither with cloud or hardware. I usually check out my trades, I'm with day trading but of course bitcoin for long term holding.

1.What do you do? 2.What is your position? 3.Do you like your work?
1. I have businesses outside crypto while working on a simple office, nothing that much work to do.
2. Owner & office employee, no big deal with my position.
3. Definitely.

Good luck with your project!

In the real world I'm just a coffee farmer
Removed that for you, be proud man. I admire farmers!

Thank you for kind words!

And I agree. JUST? Coffee farmer? Dude, everyone appreciates your work a lot. Without you - work would be unbearable
Welcome, well that's what I'm saying about what he said so I removed the JUST thing.
nothing is easy in this world, you must do hard work if you success, and i am enjoying my every work, if you love your work then work will give you success. i love those bounty and trading.
Nothing is easy in this world but if you'll think of those hard things in an easy way you can do everything you can. And employees mustn't forget that enjoying every work you do is what they all should do and so if you work in crypto industry or not, just enjoy and love your job.
8248  Other / Meta / Re: How do I get merit and trust? on: January 29, 2018, 03:40:01 PM
I am still new in this and i want to learn more about it. I just want to asked what is merit and trust for? How can i earn merit and trust and where can i get it?
Merit is used for the low ranks to encourage them posts in high quality but its also applicable to the high ranks. If someone found your post to be informative, you will earn it.
Trust is used to give feed back if trade is successful or a member is a scammer.
Are merits and trusts important here?
Trust and merit are earned so yes they are both important.
8249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BITCONNECT...Scam? on: January 27, 2018, 08:56:47 AM
How much is the price of bitconnect when your aunt invested? Damn, that's a big money and your aunt's palm is already on here face now. How did your aunt come up investing to bitconnect? Did someone from her yoga mates asked her to invest because they made money from it?
8250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple Recover? on: January 27, 2018, 08:38:39 AM
I know it has been around for a while but is it just going to continue dropping?
We don't if it's drop will be continue, how come you ended up investing to XRP? Are you just riding the hype before so you waited for it's dip before buying?
I realize it is all speculative but I would appreciate some insight if you have any.
This is what others are saying too about bitcoin, ETH and the whole cryptocurrency market. If you don't want to cut losses, just hold - it's effortless.

8252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which exchange service is your favourite? on: January 27, 2018, 07:46:30 AM
Never used changenow.io and I have used the other two for a couple of trades but right now on I'm using binance for my daily trades. And though registrations are disabled, I can jump off to other exchanges like changelly. When I want to step on other exchange this is what I prefer.
about Changelly and verification is a good point.
No ID verification = less hassle.

ChangeNOW is fairly new. Never had a problem with them: no verification, no limits and 0.5% commission
I see that's why I'm not familiar with changenow and this is good for us who are looking for an exchange that has the lowest fees.
I haven't used the exchanges mentioned by you. Tried Changelly once, but their so called "miner's fees" is so much more than the actual miner fees of a particular coin. Never touched Shapeshift and Changenow.io.
Most of the exchanges now does have an "expensive" fee so try to keep on looking with other exchanges that will give us some good fees to cover when withdrawing.
I personally use blocktrades.us for almost instant exchanges. I found it easy to use, no verification or even signup and fee is also very less. Fees varies according to the network congestion. Most people use it for Steem/SBD to Litecoin/Bitcoin exchanges.
This is another unfamiliar exchange for me.  Grin
8253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Signature Bounties and local language forums on: January 27, 2018, 07:28:01 AM
I'm curious what other members experience is with signature campaigns and getting the required weekly post counts in local language forums?
If the rule of that campaign is clear that they are not excluding posts from local boards then it's fine to stay in that board.
I have a friend who is interested in joining a signature campaign however his English is not great. Would he be able to exclusively post in his own local language sub-forum?
Yes, better to stay in local board if he can't join discussion and can't wrote English sentences or what. But having average, English literacy should be fine. Just don't post useless posts on English Boards.
What are other members experiences with bounty campaign policy generally regarding this? I realize each campaign is different but I'm just after a general sentiment.
Just follow rules, rules of the forum and rules of the campaign you joined. If you're better at local, then stick with it but there's always room for improvement.
8254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Twitter campaign questions. on: January 26, 2018, 05:25:19 AM
Hi guys! So I recently joined a few Twitter campaign/bounties and I'm just wondering if they're worth it?
If you have a lot of crypto related followers then it's a very worth it campaign to join. But about the bounties, you should join only those worthy ICO's.
And does it pay good or do they really pay you?
Yes they do really pay just join those twitter campaigns that has escrow funds.
I'm just a bit worried since this is actually my first time doing these things and I don't want to waste my time participating and in the end I don't get paid at all.
Worrying that much won't help if your efforts were wasted or not, just like I said join only those worthy ICO bounties, so the initiative must start from DYOR.

8256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet Vs Exchange on: January 26, 2018, 04:16:33 AM
If you're planning on holding certain altcoins for a longer period of time, it's advised to keep them in a secure desktop or hardware wallet.
You're always running the risk that the exchange gets hacked or that they'll disappear with your coins.
Never put that amount in binance 100,000 TRX is worth 0.617 BTC's currently. Missing the waves of moving with every single sats with that volume of coin is a big loss if ever a trader will have time of transferring it. But that's not a problem if your security, I mean your funds security is at risk. Better to experience the hassle and take time to effort when sending your TRX to binance just for selling. But if that amount to you is acceptable to lose when something happens, it's up to you.
8257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to evaluate potential ICO projects? on: January 26, 2018, 03:46:49 AM
As I known, ICO is a kind of risky investment. Similar to the IPO which is the form of invite for capital investment, but when buying IPO, investors can research the information about the company they invested, find out about official finance reports and be protected by law when joining. In contrast, ICO projects are often rather ambiguous and unprotected by government so the risk is so high for investors.
So how to evaluate a potential ICO project, look forward to receiving comments from you  Smiley
IPO's were popular before but now everyone has been crazy with different ICO's. Determining the potential of an ICO project, you must be aware that they have KYC (majority of them now) that will benefit their investors and as well as the company. Looking at their white paper, main goal, road map and everything relating to the project can be done next but the first move you have to do is the people behind it, know if they have experience or they are the real ones who are operating that ICO.
8258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Yobit new withdrawal fees on: January 26, 2018, 03:19:37 AM
What about Ethereum? usually the fee is only 0.01eth, or about $ 10.
Maybe the yobit fee goes up because the btc price goes down.
They are not the only one who's increasing the fees to their major altcoins. Binance does too, compare the TRON withdrawal fee of yobit it's 300 TRX, ETH withdrawal fee = 0.005, bitcoin withdrawal fee = 0.0012 BTC.
For someone that doesn't have that much fund on yobit can't withdraw one transaction many times it's better to take the fees lightly, withdraw with big amounts of the coins you want to check out.

Well, if we withdraw to exchange with money, I prefer to use ETH.
Better to withdraw it with DOGE and that's what I prefer, lower fees and faster ETA. Sometimes ETH is also taking a lot of time because of the congestion and the same problem revolving around it because of it's popularity too + smart contracts.
fee withdraw of yobit is crazy, i have experience withdraw dogecoin from yobit then fee trx is 300 doge, I think this is crypto crimes, lol
This is why exchanges are making a lot of money through withdrawals, they are not the only one that has crazy fees.

By the way, week 8's BTC payments were just sent. Check your wallets guys. graft-project seems quite busy with the ICO and mainnet so a little delay in payments.
Thanks Edwardard and graft, loving my stay since the beginning. Hoping for the successful ICO.
