My friend received an email from Coins.ph stating that they cannot continue to support him on their platform. Coins.ph did not elaborate the exact reason. My friend now wants to cashout all his money but Coins.ph wants a notarized request for account termination and withdrawal of funds plus valid ids. So if you guys plan to keep you money Coins.ph, think about it, as this may happen to you. I have a screen shot of the email that Coins.ph sent to my friend and I asked his permission to post his negative experience with this company.

Bitcoin did overcome but I won't consider that it is successfully defeated China. There's no competition with China or something like that.

The issue with jp morgan is probably over but the chinese fiasco i think isn't over just yet. There are still exchanges running and people trading there and the government hasn't cracked down on everything yet but bitcoin has shown resiliency so whatever happens in china likely won't have that big effect of btc anymore Not that really over, I don't know if this person Jordan Belfort the wolf of wall st is a dog of JP Morgan Chase Ceo Jamie Dimon. As he's supporting the statement of Dimon about bitcoin being a fraud. And for the Chinese issues about ban of exchange it's just going to happen for awhile as there are news around there it will be off after the communist congress election there. |

But they're setting a deadline of December 14th 2017. If you haven't withdrawn or sold by then, you lose your bitcoincash coins. Nice this is a good move for those people that stored a lot of bitcoins at their xapo cold storage account. I want some more good news on them and that would be the reduction of their fees, that is a better news. At least they didn't sell user's bch like localbitcoins, they're giving option to the users to sell or withdraw. i wonder why this isn't on cointelegraph or other bitcoin news sites.
Yeah it's good to know that they took care of the BCH's of their customers. Well i think its not worth it to get my bitcoin cash there because i only have few bitcoins left i think around 0.005 so if i withdraw or exchange the bitcoin cash from xapo its not worth it..

Surely bitcoin has made an impact to thousands of people worldwide. People have earned greatly because of it. Many of them took a lot of patience and endurance in terms of investing and trading it in the market. For the young ones it could be also a good avenues for them to start on it and work hard for it as well.
I will not recommend that for youngsters who don’t have any second source of money to invest all on bitcoins rather I will advise them to start investing in small amounts learn to make money through trading and get experience. Then put all of their money in bitcoins to make sensible profits in the market. Why? It's good to let them get into bitcoin while they are young so that they can understand what bitcoin really is. And at their age they can understand what bitcoin really is. It's like training them while they are so it's a perfect timing while they are young they should be in bitcoin. It's up to those youngster if they will depend on bitcoin. |

Is Ark and Wave good for long HOLD?  It depends on how you believe those coins and as a matter of fact all of the coins has the chance be good for holding. Wave is a good alt coin and there are so many people that are holding it, so I advice you to keep on holding with waves. It's not that bad as it means that your country authorizes ICOs and they are recognizing it.
But it will be no longer decentralized if they are going to regulate ICO's, just like what China is doing now they are just waiting for the regulatory laws before lifting the ban.

I'm not a xapo user anymore and correct me if I'm saying it wrong that xapo is the same with coinbase that xapo to xapo wallet is for free. And some other exchanges does have this feature to their users. Better to use blockchain.info they are now neutralized in terms of the fees. Their fee is quite very low now. You are correct. Xapo to Xapo transfers are free, same like Coinbase off-chain transfers. But Coinbase is better at one aspect - they don't charge fees for receiving small transactions. Blockchain.info isn't a perfect wallet, but they are better than these centralized wallets. Thanks for verifying it. I forgot that thing about xapo, they suck on receiving small transactions. They are going to charge you with higher fee than the small amount that you are about to receive. And that's why xapo is no longer good. An update also that they will no longer operate for bitcoin debit card holders outside Europe. Xapo is honestly good in faucet before but right now if you receive faucet earnings its not worth it to withdraw because of the fee.. I stop using it not only about the fee also i am always having hard to login in their website even i clear browser and cache.. and you can not withdraw all your bitcoins there you need to leave few bitcoins.. If you really wanted to control your fee better to choose a wallet like electrum as a good wallet since before never had any issue when using it.. I know about that and I'm one of those people that are using them before when I started on claiming with faucets because they are friendly with people who are earning low amount. And the changes made everyone stop them to use especially those small amount claimers because the fees are even higher rather than their sending amount. Almost all bitcoin transaction costs are expensive, this is not just happening in xapo but coinbase and blocktrail too, I expect the bitcoin transaction fee as it used to be for free.
