I'm still here

You would think a good policy would be, lag over 10 minutes??? no trading....
This should be a good policy for traders AND exchanges.
Take your damn common sense and logic and get the hell out of here!

Anyone want to hazard a guess where today is going to end up at?
$252 based on absolutely nothing.

Apparently I continued sleeping

Probably that is why it is skyrocketing non stop. I just want to buy back some BTC that I may lose due to instawallet (still hoping to claim them back) , MtGox takes 4days for dwalla, OTC ask 3~5% premium, coinbase is running out of inventory.
In this environment, how someone even call it a top? (Maybe just because of this "frenzy"?)
My credit union is integrated with Dwolla...my funds are there in less than an hour. Guess I'm just lucky?

Is it just me or is nothing happening on mtgox?
just you Meh. Anyone else? tried to delete cookies/cache etc, still 141.32 and nothing happens. Working fine

I cashed out at $14.91 on the way up. I just didn't feel like the rally could be supported. I'm going to sit out for a day or two and see what happens now. $$$ is in the exchange though, just waiting to double the amount of coins I had

It seems that for a few hours my workers were sending shares to unknown destination. There is no public work atm, and I can see only the private pool counter change. However, I did check the private pool, and it didn't have any work routed for some time now. I've stopped my workers, and switched pools manually, but shares counter on GPUMAX's dashboard still running, counting private shares as I write this message. I lost around 1btc, before I realised there are no shares coming. I suggest you check your accounts too...made some screenshots with a few minutes interval of my GPUMAX account page, and PPS pool page on same screen, if you want I can upload it.
[EDIT:] I do hope this is only GUI bug, and there is a public work
Same here. GPUMAX was showing I was doing private work, but I had no shares arriving at the pool. I've switched for now.

So note to self:
A $1,000,000,000 order fucks Mt.Gox.

I think I would've waited a few days or so before posting this. Too convenient.

I have located a suspect, his name is 陈建海(Chen Jianhai). He's NOT my friend and we have never met in person. He was one of my previous business associates because he's very familiar with credit card fraud and he advised me a lot (in terms of fraud prevention, of course) when I built my virtual goods payment processor in late 2010.
He has knowledge of my secret gmail address and I have once re-used the password in his web shop
His English is not very proficient and I'm sure that he's not reading this forum at the moment. I'm giving him a call now to persuade him to admit his wrong-doing and return the funds.
I'll post another thread soon.
I was one of the first to predict that zhoutong had taken the money in an inside job. I'm now going to predict that he'll discover his "acquaintance" took the money and it will be returned shortly. And I predict there will still be people that think he is innocent in all this... Already did.

He tried to kill himself
Do you maybe know how? Wasendorf had been hospitalized at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics after attempting suicide outside the company's headquarters in Cedar Falls on Monday by hooking up a tube to his car's tailpipe. He's a pansy.

He tried to kill himself about 3 miles away from me. Kind of a weird story to have happen around here At least 4 people I know are out of work because of this.

And now everyone imagine that it is year 2020 and 1 BTC worth 1 000 000 USD 1kg of gold.
First we need the americans to realise what a kilogram is. Imperial units 4 life!!

If it goes up that high we'll see the price flirt with $5 again. That'll be really awesome for some people and horrible for a lot more.
Fine by me, I'd love to cash out at $10 and buy back at $5.
