841  Other / Archival / Re: [GUIDE] How to cancel or replace an ETH transaction (Metamask, MEW, MyCrypto) on: October 01, 2020, 06:23:49 PM
Clear and brief explanation, you deserve some accolade, I learnt today.
If you have ever been stucked with a pending transaction on ethereum network, you will value what OP has posted. The congestion on ethereum blockchain has made everything becomes difficult to use their network , I could remember last year how easy and fast it was to make a transaction but the recent rush on DeFi has made it hilarious. Requiring an average $8-$10 to make a transaction is ridiculous compare to the services of traditional banks who offer same service to move funds.
The delay on Eth2.0 has made the whole thing a mess. I prefer tron with USDT transactions.
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie's guide to avoid ICO Scam on: October 01, 2020, 04:15:08 PM
Since the emergence of DEFI, ICO (initial coin offering) has been rebranded by many projects in many form after ( IEO ) initial exchange offering  hype by reputable exchanges, this encompasses  bonding curve, believers reward offering and many more for early adopters.
ICO comes with high risk and high reward because of the bonuses and less price when compared to public sales, however, one need a proper research before enrolling in any project that offer this form of crowdfunding.
Recent DeFi hype has left get quick rich investors in darkness because of immense profits, their laziness to read the warnings on the forum and lack of interest on news blog about the recent scam in this field.

845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Blockchain is the fastest as at today and has less failed transaction on: October 01, 2020, 04:33:34 AM
Choosing fastest blockchain is never enough, it should be accompany by less fee, ability to scale and block confirmation.
If you check, there are many projects that are working to improve on pre-existing projects in other to patch the previous problems and improve their standards. (one old example is litecoin from bitcoin).
Ripple and xlm has being my favorite with their own blockchain, they take 3-5 seconds for their transactions confirmation but if dig more, there are more blockchain beyond the ones I mentioned, whichever you choose, they should serve thousands of transactions in seconds.
846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fake token on swap platform on: September 30, 2020, 07:18:33 PM
literately malfunction token. The problem is the token can only 'buy', but can't be sold. There are tricks in the selling code that only the owner (scammer) can sell. Outside people can only buy but never sell successfully. The scammers create the pairing pool using their token, then buy it to create an up-shooting curve. They will come back later to collect all ETHs leaving the garbage tokens stuck in tricked buyer's account.
Decentralizeation comes with disadvantages and that's one of the challenges we are facing. A random person can create token out of no where and list on exchange without liquidity, you can only buy but cannot sell this tokens, it's ridiculous.

They sometimes mimic token that has been listed on exchanges just to lure investors and traders to buy their fake token in returns for Ether or Usdt. The only remedy to this cause is to check smart contract on market cap and Coingecko for confirmination before proceed with any trade.

848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My take on DeFi bounties on: September 30, 2020, 08:00:58 AM
This is nothing different from last year trend, you were here when IEO was making waves in different crypto communities, where project get pump with 500% - 800%, its not different from DeFi trend as well.
1. Why are almost all bounties released today DeFi projects?

You either you get paid for your Job or not, there are other successful DeFi Bounties I have seen and majority turned out to scam. This why everyone should avoid working for junior members, they don't have built reputation in the forum.
The best can also do is to avoid participating on them.

Quote

2. Most of these projects have no information about team
( They are complete anonymous)

Most of these projects are base on trial, team don't want any unforeseen circumstances to affect them in the future.

Quote

3. Majority of them are rushed, you can judge merely looking at website domain and designs

Only a simp will waste money on projects that want to raise hardcap of 7 ETH, I have seen many but there as some that worth the try.
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFTs....Let's Talk About It on: September 29, 2020, 06:12:11 PM
Non fungible tokens is making waves recently and they are disrupting the gaming industry. It can represents what we do every day as well as digital assets including artwork in the real world.
They are also very unique in a such a way that it authenticity is permanent and incapable of being change by anyone. Unlike other ERC-20 tokens on ethereum network, they are rare and cannot be split into smaller denomination.
There are so many applications of NFT in gaming industry, digital art work, crypto collectibles. I have seen the real use-case in DEGO finance and ATTN.
However, they also come with some limitations
850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are DeFi projects trustless? on: September 28, 2020, 11:22:47 PM
DeFi is not just trust less, its a decentralized ecosystem and open source govern by smart contracts. That was the plan and intention, no central authority, belongs to nobody.
This transparency, inclusiveness and autonomy has proved DeFi to be self relying with independent of any other party. It has also give rise to borrowing, lending, decentralized trading (DEX) and peer to peer predictions so easy.
Due to it trust less systems, it gain crypto attention with a total value of 11 billion $USD worth token locked on DeFi.

For every trend, there are some projects that tend to make quick riches without use-case, that's why some investors are still skeptical about the whole hype.
One of the examples is YAM, the developer dump token on investors moving closely 14m worth of Ether from liquidity pool but later apologies after the damage has been done. The trust is not longer there.
Its too early to conclude on the trust part.

Yes please, registration takes 1 minute and their is NO kyc!

Im adding the signatures in the thread now - if there is a serious reason why you cant register on bounty0x but still want to participate in the signature campaign please send me a PM. Smiley
Please make more clear explanation on the screenshot below.

According to the distribution system, every participant earning will be divided into ltx and dag where $DAG will be distributed as soon as the Bounty complete.
The image says otherwise, 40 ltx/dag ( 20ltx, 20dag)
20 dag isnt equivalent to $20.
The current price of dag is $0.0118 which will make that $2-$3

How interesting .... Finally, the OP decided to learn about the rules for bounty companies. Tell us which of your alternate accounts are you going to participate in the subscription company with?
If you look closely, there are more than two of them.

Dragonfund is my account, if you check my history on forum before I created the alt, I have never posted anything important to the forum, I have never contributed any meaningful subject to the forum and that's why I created Dragonfund. I don't intend to used it for any farm or account on Bounties. The account is J. Member and I dnt intend to use it to farm in one way or the other.
I thought having two account is not a crime but using it to farm is the main crime. I have merits also and each account has never received merit from one another.

Are you sure you want to tell me that this is only your second account? Are you seriously? Take a close look at the link @YOSHIE provided and take a look at your trust as well.

And if you look at your history, you are surprisingly lucky. At first, @YOSHIE discovered you, but somehow felt sorry for you, then I discovered that you were breaking company rules, and again neutral trust.

If this is not the third account, which you mentioned that it is not grown for bounty, then there are 4 more? Grin

You are in this forum before I came here and more experienced than me, I respect you for that.

856  Economy / Reputation / Re: Can two accounts promote different signature campaign? on: September 27, 2020, 08:14:19 PM
It depends on the terms of each campaign which you participated, imo. If the terms strongly said its not allowed to enroll with alt then better don't, you just ended up with red tags from DT members if you keep submit your enrollment.
You're right but OP is asking about participating in different sig campaigns with different accounts.
I haven't seen any campaign that prevents its participants from using their alts to join another one.
However, @OP, keep in mind that managing more than o e account and having to meet the weekly quota isn't an easy task and you may find yourself spamming which may reduce your chances of being accepted in a high paying campaign.. do the math!
Thanks for the suggestion, I will put that in my mind.
857  Economy / Reputation / Re: Can two accounts promote different signature campaign? on: September 27, 2020, 05:57:04 PM
Yes, you can. You should read the rules of the campaign that you are going to participate in. Nothing wrong if you aren't abusing the forum rules and campaign rules as well. If you are caught abusing any campaign including a social media campaign, then you would get an immediate tag from the DT members.

By the way, I think this thread should on the Reputation board since it's not a scam accusation. Just keep in mind, don't be a greedy man.
Thank you very much, I appreciate your reply.
858  Economy / Reputation / Can two accounts promote different signature campaign? on: September 27, 2020, 05:23:27 PM
Rules are here for a reason and they aren't meant to be broken. I know that one is permitted to have more than one account in the forum but i dnt know if its allowed to for each of the account to participate in different Bounty.

For example:
Accounts1 participate in project A signature.
Account2 participate in project B signature campaign.

Ps: Just signature campaign only, not social media or other form of campaigns.
859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: dont be too quick to judge the project unidapp on: September 27, 2020, 11:35:00 AM
If the Telegram Username isn't linked to the member who create the previous thread about their scam accusations, this still don't prove anything.
I'm still curious that this may be UniDApp doing to divert the investors attention. I will take them serious when they list their token as promised on Uniswap decentralized exchange.
860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram is trash on: September 27, 2020, 11:27:05 AM
Trust Telegram shillers at your own risk. They always appear as individuals or group of people who always influence innocent investors to fake projects and pump and dump schemes.
Have you come across Telegram of YouTube influencers?
My experience was a bad one, they will make you buy a coin you don't have interested with their hype.
