Someone able to explain what the fork is and what its going to change??

Thanks

First post on this very page shows changes, as well as the OP

Ah ok, thanks man.

On another note, what is the reason for the serious price drop do you think over the last few days, last buy order i places was for 180 sats and sold at 210. Now i can buy for 1sat?? Is this over now or is there a master plan?

Can someone help me out. I know that you can't go wrong buying at 1 sat but it's a bit off putting with such low buy volume. I want to buy some balls but I'm not sure why the price will ever rise? Let me know why people will one day buy balls please and I will buy some.

U can troll all you want guys, no skin of my nose in the slightest. But if you were that interested then you would click on the link and read up on the products. Millions of people take it and millions of people feel better for it everyday. I was just thinking i'd offer people to buy it using BTC and other crypto's as a gesture of my interest in both the programme and crypto.

Thanks

I have been taking some vegetable and fruit capsules for a month now and i have never felt better. I want to take the opportunity to give everyone on this forum the chance for a new lease of life.

http://cn20703.juiceplus.com/

They currently have no option for payments in crypto currency but i can take the payments in any form of currency and then pay in £ (i'm from the UK) from my own back account. I am willing to use and escrow service too as this is nothing but an opportunity for people.

I get at least 4 more hours out of every single day now and i just feel great about myself. Feel free to google Juice plus, read reviews etc. But from my personal experience they have changed my life for the better and even if just one person on here takes the opportunity then they can tell you just how its changed their lives in a months time.

Please, feel free to PM me and i will always be here to help with any questions.

Cheers all! And, go cryptos all round (except scams)!!!!

Last night there was a good post about the idea of betting on sports fixtures using BURST. I am open for taking bets on all of the champions league games tonight. Max bet on any field is 10,000 BURST. I will be giving you the same odds as are on Sky Bet at the time i post this. I will start with Home/Draw/Away choices, but if you have a specific bet then message me and i will check the odds and be happy to take the bet on with you.

TUESDAY - 24th Feb 2015

Juventus 10/11 ---- Draw 12/5 ---- Dortmund 7/2

Manchester City 14/5 ---- Draw 11/4 ---- Barcelona 19/20

WEDNESDAY - 25th Feb 2015

Porto 1/2 ---- Draw 100/30 ---- FC Basel 5/1

Real Madrid 1/5 ---- Draw 11/2 ---- Schalke 12/1

THURSDAY - 26th Feb 2015

Bayern Munich 1/6 ---- Draw 6/1 ---- Shakhtar Donetsk 14/1

Chelsea 10/11 ---- Draw 12/5 ---- Paris St Germain 3/1

If this is popular i will create a website and build from this, this is purely to gather any interest in the idea.

Thanks

P

atcroedufndind is empty. Something wrong with AT? I restarted wallet but same situation.

Its defo working i just looked at it, have you got the atcrowdfund.html in the right location? should be html>UI folder in the wallet package. After that paste http://localhost:8125/atcrowdfund.html into your browser and you should see the crowdfund cases.

I had this problem too when i first tried to look at it.

Would it be possible for anyone to create an AT that allows automated sports betting by using a results API from ESPN? Would of been awesome to of bet BURST on the outcome of the superbowl. I would of lost though  Grin

Here's the problem.. maybe not unsolvable and would be curious to hear your thoughts.  How can you get in the decentralized results into the blockchain in a trustless manner?  Or would you prefer to trust a message coming from a specific address, such as ESPN?

Not saying it's impossible.. but it becomes a tricky problem.

My thought is that maybe you could pay miners to pull in the data and use a decentralized feed, that operates similar to the decentralized timestamps.  Probably could even all pull from the same feed.  Would need to allow miners to say that they don't want to participate though or you could have bigger problems.

Great idea!! Just wish I was knowledgeable enough to know how to make it work!

so...you have a partner who is 'big news' but they won't actually be doing any of the gamer credit development which is what you have now 'developed' for the past year so now you are asking for help.

And people are going nuts for GMC across the exchanges??? why???

...

Another question, the asset exchange, is this live yet? what can i do with this feature?

Asset Exchange is life, read about it here: http://wiki.nxtcrypto.org/wiki/Asset_Exchange

Ok, well i understand NXT's asset exchange, but how do i access the asset exchange through my BURST wallet? My only option is to 'ADD ASSET' but i don't know what assets there are yet?

Confused...

Thanks

This is the third time i have asked the same question... I have installed the wallet transferred my coins, but i still see no AT in the AT crowdfund section. I have restarted as stated above and downloaded the ATCrowdfund.html and tried to open that by clicking the local link above, but i just get HTTP ERROR: 404

Problem accessing /atcrowdfund.html. Reason:

    Not Found

Where is it trying to find it from? It is in the BURST wallet folder? I just want to see the full functionality of this wallet. I realise your trying to sort out a more user friendly UI so i'm not here to moan, just want to be able to use this one now, maybe even assist with some crowdfund projects with my coins.

Thanks

You must put this file into html/ui folder.

That was very simple, thank you, i could not find it anywhere though and i didn't know where to start with the 925 pages here.

Another question, the asset exchange, is this live yet? what can i do with this feature?

It was answered on the same page you asked:

It's where it alway has been: http://burstcoin.info/d/cf

It helps to read instructions, and be thankful to irontiga for constant deleopment and admin of the site totally free.

Didnt tell me i needed to put it in a specific folder though did it. Do people want me to write a new walk through of setting up a wallet from scratch, or are we close to a release of something newer anyway? I'm more than willing to put time into this, i love the concept of whats trying/has been achieved here.

I have just gone through the process of setting up a wallet for the first time, wow what an awful experience...

This should be your focus not a lottery, it took me over 40mins to download the blockchain to the 5th january and then the rest of the night to do the rest. The JAVA runtime that opens CMD seems to be bringing my netbook to its knees too.

You may ask why am i using a netbook, but the average user hasn't got the latest gaming PC like all the nerds who mine these coins. I only went through the process of setting up a wallet so i could store my coins, but i wish i hadn't i think i'll just leave them on an exchange and wait for them to hit 1 sat, cos this coin needs a LOT of work to be usable to even the most computer literate of us.

I lol'd
but there is some truth in your post. Hopefully some good GUI developers take their chances and get a good crowdfunding. The lottery was asked for by a lot of people... and here it is! I see it as the first implementation of the Automated Transactions and I'm okay with that. The Crowdfunding possibility has much more potential and dynamics. We'll see.

Is there any sort of timeline or schedule for any new developments to do with BURST?? Also is Ethereum a direct competitor, in which case, do you not think that they will release something that is really user friendly and BURST will just get left for dust, after all they have a lot of money backing them?

User friendliness is high on the list of priorities, however BURST does not have a fraction of Ethereum's resources at its disposal, yet we already have AT running. Also, I very much doubt that Ethereum will be so awesomely user friendly from the get go. It is done by techs, and it will be done for techs.

Most people who will mine have decent comps. The rest should at least be able to run the wallet.... run both nxt and burst always on my ultrabook...and it's a 1.60 i5(4gb ram), however, i have tried it on a machine wil great CPU but only 2gb ram....it was fine till i started doing other things....

I suggest you use a web wallet... i doubt u run a local btc wallet if burst is killing you!!!

The web wallet doesn't work the site is down, is there another one anywhere eles? Also, still not seeing any crowdfunding projects or a lottery etc thru my wallet. Any help much appreciated.

CIYAM are you the guy on the BURST dev team?

I help them with AT (but I am not paid by them or anyone else).

i have the wallet but i don't see any AT's when i click the AT button on sidebar, all i have is a 'create AT' button... am i doing something incredibly wrong?

Also, have you worked on the Ethereum project at all? which one is better?
