I tried LocalBitcoins, but I don't find it too convenient. Bitcoin ATMs as well.
Anyone tried SBEX and would like to share feedback ?
I do it with Paymium, in France, but you have to have a bank account. |

Just to keep you updated : 1. Looks like Saskatoon police is taking the case seriously. They have seen that I published an e-mail on this thread and asked me to remove it. They are probably reading everything on this thread. 2. It's forbidden to publish online the e-mails your receive from the police. It's confidential. So just don't do it. I removed mine. Anybody knows some russian debt collection guys in canada? I heard, they are the best and have a good manners....  Maybe they will search for Jason, and if they get him *placeyourwishhere*........... Instead of that, contact local police if you are canadian. Or, if you are a foreigner, report the fraud to your local police agency and ask them to forward it to Saskatoon police for investigation. |

I made a report to the Royal Canadian Mounties online Anti-Fraud Centre. THe website is working now for me.
I also received a call back from Valerie, the civilian assistant to Officer Failler. She reports that she cannot start a case unless a Saskatoon resident makes a complaint, so if there are any readers of this thread who are from Saskatoon and are not showing their normal returns and are worried about this all falling apart like the rest of us are worried, you might be the one to get some action finally going.
Otherwise Valerie, who according to department procedure won't give her last name, reported that all of us in the states and Canada have to make a report to our local police and they then are supposed to send a report to the Saskatoon police. You are supposed to tell the officer you spoke with Valerie (so do call her before making the report) and to give the officer Valerie's direct number: 306-975-8243. This is the normal procedure for fraud like this. Write to me if you want to know the time frames involved.
Valerie reported she is not a an officer but a civilian. By the way I saw a reference to other responsibility of officer failler. He has to deal with about 1000 stolen autos in Saskatoon every year, show please show some sensitivity to what goes on in that office besides fraud and this possible particular one.
And the mistery behind the "You agree you are not a Canadian" is solved. This was all planed who belives hes trying to payback is a child. I'm not Canadian but I think there are plenty of Canadians anyway... Because they didn't put the "you agree you are not a Canadian" thing since the beginning of PB but only since canada tried to regulate bitcoin.. I can imagine plenty of contracts with canadian people where already accepted.. |

Again, until now PBMining always paid - every week. Itīs far from a "scam" as it stands right now.
PS: I got paid today. Payout far from normal but got paid.
You gave him x bitcoins. He gave you back less than x bitcoins (and less than he was supposed to). The sooner people stop believing that this means anything the sooner they will stop losing their coins. Please wake up. If you hand a cashier a $100 bill and ask for change and they give you $80 did they scam you? Why is this any different? I think he just tries to convince himself |

I hope this is a joke, and not a particularly good one. The worst thing this ... could do is to pay out those who write first and make the most credible threats instead of paying back what is left in a fair and transparent way to all his customers victims, proportional to hashrate and joining date. I'm starting to get really angry right now.. That joke worked for me... Do you mind telling us how much he refunded you ? (or give transaction ID?) |

Ok, first of all, apologies are in order to Puppet, Raskul, Mr.Teal and the others: YOU WERE RIGHT, I WAS WRONG. period.
Now, i am who i claim i am, i was the biggest customer of PBmining and after a lot of sweat i was able to recover my investment, i suggest you all contact Jason Boyko by yourself and hammer out an agreement, i can testify the guy will try to make it out.
Even when i tested PBmining for months before committing a large sum of BTC (190) and made my due diligence, i could not find a reason (beyond trolling) why this could be a ponzi, however, my instincts told me something was fishy and i did not paid proper attention to it, trying to believe this was a good investment, of course i never believed the 5 year thing, however i thought that long before that i would have made a ROI, which i almost did.
I want to acknowledge publicly the service provided byt the sherlocks here in finding Boyko's true identity, i doubt that without that i would have recover my investment.
How did you managed to get in touch with him ? I sent a PM and an e-mail, no answer for me. I kind of agree with David : We need a fair and public recovery program... |

Just sent an e-mail to the local Police ( PoliceService@Saskatoon.ca). You all should do so if you are foreigners or call them if you live in Canada (306-975-8300). If we want them to take this case serisously, the more complaints will be the better... |
