I think it’s the good time to develop a decentralized rental platform, it will take some time to expand, so start now is the right thing to do. Rentberry can become a big platform in the future.

The farther they will go into the blockchain and project development, the more people will be attracted. I believe that Rentberry has all the potential to become a widespread platform. Hi Devs, I like the fact that the app is only 4+mb in Android platform. I am sure there'll be more work put in to the platform. Right now, I am impressed with the load speed while not to impressed with the interface.
UI is something that can be fixed later. Maybe even hire some external UX guys. The underlying tech is way more important. It might be fixed later but that could be done before presenting aplication in ann thread I like Social networking on blockchain idea because that will lower cenzorship levels sadly there isnt good social networks projects for now ,maybe this will change this  i will try to follow progress I didn't even realize they already had an app available. I'll check it out. Another cool feature I found on their website is Sphere debit card, which allows you to spend SAT's in any shop that accepts card payments! This is such a great thing to incentivize users to get on board and it will create a good amount of hype. Seriously? A debit card? Also didn't know about it. That's some expansion from traditional social networks. It's one more option to use SATs then, very comfortable. If there is a debit card tied to tokens, this is a huge advantage. Such an opportunity will uniquely make this social network popular. And this will increase the value of tokens. what kind of debit card? visa/mastercard? i know there are entire projects based upon getting a card to spend your tokens/crypto. |

I think investors will come, there is a lot of people registered on the sphere platform and a lot of people enjoy the project. I think there is a big place in crypto world for a decentralized social network like sphere.
there are others as well, but that's a good thing. competition validates an idea. |

They will, but it will take 1 entire year for that, so let's hope the investors are patient, the real value in this proejct is the dividends that they will pay for the use of the machines, so the idea is good, but we are taking a big risk here. most projects are like that, make no mistake. everyone has to have faith in order to keep waiting for an eventual end. |

Hi! Unsold tokens will be transferred to second stage of ICO (2019). What purpose does the second stage of ICO will serve? Is it really necessary? And why would it be pushed to 2019? I've seen ICOs extend their ICO if they don't sell out, but never over a year later. They decided to do the second stage of the ICO with (potentially) unsold tokens that late because they want to take time for development so that they have a lot of things to show when the second stage would start. Sounds Fair to me but, does that means, that the complete platform will not be ready by 2019? probably not. at least not completely. this is the down side to making 2 stages of a sale a long time apart. people might want to trade their tokens earlier. |

Perhaps public health sector may be interested in financing this project That is a good point. Actually, Goverments are the one who are capable and should be interested in implementing this system in their respective countries. I believe it's still too early to go out to the governmental level. The system needs to be proven working before they make any moves that direction. Public sector doesn't welcome any innovations that easily. That is true, but if the system deliver as advertised can be that at a certain point the public sector could get on board as well. Just speculating off course. by that time the product will have to have great success. the public sector moves at a snails pace, compare to private. |

Yes there are actually a lot of them, it must mean there is a huge potential in this business and mybe there is space for more than one project to succed There's plenty of ICOs in each space/category. Theres enough market cap for more than one to succeed but typically the cream rises to the top. This project is founded in 2015, and now they already have 120k+ users and cover 224k+ properties. And now this crowdfunding is for the growth of the project, while many others use it to be able to start their project. So i think rentberry deserves to lead this sector. The fact they have already a foothold in the market and users, will probably be recognized by the investors. This is not an early start-up project with barely an idea Yes, and we can be sure that the team knows their business and has a lot of experience in the renting sector. these days it's necessary if you want to draw investors. gone are the days of good ideas getting millions. |

Sometimes a working product or an already establish business model get less fund from the investors and those that have only smoke and promises get more attention.
Primarily this is due to marketing. Those who have created something to relax and spend less time and money on advertising. And those who have only the words in the first place are forced to spend time and money on advertising. Therefore, it turns out! I think the point is, that every company that wants to be present in mark space virual reality, has the option to design their own space. So I believe content creation will be from the client's side. I hear they develop some tools, that help in creating content. And virtual reality space really opens up the creativeness side of the marketing, and they all basically compete with each other in this limited space, whoever has the coolest or best user experience wins the most customers, earns the most profit. yeah, imagine going thru a virtual mall and having different businesses on your left or right , all without exiting your home. |

That is true but they are also working to scale the network and improve it. So i wouldnt worry about it problem is how fast are they gonna roll out the fork to improve the network? people might jump to a different blockchain if something is not done. |

One of the biggest markets out there. Of course, there will be many projects about it. In coming years the whole crypto market cap will grow expodentially. Why is this machines focused only in airports ? What do you mean? It has to be clear that investores need to keep in mind that this is a mid to long term project.. because we're talking about people's health.
Which actualy means that they should take care of the info that is given to the people using the devices.. and there cannot be any error in the results.
So.. Taking in account that there will be a thorough testing period and the fact that those devices need to be placed on location that have been allowed for these... its quite obvious it will take some time to finetune.
Most ICO project are a long-term hold. I suggest everybody who has no experience in trading to hold it until the development is finished. yes, buy and hodl and forget it  best option nowadays due to the high volatily of cryptcurrencies. buys some and forget the key and look back after a couple of years. Agree, this is acutally valid for most crypto's in their current phase.. I do think this will be a long term project. The moment the devices are distrubuted, it will take some time before dividents are being payed. Oh btw is this now a security according to US regulatory. that's what I was gonna ask. since this project will give out dividends,doesn't that make it a security? |

Imho, this project is at the right timing especially in today's ICO's and exchange's KYC requirements which could eliminate tedious and repetitive tasks which often discourages potential investors.
Yeah, it's probably exactly what is needed right now. Nevertheless, I am a bit sceptical that we have to do KYC now for almost every ICO. I don't like this. It's because of regulations, it was due to happen for these companies doing a fund raising. Think in these terms, more regulations on ICOs = less probability to get scammed (I hope) HA! not even close. a project can still be a scam, raise the money and then just say that they misspent the funds and have to close down. |

I wrote before. Datum was gathering your data from twitter and facebook etc. Sphere is a social media also giving control of your data which you make using them. You can't stop facebook and twitter selling your data with datum you can also sell it too but with sphere you can make your own decision. What I dont understand is, what is the point of decentralizing a social network? I get that you will be in control of your own data, but why create a social platform? competition is always good man. plus where else would you find a decentralized social network? |
