In this situation, I think 2018 is not for bitcoin. Because first of this year started dropping and does not stop yet after 7 months. So I think bitcoin will take some time to go higher price. I think in this year bitcoin may hit 20k $ and first of 2019 may hit double... 40k $. It's only my prediction.

From my point of view there are at least two possibilities. Or is it someone from the XYO team who does not want the market to fall too low, or is someone who believes in the project and accumulates for when the price and liquidity will grow. Good luck!
