861  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: May 18, 2016, 07:04:23 PM
Bitcoin can never be international currency as price is too low and majority of  people  are not aware about it so it will take a long time to become an international currency.

Exactly same here I have account but I havent used it since long time as bitcoin is taking care of me and I really don't need Paypal at this stage.
868  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: May 18, 2016, 06:30:36 PM
I believe in bitcoin. Just look at the graphic of it's development throughout  years - u will see that it only grows, so I expect bitcoin will continue the same way.

bitcoin will be more powerful in future and it will show us some best price in future and I totally have faith in bitcoin and I am also not worried about the future.

870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Dollar on: May 18, 2016, 06:20:01 PM
The bitcoin is gonna be very good but it will still not win from the dollar because the bitcoin is way too big to take over if you ask me.

Yeah it will take a long time for bitcoin to overtake gold as bitcoin is too small in compare of dollar and bitcoin needs a strong reason to replace it.
871  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: May 17, 2016, 06:57:07 PM
Looking the price of bitcoin today it's increase a bit and yeah, bitcoin is continuous rising. I think it will increase again up to 1-2 weeks but also careful, because we don't know what happen next.

I even think bitcoin prices will continue to rise to near halving. if it goes down I'm not going to panic, the price will continue to rise before it hits 500

yeah and we need to hold our coins really very tight as we might see the best price at the time of halving so selling at that stage can be more profitable.
872  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: May 17, 2016, 06:55:25 PM
No Bitcoin is not going to take over the Dollar anytime soon. The Bitcoin is just not big enough for it to take over the Dollar. Only if the Bitcoin is bigger then the Dollar it can take over the Dollar.

Bitcoin never overtake dollar in future, and to do so it needs a huge market cap that dollar is enjoying at this stage and I don't think bitcoin can ever reach that level.
873  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: May 17, 2016, 06:53:22 PM
I think if you mine you can better right now just save them for a later moment and than maybe sell them because the bitcoin has a good future and the price is gonna rise for sure.
So I would recommend the miners to hold till after the halving.

But what I am listening is that mining is not profitable enough at this stage and I am not sure about it as I never been into mining, but buying and saving for future can be the best thing.
874  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 17, 2016, 06:51:27 PM
If I had to put all my worth in either gold or Bitcoin for the next ten years, I would go with bitcoin. The reason why is because in my amateur opinion, bitcoin has a higher ceiling as far as potential growth during the next ten years.

And since I don't have much wealth to begin with, I have more possibly to gain than lose.  Cheesy

Yeah I would prefer to do the same, I dont have enough faith in gold now but bitcoin will allow me get rich in short time So I will invest my money in bitcoin.
875  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: May 17, 2016, 06:49:40 PM
It can never become a global currency, and bitcoin to be a global currency needs higher user base and market cap which is missing at this stage.
Not only that, but it also needs support from governments and that's something that will never happen.

They will not allow Bitcoin to become a main currency at cost of their own local currency.

Exactly, bitcoin will never get support from government as they find it as a competitor to fiat currency and they also know if bitcoin becomes primary currency then they will loose all their control.
876  Economy / Speculation / Re: how much gonna be 1 BTC in a year? on: May 17, 2016, 06:47:45 PM
A year from now, my amateur conservative guess would be that 1 btc will be around $800 or so. This is because of the decreased rate of new bitcoins entering the system as a result of this year's halving.

Exactly, we can expect that price by next year, no doubt halving will take value to a higher level, but we also need to believe in reality and cannot afford to expect too high price.
But if we look at the reality and believe on it, then we will accept that bitcoin price will increase to a much high value and will continue to increase if we remained to support bitcoin and adopted it for our normal use.

Yes we need to be positive and optimistic with the price of bitcoin and it will surely rise in future giving us the best returns on our investments.
877  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: May 17, 2016, 06:42:46 PM
If it goes over 1000$.
Because I love making money.

Every one would love to see that price and everyone will sell all their coins if it reaches to that value, but we don't know when it will reach there.
878  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: May 17, 2016, 06:41:01 PM
If a women is in need of money and is jobless she will directly start to earn bitcoin as everyone needs money for basic living and bitcoin can take care of it.
879  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in India on: May 17, 2016, 06:38:23 PM
That's not really strange that there are not many bitcoins users in india. That's because there is no good internet
connection and there are not enough Indians  who use bank accounts so they can't get any coins.

No I don't think so, Internet is not an major issue in India now, it is accessible everywhere, no doubt its expensive in compare to other countries, but youth of the country are using bitcoin and I am one of them.

but india have cheap energy right? so at least for mining it would be a great place with a nice profit.
I think it's just matter of time to bitcoin catch in india, and they might be the next china.

Yeah India is really developing fast and there is best opportunity for bitcoin, even if small portion of population starts using bitcoin then it will add more value to user adoption.
880  Other / Archival / Re: should i save btc for future? on: May 14, 2016, 07:38:31 PM
Save for certain period of time, as you never know what future holds for us, it will reach to moon or simply disappear, so its better to sell when price goes higher.

Yeah that is the right thing to do I guess, you should sell even if your are earning small profits from it and you can buy anytime when price falls.

Exactly one should never hold for a very long time. As there is no assurance of what happens tomorrow its better to sell at certain interval of time without considering the price which is much profitable or not.

With bitcoin holding longer is better then selling it to early and not taking the full profit. My plan is to keep my current amount of bitcoin for at least 2 more years.
Then we will see what will happen.

If you have patience to hold that longer then its good, but what will you do if you see price falling back to $100 after 2 years, sell it when its allowing you to make some  profits.
