921  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: May 10, 2016, 04:59:30 PM
I dont think so that it will happen and that is because there are now still a lot of people that dont even know what Bitcoin is and how it works and that is the problem.
But maybe it will be also more worth and that many people are going to use it but you never know.

Well it just a matter of time. IMO bitcoin will be use more people in the future.
For now, as we know that Microsoft already use ETH for their project, it means that even big company already notice cryptocurrency existence !

Yes, we will see increase in customer base of bitcoin in future but expecting that each and everyone will be using bitcoin seems to be impossible as some of them will still prefer to use fiat currency.
922  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: May 10, 2016, 04:57:31 PM
My friend told me about bitcoin and about this forum, he told me to go through it and try to gain as much knowledge possible, and once I was done he asked me to join signature campaign.

I think most of the users here are because of their friends recommending them to use bitcoin, and I think we should be thankful to them throughout our lives for bringing us at the best place.
923  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: May 10, 2016, 04:55:07 PM
yes afcourse i believe in bitcoin 100%... I just started bitcoins few while ago and i have earned well so far and exchanged few to my fiat currency and invest some for gambling and making more profit. i would defnetly say bitcoin is something unique that is going on evolving  and im sure it will find a better place to fit in future:)
Yes, there is no doubt that in the coming future bitcoin will be the first used currency and everyone will refer it for their international transactions, and after that people will support it more and will make it a global currency.

Of course,if we say bitcoin has a bright future, that's all show our trust. we believe in bitcoin so we are using it, not only saving our bitcoins, even we are using the bitcoin in trading and other more different fields.

Bitcoin is not just an currency but its an best investment for sure, and I totally have faith  that bitcoin will be lot bigge in future helping us in many ways.

Truly its more than that of a currency, the reason is that bitcoin value differs often which can never be seen in any of the local currencies that we use regularly.
And that is the feature in bitcoin which have attracted all of the traders, now the traders of gold are alos coming to joined bitcoin and they have leaved trading with gold as they knew that there is more profit in bitcoin rather than any other asset.

Traders simply loves trading with bitcoin, as price keeps on fluctuating on regular basis which allows them to make quick profits which no other product can offer at a moment.
924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would be the number of BTC you would be happy in 2 years time? on: May 10, 2016, 04:52:06 PM
To be honest and to be realistic I think I will be much satisfied if I am holding 50 btc in next 2 years, as my job doesn't allow me to get full time on bitcoin, but that is good amount for me to hold.
925  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: May 10, 2016, 04:50:18 PM
The best thing I like about bitcoin is that I can gamble with it and my identity is not disclosed, I am not a big gambler and I gamble only for fun and the best thing is I can gamble even with a small amount.
926  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: May 10, 2016, 04:47:58 PM
Just tell them, "hey babe, I've got something for you, but this is an online money and you can only cash it out by exchanging it. And after we converted to real money, we now have our date and buy anything what you want."

First you need to tell her how to earn it, spending is very easy and doesn't require any efforts but to earn it requires great level of dedication.
But in the case of bitcoin , earning it is much more easier than spending it, as I have saw a lot of ways of earning bitcoin online but for spending there are a limited stores (but still sufficient) .Actually I want big companies to adopt bitcoin.

What you are saying is true but majority of women are lazy and don't want to put their efforts as they know that their husband will take care of everything, and at that time it becomes difficult to convince them.
927  Economy / Speculation / Re: I AM HODLING on: May 08, 2016, 07:40:32 AM
I'm also holding my bitcoin because there is a good chance that the bitcoin is gonna rise to a higher amount for sure this year.
There is a nice halving coming and I think we can make profit with it.

Majority of the users are holding their coins for halving, everyone is expecting higher price in next couple of months, so holding till then is the good thing.

i am not waiting for an event i am waiting for the mass adoption which will come in a couple of years, so i will hold until then. meanwhile i will only use bitcoin if the vendor accepts it and may sell if there is a sudden rise leading to a big bubble, otherwise no sell for me.

Holding too long can be risky  in long run you should sell if you are making some good profits when you see price rise as if price falls then you need t wait long to earn profits.

hold for too long could actually benefit, because every year may be the price increase. but you have to have confidence and patience for it all. but I agree it's better to sell, when we already feel benefit.

Yes if you see higher price then the price at what you bought then you should not hesitate in selling it as you never know what will be the value very next day.
928  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reached 450$ today. share your views guys on: May 08, 2016, 07:37:16 AM
Its been a long back thread, but it has got a coincidence with the today's price. The price just touched and trying to get stabilized within $450.

Support is already near the 255  region so i t makes more sense to test the levels; 470, 485 and 500 then to stabilize around 450.
I am very optimistic about the price now.

Yeah now its time for some good news, and the price has started to move up now so we can see much better price as we get closer to halving.
929  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: May 08, 2016, 07:35:09 AM
yeah although not so visible because bitcoin prices rise slowly. but because halving might make many people want to buy bitcoin it is raising the price of bitcoin

The fact that the price is very stable now is a very visible effect of it. Although people got speculation that it could rise more when nearing the halving, there is no use of it if the price will just be dumped right after it got up as high as it can goes

I think price will  be neutral at the time of halving and it will rise after the halving, so be patient and hold your coins even if you see lower price at the time of halving.
930  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: May 08, 2016, 07:33:19 AM
If you want to get rich then you need to work hard and also you need to find multiple ways of earning money which can contribute to your wealth in long run.
931  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 08, 2016, 07:29:48 AM
Gold can give you good returns in long run while bitcoin will take care of you in short term, it depends on you  how fast  you want to earn profits.

I will agree to your statement that Gold will give good returns in the long-term. If you want to profit from investment in gold, then you need to hold them for at least 10 years. 20 to 30 years is advisable. However Bitcoin is also more suited to the medium and long term. I have a feeling that if we hold our coins for 5-6 years, then we will be able to get good profit.

Yeah but the major issue is people are not willing to wait even for 5 years, they expect to earn profits on the spot which is never possible.
932  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: May 08, 2016, 07:26:17 AM
I would prefer to buy now and save for the future, as mining is not profitable for me, So its good to save till the halving occurs so can sell when price goes higher.
933  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many btc do you have? on: May 08, 2016, 07:23:55 AM
Not much I have, I only have 0.12 BTC at the moment.
And I'm still collecting more because the halving will come. Then I'll sell some of my Bitcoin when the price increase high. Grin

Yeah you need to make continuous efforts to earn as much as you can at a moment, as halving will take bitcoin price to new level so holding more will give you more profits.
934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: May 08, 2016, 07:21:33 AM
Give these people some bitcoin. and explain that the bitcoin he can buy some stuff he likes. he'll try to find out and he will know himself what is bitcoin. with an explanation like that I'm sure many people will be interested in bitcoin.

I don't think simply giving bitcoin to someone to spend will attract him to use bitcoin, as first he should know how to earn it and if he finds it attractive then he will surely start using it.
935  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: May 08, 2016, 07:18:14 AM
The best thing I like in bitcoin is that I can use it for gambling, as bitcoin allows me to bet even with small amount and my identity is not disclosed.
936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: May 08, 2016, 06:27:15 AM
Give some bitcoin related movies YouTube videos and bitcoin tutorials, people interested can easily learn about bitcoin.
yeah of course we can tell more people about bitcoin. You do not need to tired to tell everyone about bitcoin. You simply create a clear tutorial. then let those who learn with video

Only showing the video will not help, they should be taught practically and with basic things, if things are kept simple  that would be much easy for them to understand.
937  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN - Time to buy? Time to sell? on: May 07, 2016, 02:11:02 PM
Guys,

Since the last peek of 500 USD few weeks ago, the value is stable around 350 USD.
Its changing on hourly basis, we saw it again 3 days ago.
What do you think need to be done now, lets take 10 BTC as example.

Sell the 10 BTC for the current value - as the price is going to crash
Keep the 10 BTC and fund t buy another 10 - as the price is going up soon

What do you think ?

i think that now it is pretty good moment to buy, because of halving, price is huge now ( 460$ ) but compared what price there will be after halving, it is worth to buy bitcoins now

and i don't think that you should sell your coins even if price rises now, you will get small profit now only, better to wait for halving and sell then, because then you will get lots of profit

Yeah if you want to make huge profits then you need to hold it long but if you are satisfied with small profits then you can buy and sell on regular basis.
938  Economy / Speculation / Re: It is Buy time! on: May 07, 2016, 02:04:06 PM
-snip-

I think that price would be the best at the time of halving so buying now is the good decision to make as price will not fall at a moment and it will continue to rise in coming months.
Yes, at that time the price of bitcoin will be more higher and if we start to disappoint people from bitcoin from now then there will be a crash occur in the time of halving , we need to encourage people to join bitcoin.

Yes we need to recommend it to people around us to start using bitcoin as if we have more users then it will help in taking the price of bitcoin to a higher level in future.
939  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: May 07, 2016, 02:00:20 PM
Yes ofcourse it can rise up to $800 this year. My predictions may be a little low compared to other, but I would be pretty satisfied with a rise up to $800-1200 this year.

I am sure this will happen around halving, and not months after halving. Why? Simply because it's around halving everyone want to jump on the train. No one awnts to jump on the train when it have passed many stations.

Lets just hope we see the moon for bitcoin price soon.

I don't think $800 can be achieved in this year, as price rise is slow, its taking too long even to reach $500 so I think we need to wait long to see that price.

Why do you think it will take more than this year to reach that amount? You know that the miners must be profitable right? And they wont be profitable when their production fall in half. So in order to be profitable, they must manipulate the market, and yes, when big miners or investors go hand in hand, they can easily manipulate the market. Just look at the chineese exchange..

I think we must wait until halving reach so we can predict graph trend for bitcoin value whenever it will be raise or not.

About $ 800 , I think it's quite high value so it's impossible to reach on this year but going higher than current value !

Bitcoin will be higher in coming months for sure but its difficult to judge what will be the exact price at the time of halving but it would be better then present for sure.
940  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I benefit from btc? on: May 07, 2016, 01:46:27 PM
How can I benefit from btc? I mean let's say I bought 2 btc, what next? how can I earn more of btc or dollars
Why do people rush over btc if it's just an electric currency without having benefit from it?

If we refresh the bitcoin history , I'm never expected that bitcoin can become high value currency
So I'm decide to buy bitcoin and hold as long as possible until I've reached my prefered profit !

That is the right thing to do, only one thing I would like to add is keep on selling when you are earning some profits from it, do not wait too long.
