861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [2019-09-27]Bitcoin Chaos Continues As Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg Reveals... on: September 29, 2019, 01:15:11 PM

it's a bit insulting to credit libra with sparking bitcoin's bull run. Roll Eyes

Crypto news always pick some stupid reasons to explain Bitcoin's price changes,

Because they are more of rumormongers and gossip peddlers rather than news writers and reporters. But is it something new? News used to be reporting what is actually happening without bias, interpretation, speculation, etc. That is not the case nowadays.

If it's insulting to credit libra with bitcoin's bull run, it is more unimaginable to credit it to some foolish FOMO created from nowhere.

Quote
Bitcoin was created because of distrust towards other people.

Is that really what ran in the mind of Satoshi when he created Bitcoin? You know what, there is this hint in me that says the followers of Satoshi are too hostile while the creator himself was amiable.

Amiable or not, there's no disclosure of this confidential matters regarding the reasons of Satoshi. What's very important here is that we enjoy the comfort that bitcoin had given to us. Most importantly, this technology of money is somewhat a door for everybody's opportunity in any ways of making money digitally.
862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin price recovery on: September 29, 2019, 11:52:57 AM
The dump was man made from the Bakkt price predictions so whales got opportunity to make lot of money but yes the rally might begins since the bear end of 2015 looks like the same chart of 2019 but nothing can be said for sure.
No wonder why we are experiencing another drop. It's always because of these opportunist whales. Although this could lead not to the worst scenario since it's not just whale to open up their own investment schemes. It's also us, we could be an opportunist during these times. I'm not telling you to invest, but invest at your own risk!

That's an agressive strike and I think most investors were all facing the risk eversince the market started to decline. Grabbing any opportunities that could provide us profit is a humam instinc, and I believed to traders learned their lesson after long series of bear market making altcoin price harder to recover.
863  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 29, 2019, 05:03:29 AM
Jared Cannonier was to strong for Hermansson.
Jared Cannonier was fighting at light heavyweight and off course he will be too strong for Jack Hermansson but i was expecting some kind of leg lock techniques from Hermansson.

Anyone saw the Michael 'Venom' Page fight, he is fighting nobodies and his antics inside the cage is irritating now, the only time he got a legit opponent in Douglas Lima, Page slept inside the cage and Paul Daley went the distance.

Gunnar Nelson is on a loosing streak now, i thought he had the potential to become a good fighter but looks like he is done.

Let's don't lose on this guy, and even though he's gone through that situation right now most probably there's a problem on his training. Hopefully he'd recover sooner on his current career struggles.
864  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is investing in crypto a good idea? on: September 29, 2019, 12:15:11 AM
Crypto investment would only be a good idea when the community established a better progress. Our recent issues now has no good feedback coming from many investors, most of them has a bad impression because of scam projects. Frustrations comes in due to situation concerning market dowfalls that triggers a lot of panic. Don't just invest and trade quickly, choose to hold long term for an assurance of profitable gains.
865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: China Urges Philippines to Ban All Online Gambling! on: September 21, 2019, 12:14:59 AM
I don't think this was a good idea from chinese government. In fact they've been doing a long time business operations here in the Philippines, so it's not a fair thing to see if they're forcing us to ban all those online gambling. There's a lot of establishment in ph whose following proper regulations imposed by current administration, and if there's a possible banning it shouldn't be a general order but it should be reviewed if all of those operations we're legally operating or not.

If you think that banning an online gambling operation was not a good idea, just think the future of those people who've been addicted by gambling. Once gambling operation will end, there's a positive impact to the society and financial troubles will be suppressed.
Most gambling operation here in ph wasn't legally operating, they're not paying taxes to the government. China's urge to ph made me think that they had serious involvement of those illegal gambling activities in Ph.
866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling affected your personal reputation? on: September 18, 2019, 10:35:30 PM
Everyone stating that gambling will affect someone's image in the society so this is actually happened with you?

For me it happened once why are you gambling its a sin in our life I replied its my wish I can do what ever I wanted.

It won't affect your image if you are not going to tell it to anyone, especially to your family and friends, besides, there is no reason for you to tell it since they are just going to say bad things about you. It would be better if you will make these kind of things private, for us to have a peace of mind against the judgmental society. You don't have to boast it to everybody that you are playing gambling and you are making money in gambling.

In fact, just earn and play in gambling quietely, and let your success make the sound.

Gambling is not a crime at all people are only saying what they think about it. We should have positive thinking and we only should have our own idea. As I am an office worker there are allot of people some likes gambling so it's their ideology which can never be change but I can show them my profit so one day they will admire me.

Good to hear that you've been into something that could be appreciated, with respect on your profit from gambling. But you can't really chance those people behind you, and what's good advice to take here is that keeping your stories private might be better. Just open up your personal things about gambling to somebody who really could understand the world of gamblers, yet also they're used to do gambling in the same ways.
867  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: September 17, 2019, 10:38:40 PM
Admit it, if Thompson was not injured last NBA finals, they have a good chance to win even without Durant..
Wanted to rephrase this. Not only Durant and Thompson were injured. I think most of their team are injured at that time. And that's what makes them lost the finals.
That handicap gave them a small chance of winning during the last season.

But it's a true statement that if many of their players were not injured, they can take the trophy but everybody just have to move on and luck's with Kawhi during that time.

Better luck next time for the team, maybe it's not for them. Most probably after they've move on there's another great moves and strategies to follow in order to avoid certain enjuries that had happened. They should be more careful and avoid frequent body contacts that triggers physical accidents.
868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Money is Dirty Money on: September 16, 2019, 10:28:57 PM
This isn't a proper term for gambling money to become a dirty, because if you played fairly and you don't have hidden agendas to take advantage; it's still a clean money. Dirty money usually have the impression on certain matters, once it involves a crime and it's resources came from evil acts like drug money or any illegal sources.
869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: are you ready for the next ride on: September 10, 2019, 10:33:15 PM
I personally am certainly ready and want to see the journey as soon as possible in the near future.
we will see which ones are worthy of choosing and which ones must be left on the next journey.
Huge market competition will be coming soon.
The market still at low especially for Altcoins and have to think that it will be able to cover up late this year, that is exactly we want to prepare.
However, I feel different by now and I can't see there is a big jump happen around or even a hypes that could help. We all seem to be hoping but not a thing we should have to make it into the max level.

This is quitely taking a good moves before the right track is on, and when perfect time come we should be ready. I knew many of us hope for better future, so holding an additional btc to your wallet is very important instead of playing over the market.
870  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: September 03, 2019, 10:32:17 PM
I think the phrase 'invest what you afford to lose' is really on the lottery, why? Because of *most of the people on playing on the lottery are not that really into it, as OP said, statistically proven that the winning chances are really small.
So for me, most of the people playing on the lottery are just for fun and yeah by lucky only, that's why if you are really lucky and blessed, and boom, instant easy money!

(...)Some lottery offer to share their revenues to charity,
Additional with this, there is also some lottery that causes corruptions, that's why there is some government that hates the lottery even they do charity.
This is not reality at all lottery has no connection with crime infect both are differently opposite people who are corrupt will do corruption at any cost and those who are fair with earning so they will not get harm with it that’s why stop believe in those facts just buy lottery if you want and keep ir safe until you win.

It's always a matter of chance getting those probabilities of winning lottery, and with respect to corruptions we can't stop that due to confidentiality. Those people getting involved with lottery business connected with government, must introduce a strict rules behind their system in order to minimize certain corruptions.
871  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Andy Ruiz vs Anthony Joshua II on: August 30, 2019, 02:52:22 AM
What would Joshue do, if he loses to Ruiz for the second time ? Who should be Joshua' s next opponent if he loses in his 2 last fights ?
If the game will turn against Joshua then the possibility of him start all over again will be there. But am not seeing this rematch be in favor of Andy rather in favor of Joshua, Joshua will just need to intensify on his strike against Andy to win on this rematch.
If everything will work out for Joshua then boxing fans will expect for another rematch as a deciding game for this two fighters, most of the fans will be eyeing for him as he's more on the aggressive side of this fight, though Ruiz knock him down the momentum still on his side to win back his title, still have to prove it as there's many speculations around regarding to this rematch.

Many ideas came in a positive vision on specific fighter, but we should count on to the live fight and that's the true spirit of a true fighter. Beating an opponent is the only goal for this sport, so when rematch will happen it's not guaranteed 100% assurance to defeat your match fighter again.
872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: August 15, 2019, 02:27:48 AM
Pacman's age isn't a problem, but with his successful career I believed that health is most important instead of fame. If I would be like Pacquiao with legendary fighting history, the option for retirement is very important. Although he's capable and powerful enough as a boxer, I don't think doing rematch with Floyd was just a concern of pride and not an issue of money. Manny Pacquiao was already financially stable, and this is not a very significant aspect.
873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Would you invest in Mining Company IEO? on: August 14, 2019, 02:34:52 AM
Mining investment as per review was costly, I had no plans yet to have this kind of thing these days. What I knew about mining was done through personal miner and not for an IEO program. As a matter of fact those developers handling projects using the idea they've got from mining platform isn't legit and mostly scam.
874  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin dominance hits 66.5%, alts lagging behind on: August 09, 2019, 10:53:05 PM
History is being made. The Bitcoin dominance has crossed the two-third level and now it is being measured at 67.8%. All the altcoins are at record lows, with Ethereum trading at BTC0.0197 and Litecoin trading at BTC0.00837. XRP is down to 2,755 Satoshis. I won't be too surprised if the Bitcoin dominance climbs to 75% or even 80% by the end of this year.

In just four days since I made this post, the Bitcoin dominance increased by another 1.7%, to end up at 69.5%. The altcoins are not just losing their value against Bitcoin. They are losing value against the US Dollar as well. In just one and half months, the price of Ethereum has fallen from $325 per coin to just $210 per coin. During the same period, Litecoin went from $140 to $85 per coin.

It's party time for the Bitcoin holders!!!

I don't see it good for now and it's not yet party time for the holders yet, because bitcoin and alts right now decline after successive rise lately. The market showed significant growth for the past few days but it seems thaf weren't able to become more accurate with the increase. Fluctuating trend always unpredictable and crucial as price continued to be volatile.
875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the *easiest* profitable betting strategy? on: August 08, 2019, 10:57:43 PM
I couldn't find good strategy when it comes to gambling, all I aim is good and fun games along with lucky winnings. Although I need some profits but I don't expect too much to win actually, because in gambling you won't win against it and you're always prone to lose most of the time. Better just enjoy it and don't have fun when betting in order to avoid frustrations.
876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling habits that will cost you on: August 07, 2019, 01:22:50 PM
Exactly, gambling habits very costly for us, we know that gambling is risky then we should pay it by cost. So better to quit it and if we wanna play it, then take the risk with your own risk. Otherwise we should be ready for loss.

Acceptance is very important for every gambler, and if you're lossing too much from your lucky bets don't be emotional. That your choice so be responsible for whatever it costs you a lot of money. Think of many ways on how to recover your loss, and once you're able to acquire certain idea! that's the time you start your process of recovery.
877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Maximum bet amount on single bet! on: August 05, 2019, 12:04:33 PM
As an occasional gambler I was just happy and eager to bet at highest amount at around $50 at one time. Win or loss, no matter what maybe the result after all as long as you're enjoying the fun along with betting game. Most importantly you're enjoying that money without regrets.
878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Operating Online Casino -- Need License? on: July 31, 2019, 10:50:05 PM
I a strict government of a specific country, licence is really needed in order to run a Casino. But for an online casino, I don't know how strict and tight are they for that matters, because if an online gambling is using cryptocurrency it won't really be associated to fiat. Every transactions is encrypted and with separation to physical money gambling. That's my idea all about and I do look for other people's opinion to have clearer understanding about it.
879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Perfect Dice experience on: July 29, 2019, 01:27:57 PM
Hey,

I was wondering about Dice games lately and what makes people choose particular platforms to play. I have my own reasons, but I'm really curious if yours are similar.

So my question is: What makes you choose the particular Dice platform and what are the most important aspects that makes you stay on it?

Bests,
bur4n

My perfect dice experience is when lve got timing to win in every game. Im so lucky that time because l win and no lose in the game. Instant l buy a celphone so that l can use it in this site.

I am sure that will be the perfect dice experience for every gambler who can win the game. But unfortunately, we cannot win the dice games and still curious about how to win the game. I'll choose to stay on the dice gambling site is whenever I feel comfortable to gamble, chat, or watch the number that comes out in the game. Sometimes, I feel good to read the chat only without playing the gamble in the dice gambling site.

Winning the dice game it's all a matter of fortunate opportunities take advantage with certain prizes anticipating for all players whose going to fortunately have the option to get it by random. Try not to take to much genuine drive towards dice diversions, and as confirmed no such thing as perfect dice experience. As betting principle applies, being a loser is always part of the game.
880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 on: July 26, 2019, 01:09:57 PM
I see that there are many people from Philippies in this thread. I know how passionate about basketball you're, but I don't see how your team can reach next round. Ok, you're probably stronger than Angola, but to reach next round you need to wing against Serbia or Italia, what is hardly possible in my opinion. Anyway, good luck for your team, it would be amazing to see you going further.

I also don't think they will advance, the odds says it all, Philippines is +120872 to win the Fiba World, looks like a lottery win.

https://nitrogensports.eu/sport/basketball/fiba-futures
The chance it's too low even Clarkson's will be there to help them, the players might have the heart to fight all they long but the chance to win against those teams who also qualified is to small,  if the team advance to the second round it's already an achievement for this selections and better to learn and adjust on the next season.
Even with Clarkson, it's still hard for them to advance, there isn't enough time for them to train and build chemistry.
There achievement was when they qualified in this event and I don't expect more.

With enough time and more determinations, there's nothing impossible for their team to overcome those hardships behind. If they'll qualify for this event, that's the result of their teamwork and hardwork. Let's see what will be the outcome in the end, and actions always speaks louder than words after all.
