Did anybody see the new listing procedure published by ONAM? I am just wondering why the listing fees is so high and that too for a new exchanges like ONAM. I am trying to understand the reason behind this.
Where was this procedure stated. Would live to have a peak at it. Having a high listing fee is somewhat like a normal thing in the crypto exchange world. You can look around and see most if this exchanges got high listing fees. I can’t say why listing on Onam would have a high cost. It’s got great features makes it easy to use for traders and other users alike. But I think there would be a reason for it. To limit and scare off unserious projects from listing on Onam. |

you can see that this project has a lot of interest from BTT members and potential investors. I keep wondering why ICO is extended so long with such a big and supportive community soft cap should be achieved easily. Of course, there is no problem to extend and almost all ICO's are doing this lately but this case is different because of a lot of interest/support.
Despite the many supporters, it is important to note that the market is not very stable hence the postponement. It might interest you to know that soft cap has been reached and the team has said that operations will begin by February next year regardless. CryptoCurrency market is in a bear market. Securix was lucky to raise above soft cap in a short time. The team expects to get to hardcap in some weeks, I guess it’s the reason for the extension of ICO dates. They also announced the extension won’t change the roadmap. Everything would go on as planned. |

This is the kind of immutable design that we should really be seeing more of popping up on smartchains and it really fits into gambling well, which you'd think we would see more of, i've seen a few companies attempt it before but it comes down to getting enough people to want to participate to make it worth it which is all marketing really. I really appreciate ONAM's efforts to cut out market manipulation. They are going to implement AI technology that will screen all the trades on the exchange and they will be able to sniff out and remove any suspicious activity. This is great for other users as it makes the overall experience more transparent and fair and no whales can control prices on markets.
The term whales is now synonymous to a mafia gang  , doing their bidding unchecked and it will be nice to see such been curtailed to a minimum,onam seems to have gone through the loopholes of other exchanges and map put modalities to take care of such, that's why they seem to be triggering some sort of frenzy in the community, between, has anyone noticed the rapid increase in their community base? I don’t think we can take out manipulation nor the whales. C’mon these holder keep the market prices. I’ll prefer they curtail the effect like you said, that way no one gets burnt. I like that they’re trying to protect every user on the exchange. Hopefully it turns out well. |

Don't get me wrong, it doesn't always work but it can be very efficient and help increase the value significantly when it is done correctly. Will they run the burn back and buy 10% scheme every month?
I dont think the ideda is to buy back 10% monthly as at that rate the project would be bought back in 10 months lol, i'm pretty sure thats not what they meant by the buy back, normally burnoffs are a one time thing for all the projects i've been in before Is there a buy back or token burn plan? i read from tachain's website that their services include airline, i honestly wasn't aware that they are also into air transport i have always thought it basically taxis and ads viewing service.

honestly speaking the technological concept onam is trying to incorporate into their exchange platform is really impressive but wouldn't all those advance technologies lead to a slow platform. because speed and ease of use is a very important aspect of UX (user experience)
You are right, speed and ease of use are very important, especially for new exchanges. According to the White Paper, ONAM has a solution capable of withstanding heavy load. You can find the part on page 8 of the WP. Hopefully, we would try it politely soon. Speed makes a part of UX. I asked about how complicated it’s going to look especially for newbies. Fortunately, there’s an option for users to select an easy outlay. |

The good thing about being listed on LA token is having the ability to buy more tokens rather than sell them. Having a passive form of income is what we all need. So anyone who missed out on the ICO can still get in on this side income
I agree. There are so many restricted countries who cannot participate in the ICO., especially investors from the Netherlands. I suppose the price will increase after the ICO. Don't know about after ICO as the bounty allocation might cause some problem in long go! But soo it'll get a great boost when the Mining Facility Starts Operating from February2019! It’ll impact but it’s not such a large percentage that it should cause a big drop some people are going to stock up off of idiots selling early before the mining facility is running fully and dividends even start It's a good thing the percentage allocated to bounty hunters isn't much, whenever a coin get listed, there's always some weak hands selling off. The team seems to be set on delivering then so when the first round of profits hit I am guessing many would want it. That’s the idea. They are set on delivering something big. Amazing do they have a limit on how many coins/tokens there could be listed at the moment? i am pretty sure a lot of tokens would love to get listed on ONAM's exchange. I don’t think they have a hard limit when I talked to them on telegram they were taking suggestions and are working for more coins but want to maintain regulatory compliance so have to work around that I think with coin platforms Even though it's take few clicks to list at Onam exchange, but I am sure Onam will be doing lot of screening in background before approving any tokens listing. They definitely have to do some level of screening and standard setting for every token that will be listed so as to be sure only for projects gets listed there. There are thousands of tokens which are available at different exchanges but have zero trading volume, I am sure Onam don't want to list such tokens at their site. I hope they don't get to list such tokens. Or if they do i am sure of them delisting tokens not meeting the required trading volumes. Assuming they give targets to each listed tokens. I don't think Onam want to list such tokens at their exchange. Thwy will be screening all thens closely. May be allowing tokens with successful ICO only. That’s what distincts an exchange. On a has to come up with a listing procedure and requirements. Good projects would meet up with these requirements and get listed. With that we are sure of volume on the exchange. |
