For 2 months, market is not consistent. In the past, I have seen worse but the market bounced back well. The current scenario is so weird for me. Almost all the currencies, I have been holding has fallen to where it was when I bought. Can the market ever be back? Im a part time miner by the way.

ICO founders and CEO should be the one doing this as to give legitimacy to its project and avoid scams, documents can be forge some ICO project have done KYC and some of them turned out to be scams and private information has been stolen and it can be use by those scammers to pretend to be someone else.
Good point, a team should introduce theirselves during the launch of the project for them to prove that they are the one to be trusted in the industry before they will do the same for the investors and for the participants. |

It may be the best time but the price is still going down and it seems the bottom has not reach yet. The price is of the bitcoin is in $3500 level, already lower than the previous months so it still up to the ones who are planning to invest in bitcoin or wait for more declines. I think the cryptocurrency market will still bearish and there is still a sign that the price may go lower because there is still no positive factors that make the price bounce back.

How would government collect taxes from crypto gains then? Also, if something like ETH becomes big, how is the government gonna stop people from making pyramids, ponzis, and scams in general?

Before this plunge, a lot of people spreading FUD about bitcoin and how they want bitcoin to die and how obsolete bitcoin is. People saying that this alt or that alt will replace bitcoin and that bitcoin is no longer King of crypto. Now, looking at CMC, as bitcoin values going down so are ALL altcoins. No shitcoins...I mean altcoins able to get through what's happening in the market not even BCH, XRP, XLM or any other alts able to get pass through the bear market. This is just a proof that all alts value depends on bitcoin value and the influence of bitcoin to the whole crypto market.
