A strong password has a big entropy. Try to use an entropy calculator to see the entropy of your password. Using something like https://apps.cygnius.net/passtest/ is good (use it offline). |

May I know how do i change from it from non spendable to spendable BTC. my agent she created for me asked me to pay it. I have changed my password already. Then can I do it by own? and the date showing was past time two year ago?  You didn't provide enough info, even though you're having the same problem. Are you using blockchain.info too? How can you change the password but you don't have access to your coins? It doesn't make sense to me. You should to start another topic for your own problem.
Btw, you're paying somebody else to create a BTC wallet for you? I didn't get this, why are you paying her for something you can do for free? Did she also have access to your private key then? |

I think that i didn't get the idea behind this JC. What's the point of having all bitcointalk members avatar in this site? I mean how it could be useful?
I think the purpose is clear, just to have some fun and to make sure that the gallery page is not empty. You don't have to think the "usefulness" of something like this I guess. - Right click on the picture
- Click on save picture
And automatically I have the person avatars.
The idea is not to save/collect member avatars, it is only to put content on that gallery page of JC new site.
I personally think doing something like that is fine. Anyone who doesn't want to be on that gallery page can simply request JC to delete the pic, right? |

the comments that PGP chooses has always been very vague in my opinion and has created confusion for years. in case of OP the application is saying the "key" is not valid or in other words the key is not something that OP has in his trusted key database. and it says "signature" is OK but it is "uncertain" which is basically the same as what new versions are saying.
in other words a good signature is found but but the key is not in your apps database of trusted keys.
Correct. GPG has 4 kinds of verification result: - "Unknown key", which means there is no public key on the database that corresponds to the verification results. - "Key not valid", which means there is a public key corresponding to the verification results and the message verifies ok, but the users don't trust the owner of that key. - "Valid", which means that users trust the owner of the public key, and the message verifies ok. - "Bad", which means that the public key doesn't match with the signature. So, "Key not valid" should be ok and the file isn't corrupted at all. CMIIW. |

Iya om, prinsipnya semua post yang menabrak rules. jika iya, sy tertarik dengan saran om cukimot untuk membuat thread serupa dgn LoyceV. Menurut sy hal ini bagus di Implementasikan selain di Report ke Mod dan mendapatkan hukumannya.
Maksudnya thread report untuk plagiarisme itu ya? Dulu pernah dibahas di thread saran kalau tidak salah. Seingat saya om dbs juga pernah menyampaikan pendapatnya bahwa untuk report plagiarisme langsung saja ke thread LoyceV itu atau via report to mod karena mod lokal tidak bisa memberikan hukuman ban, jadi kurang efektif. Tapi kalau ada member yang mau membuat untuk tujuan statistik sepertinya sah-sah saja untuk dilakukan. Mungkin bisa didiskusikan lebih lanjut di thread saran om kalau mau. Sepertinya untuk hal ini saya gak bisa membantu, setidaknya dalam waktu dekat, karena sedang melanjutkan penerjemahan untuk thread edukasi Bitcoin yang lagi mati suri. Saya hapus postnya ya. Trims.

Iya benar gan bounty nya memang udah berjalan dari bulan Agustus kemarin, dan jika gak ada perubahan akan berakhir pada 31 Oktober . Up until a few weeks ago, all my holdings were in a Ledger, mainly because it was way more comfortable than the normal cold wallet, I could take it with me to trips across the world or even to a small vacations, however, when I would go with it to a bar, restaurant or any other business that accept Crypto It was inconvenient and absurdly difficult to use, the reason is that even with the mobility of the ledger you still need a USB connection. which also means, you also need to go with a cable with all the time and that's pretty annoying and obsolete.
I think you misunderstood the purpose of Ledger/hardware wallet itself. IMO it is created to secure your cryptocurrencies for a long time, which is why it lacks mobility. I don't think it is a drawback if that's the purpose. A cold wallet shouldn't be used regularly to do a transaction, and you should stick to hot wallet just like @mjgiqw suggest above. |

Nice story. And I too have more than 5 tokens which are basically dead without any utility on my wallet.
Luckily, I never invested any money in this space, and just make my way doing trading and stuff, so the feeling of 'betrayal' isn't that much worse. I know some people who go that far selling their assets or looking for a loan and buy tokens at the ATH or invest in ICO, failing to the promise of x20 in 2 months, with little to none understanding about cryptocurrency or investment in general. They killed themselves in the end. Pretty sad.

Kalau dari saya mungkin sebagai berikut om (kriteria ini tidak memperhatikan rank): 1. Setiap quote yang isi postnya berisi hal yang tidak relevan dengan yang diquote (respons gak nyambung), saya report.[1] 2. Setiap reply dalam bentuk quote yang sebenarnya tidak perlu dilakukan, saya report.[2] 3. Setiap reply/quote yang merespons post yang sudah jauh sebelumnya dan gak perlu direspons lagi, saya report. 4. Setiap reply/quote yang isinya mirip dengan posting sebelumnya dan tidak begitu berbeda/parafrase, saya report. Selebihnya mengikuti rules forum pada umumnya.

Namun, saya penasaran, apa alasan Om joni memiliki pendapat : ..... tapi IMO mengunci thread sudah tindakan yang sangat bagus dan tidak perlu di-unlock lagi. Karena aturan sudah jelas gak boleh pake translator, yang bisa dibaca jelas kalau mereka mau meluangkan waktu membaca. Jadi kalau mereka pake tools buat translate, artinya ya mereka memang mau curang. Beruntung kalau ada yang nemu threadnya pake alat penerjemah, kalau ga pake ya mereka terus nipu orang. Saya rasa sejak awal orang ini berniat dapet duit dengan cara instan, kalau sanksinya gak tegas hal seperti ini akan terus berulang. Ya gak masalah sih kalau sub Indo memang mau "terkenal" karena banyak translator bodong. Namun bagi translator Indonesia yang baru memulai, saya kira lebih bijaksana untuk memberikan mereka kesempatan. Biar kesempatan tersebut membuat mereka belajar dari kesalahan.
Agak aneh, translator (yang punya kemampuan menerjemahkan) harusnya sudah punya skill menerjemahkan. Kalaupun mereka pemula di sini, apa iya kesalahan terjemahan itu sampe hasil terjemahannya sama dengan GT atau penerjemah yang lain? Saya masih mewajari kalau mereka salah terjemahan atau kurang tepat, tapi kalau hasil terjemahannya 90% identik dengan GT atau bahkan 100% ya itu bukan kesalahan, mereka memang gak menerjemahkan tapi copas hasil terjemahan. |
