Did anybody miss this, here is the update. I thought there was no update until I just saw it on BTCT.
A note to the Swede you should have a section in thr OP where post latest update, delete old ones and replace with new updates instead of posting in the thread and it getting lost. Also a twitter account wouldn't hurt.
Status update: We have received the first chip batch and we're working full speed on finalizing the controller board design, mining will start no later than 10 September with about 3-4 TH, and to reach the full speed within October. Dividend payments will start on the same week.We again remind everyone that the team shares won't be sold. We understand the investors concerns and we will be publishing pictures of the installment as soon as we are able to, before mining will start.

Share in profits does not mean share in ownership. He can say whatever he wants, the way he worded it makes it share of ownership. If ActiveMining has a total of 25,000,000 total shares, and the Active Mining Corporation owners hold 15,000,000 and they are considered keyword here OWNERS if you hold the same type of shares they do, guess what you are an owner also.
