901  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: November 28, 2016, 01:09:43 PM
Bitcoin had a rise of 3x this year. I think any idiot can see its a good investment. I wouldn't bother with traditional silly stocks making pennies off tiny market movements. Pathetic. How long do transfers take on markets with their ancient technology anyway ? Lol you will miss good trades. Hell while your trade is going through the value could drop and you can't even cancel the trade. Nope its bitcoin all the way for me.
902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Exchanges at Japan Get be Insured on: November 28, 2016, 01:06:45 PM
This is great news and a food way for another company to make money and be is business providing insureance to users of exchanges. This is better because the insurance company will habe the contact details of the exchange and so they won't be able to run very easily. My only concern is what if exchanges refuse to use this service and will the insurance company really pay out of something happens ? Just because they say they will doesnt mean they will.
903  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I wanted to talk with Satoshi Nakamoto on: November 28, 2016, 01:01:04 PM
Dear Mr. Satoshi I wanted to talk with you privately,
A pleasure to meet you.
I wanted to talk with you Mr. Satoshi.

Please don't ignore this message Sir, please send me Private message.

Lol well now. These certainly is a strange post. You dont really expect him to talk to gou do you ? I bet he is not even on these forums. He is rich and sipping exotic cocktails on a beach somewhere no doubt. He doesnt have time for this. But still thanks for making me laugh. Funny post lol
904  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Chinese police raid miner factories in its oil capital city, 1k+ miners seized on: November 28, 2016, 12:58:37 PM
Even communist scum are not that stupid to take away miners for no reason . As others have said it must have been about electricity theft which makes a lot of sense. Whatever mining company that was must have made a killing not paying their electricity bills but now I guess they facing charges that will kill all their profits because of the stack of fines they must pay. So at the end of the day it really was not worth it.
905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Kingdom - 1991 Retro Virtual World(City) on: November 28, 2016, 04:44:46 AM
Guys slow down a little holy crap. As soon as I leave a post it gets buried and I must go look for it then read everything again my gosh this thread is very intense and hard to keep up with.

What exactly should I be doing now ? Let me not worth too much about all this other stuff let's take it easy with the learning curbe here. Ok so I know there is am event and I must stay healthy. All I need to know for now is...

When does the event start and end ? How often must I est and what must I eat ? I dont need to understand how eating works or even what I'm eating I just want to know what to buy and how often to eat/consume it. Do I need to have my health points up high the whole direction of the event or just near the end ?

Heya Jason,

sorry if it feels like people are ignoring you or spamming you with information; game is currently in an extremely hectic phase, as we're about to evolve into so-called Clans, which we've been eagerly waiting for almost half-a-year. Basically instead of single characters "houses" will function together. That's why people are posting so much so fast, they're not intentionally trying to ignore or textwall you. Sorry if you've felt that way.

I'm responsible for our Wiki, and I've been having a project to fulfill the empty spots of it especially regarding the new players' guide, so I might as well do it now. If you could, please post me your character ID and I'll check out what you're currently playing with, what you've done so far, and I'll write you (and others) a comprehensive guide - rememember though! these are always speculative and there's no de facto correct way to play - everything is tied to XMR and big shifts in CK markets, so there's no "correct" answer. But I'll give you (and others) my best 5 cents Smiley

Can you PM me here in BCT your most burning questions as well as some info about what your aims possibly are and what you have so far thought?
Again, you just stepped into a buzzing bee nest with huge changes in-game, and I can relate to frustration of how people go "go to <link>" or "and read also <link>" where things don't seem to connect and the information wave is vast. And some of it is outdated, as the game is evolving faster than people can document it in a newbie-friendly way. Believe me, I was there 1 year ago Wink

Also, coming to IRC has usually been very beneficial to new players. We're at ##crypto-kingdom at the server freenode, you could use e.g. http://webchat.freenode.net/
Usually most conversations take place 11 AM - 11 PM UTC, but this varies _a lot_. Don't be discouraged if you don't get a response within 10 mins or so, it really depends if we're at that particular minute there. Usually the threshold for little and seemingly mundane questions is much lower there, as here people usually tend to post only long well-structured semi-essays (or well, not always...)

Cheers, hope to catch you in IRC and in PM,
Syksy

The links I got for the health challenge were to posts in this forum from long ago and the guides and they really long and not exactly noon friendly but none the less I will read through them later. I just scanned through them for now.

My chsrwcotr is Zarth ID 593

Thank you I will PM you Amy questions I have.
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Kingdom Game Design on: November 28, 2016, 04:19:35 AM
A lot of this does not make sense to me and a lot of it is not in the game. Like action points ?? Where are those ? Where is my happiness level ? How do I see my health ? When must I eat ? When must I have my health from eating up high ? It decreases 2% per day so when does it end ? How does it work ?

Start by reading:
Princess Roopatra's Beginners' Guide to The Health Challenge

and

Princess Roopatra's Advanced Guide to The Health Challenge

(Keep in mind this is the original design of the health challenge.)

Then reread the last post about The New Challenge.

Ok thank you very much but damn that is a lot to go through but I will go through it later today. Thanks for helping me. It's not so easy finding info for this game and its very complex. I do enjoy the whooenidea of the game and having ot as an investment. It is fun.
907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Tools Everyone in the Bitcoin Industry Should Be Using on: November 28, 2016, 01:02:30 AM
The site about the bitcoin transaction fees is the most useful for me. I never even knew about it before today so thank you.

I think http://fiatleak.com/ also give good graphical representation of bitcoin buy volume (i think its real time as well as correct data).
https://www.bitaddress.org good to create paper wallet and new bitcoin addresses when needed.

Thanks this is also very helpful to analyze.
908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I did not understand something with the Bitcoin on: November 28, 2016, 12:59:24 AM
Bitcoin is revolutionary, but get paid for his work in Bitcoin is not a bit risky?
If the price of Bitcoin decrease, and you have already been paid in Bitcoin, what will you do?
What is your opinion on that?

I think you should keep a little bit of money in fiat for this very reason otherwise you must just wait for the value to increase. Also check how well your local currency is doing , sometimes even if bitcoin went down in $ the $ could be stronger so you get more in your local currency. This is just a smaller margin though.
909  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if POKEMON GO let people earn Bitcoin? on: November 27, 2016, 11:52:37 PM
I think of someone came and made a new game similar to Pokemon then they could intergrate bitcoin within the game world. Everything will cost bitcoin in the game. Pokemon would trade among players as well as sell and buy Pokemon for bitcoin. It will have an suction house and the auction house takes a cut and that's how the game makes money. The Pokemon value will be acoeding to rarity. It will be something like the altcoins exchange but instead of altcoin they will be Pokemon that you can use and not just sit pretty in your wallet
910  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Free bitcoin 5mbtc on: November 27, 2016, 10:37:36 PM
I have looked through the site and I dont see anything about this promotion. Under promotions you have 50% weekly. Bonus and you have free spins and welcome bonus but nothing about 5mbtc anywhere ? If the promo is over you should close this thread. It is not even the end of novemeber yet anyway.
911  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: ◥◥◥◥◥ CRYPTOBOT.PRO ◤◤◤◤◤ Register and EARN 15000 SATOSHI DAILY! Stable and Safe on: November 27, 2016, 10:17:56 PM

912  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: 💚💚 [SmartInvest] Invest your bitcoins and let them grow! 💚💚 on: November 27, 2016, 10:15:05 PM
Are you really expecting members here to send you any satoshi?
Lol Op, you need to do a lot more than this to get something...

Gtfo from here and come back if you have something to offer.
Cheers!

Well I suppose at least he has a site, most of these guys come and try that with no site just a bitcoin address that they leave and they use a vanaity address for "authenticity" but we all knownits crap and just an address like any other. I'm not sure what sort of people fall for these scams.
913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: November 27, 2016, 08:20:59 PM
Ga!bling cannot help you with your life that is not what it is there for. Gambling can only help ypu of you very lucky and win or you own a casino or have lots of investments in one or do many promotional work for the casino. Else no ways.
914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is that also happens in gambling ? Losing his wife in gambling.I am worried >:( on: November 27, 2016, 08:18:34 PM
This sounds like human trafficking and slave trade. Who the hell puts their wife up for a stake or anything near that where it's possible to lose her. But ya I guess in India women are second class citizens the sexist bastards.

You won't hear that sort coming from USA or EU. Not that the USA is any better in regards to the amount of morons about.
915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many money did you spent in gambling in a day? on: November 27, 2016, 08:15:11 PM
I'm very curious about the money you spent on gambling because i want to know about gambling's earnings by gambler's here in a day to know how much you spend in gambling in 1 month to show me and the other gamblers that ease their spending in gambling. Cheesy  Huh Huh

Gambling will not make you earnings only hard work will. The money you win is a prize and only a select lucky few win. The rest who dont win are paying for the person who does win. But it is fair since each person has a fair chance to win just as much as anyone else.

I spend about 0.001 btc a day and this includes money I won so its 0.03btc a month but including winnings I only deposite 0.02btc or so.
916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Often Do Gamblers Really Win? on: November 27, 2016, 06:19:20 PM
The amount of wins is equal to 50% - house edge. But this is the total wins not the total wins per person. See big winners win back the loses of the previous how ever many gamblers there were Eben though the stats are 50%- house edge. The money the house pays these people who win is the 50- house edge and the money they dont habe to pay to any winners is = the house edge. This is over long periods of time.

So of today a casino had 100k deposits and a house edge of 1 % then they make 1% of the 100k the rest is used to pay back winners.
917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Coins worth mining as an early investment on: November 27, 2016, 05:23:52 PM
What coins were worth mining as an early investment or how do you know which are good for an early investment. By that I mean. Mining and staking coins before they on the market or even getting in first with pow coins and mining before the huge hash powers get involved.

I know there is also hi-pow with big rewards per block for early miners and ot will be lower difficulty. So which coins out there work that way ? Because when you hire a miner you lose money unless you do what I'm trying to and get in as one of the first investors and mine while its easy to get ahead start.
918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: whats an ideal GPU mining specs on: November 27, 2016, 05:18:36 PM

I might just be interested to buy an GPU mining rig if i can possible find it on a local store near our area. Maybe i can earn more with it.
Please post your Mining rig specs. I can't afford ASICs for bitcoin besides people says its not profitable.

Basic is profitable if you can get it shipped to you fast enough and dont get scammed since many mining machine sites are scams or mine with your equipment till they decide when to ship it to you so they make bitcoin from you and even more mining with your money. Not a bad deal if you a scammer.

GPU rigs would depend on what gpu/s you are using and you would need to tweek the settings. You should put this in the altcoin mining section btw.
919  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: A list of bad sites? on: November 27, 2016, 05:14:25 PM
I am new to the entire cryptocurrency in the first place so very new to BitCoins as well. Is there a place that lists known bad sites? I learned the hard way that the idea of a doubler site is false/fake, such as http://bestdoubler.eu/ for example. They just take what you send them and that's it.

http://www.badbitcoin.org

A very good site the guy goes into detail about how scams work and the thinking behind a scammer. His reviews are short but long enough to reach the point and make it easy to understand. There so many scams so short reviews work best. But basically of a site is on http://www.badbitcoin.org the stay away from that site.
920  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Minecraft: Use and earn bitcoin inside the game on: November 27, 2016, 05:08:20 PM
*sigh*

Like all the other "Earn money while you play" schemes on the internet, this server basically functions like a faucet. It pays you barely a couple of cents for hours of playtime.

Never mix work with pleasure. There's a huge difference.

Actually mixing work with pleasure is a good thing. If you enjoy your work you will be successful. What's the point on doing work that you dont get excited about or that is fun ? I wouldn't want to live that way that is for sure.
