901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: airdrops campaign on gleam and other platforms. on: December 12, 2022, 01:14:15 PM
You should anyways joining with main account only. There are people who are so greedy they would end up creating multiple accounts and join the same airdrop again and again. This disturbs the mods as well as quality of airdrop - considering everyone started doing the same thing in same airdrop. Moreover, you always have an option for "referring others". If you want more free drops then just refer others, plan strategies accordingly. There are hundreds of micro task sites where you can publish your ref links and earn white and decent commission from there. I think with the time quality of airdrops has descended so be careful while investing your time and planning any strategies.
902  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My advice If you are here to make money on: December 11, 2022, 08:06:56 PM
Control your emotion, believe me, emotion is your biggest number one enemy. Especially the fear and greed know how to stop loss and know how to take profit.

Stay away from btc If you are futures trader btc moving too slow.

Please don't stay away from BTC since if you can predict BTC moves you can predict the most market is going. In fact, most of traders that I have followed what they do first is predict BTC moving after that they start to analyze the altcoin. Bitcoin waves is real.

Good Luck Smiley

Mate, if its slow mover then definitely easy to predict the window of its landing price. I think that will easily make some good cash for ya! However, I get it why are you saying that and that's because of the current market situation for the bitcoin. The case is reverse actually, bitcoin is very volatile and easily making drifts up and down by 2-5% biweekly basis, or may be more. If you find proper sweet spot to make an entry for the futures then definitely it can payback huge amount of money.

Moreover, trading in any instrument is basically same the TA and FA story. What hardens the traders life is consistency and patience breakage! If they loose any of it, the trade is gonna get messed up.
903  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks do not want bitcoin to become popular on: December 11, 2022, 07:48:47 PM
Shows me good picture of how terrified the CEO's and founders of banks are at this very movement. Bitcoin does not need any sort of publicity anyways because from making brighter bitcoin hub cities to using bitcoin for donations at various causes (floods, wars, fire etc.) it has already proven its way to the hearts of people. The good thing is, millionaires also know banks are using their money to to do their business if someday they decided not to save their money into the banks then dam they will have nothing but empty pockets. On the other hand they know very well if they put everything into bitcoin then its gonna stay there forever, under their own control and nobody's gonna use it except the key holders. So these kind of news are really child's play. THey mean nothing.

Another upset win by Morocco, ooofff

With all these upsets happening, I think this will be the best worldcup ever for bookmakers lol. Didn’t see the loss of Portugal and Brazil but that is how it goes in soccer sometimes.
Just won another 5000 RP with my WOF, one step closer again to reach the 100,000k mark!

Ahh, the WOF lover. Keep it up mate. Last time I posted my results and I have hit around 150K mark already. I am very happy with my decision of staying premium on the freebitcoin. Its literally a habit now and like apple ecosystem I am tangled up with the feebitcoin ecosystem. I mean everyday I wanna click that blue Roll button, and I want to go for ride on the WOF wheel, and sometime surf through the bets and mutliplier. I think I am all stuck in the universe of freebitcoin now.  Grin
This is my second running year for the premium membership and I hope that I reach the mark of 1000K RP's soon. That's 10 times current state, I just hope it does not take 10 yrs though. Wish me luck. Smiley
905  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will not become the world currency. on: December 11, 2022, 07:06:39 PM
We dont want to see it as worlds currency anyways. That is really second world thought. It should be universal currency. When aliens will visit to earth what do you expect to give them?
Color printed paper?

Dam, no way that will put earth's reputation in the jeopardy. I think if such intelligence contact becomes evident we can help each other through crypto currencies. Bitcoin, with special algorithm and minted by all means of mathematical expressions.

That would be honestly easy to trade and respectable.  Smiley
906  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation: Possible increase in the next US CPIs on: December 11, 2022, 06:11:57 PM
CPI is not a prediction of the future.. its a report of the past to present. same with inflation and recession

these reports just say how much
(CPI)consumer goods have already risen by monthly-over the year
(GDP) inflation and recession has happened in last6 months

we have already had 2.9 years of inflation so ofcourse we are now entering a recession(correction) of that inflation of QE

there is however a recession of the non-food CPI (housing prices drop) while a continued inflation of the food-goods CPI
which authorities hope would balance out the overall inflation/recession rate to net 0 rate

yep
yep a drop of house prices by 10%
and an increase of food/bills by 20%.. "supposedly" balances out in authorities eyes
(200k=180k =1000 a year loss on a 20 year investment)..
is a -$1k per capita CPI
vs
($5k food bill a year becoming $6k,)
is a +$1k per capita CPI..

but in normal peoples prospective. home owners just dont sell at a loss but everyone is still feeling the extra $1k added to food bill

Taking these factors in consideration one can easily understand why bitcoin is going down. Though bitcoin should be different part and must not be included into CPI because it is neither providing any service nor its a good that can be utilized in the world.

It's merely alternate medium for the current fiat system. To date everyone understands it as virtual currency or often as an asset which really confuses how it is considered in the traditional books anyways.

What would balance bitcoin?

Unfortunately, BTC has come very far but its always measured in terms of USD and with the time the volume of BTC-USD is rising a lot. Most of them are here to use it as means of earning more money by trading it and not utilizing it as medium of transaction. For example sending money to your aunt overseas or may be buying street food in Thailand with it.

So this particular relation between USD and BTC is what making it move just like the way fiat is moving.

Its complex. Bitcoin should have been left alone really.
907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your opinion on the future of Decentralised exchanges on: December 10, 2022, 08:21:43 PM
They will take some amount of attention for sure, and definitely more than what they used to get before FTX aftermath. However, it may happen that people will forget the incidence that happened and get back to the normal routine one more time in the future. This is odd to read but we have seen how humans behave in the long run. They will always start going back to those regularities which they used to follow before any bad incidences because they think air's been cleared and they are open to access the previous steps one more time. I am not sure how it will work with decentralised exchanges in long run but investors are greedy, they will get back to high volume based exchanges one more time.
908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will there be a replacement for bitcoin one day so that bitcoin isn't number 1? on: December 10, 2022, 08:06:02 PM
Really? After so much bitcoin is going through and we are going to talk about this straight to the face of Bitcoin.  Cheesy
Nah, I dont think so there are any capable projects. There is no way they gonna replace it because bitcoin is like tried and tested coin which is #1 since then and ETH was on who went very close to it but Bitcoin jumped 100 steps further from it and went up crazy up in terms of valuation. As you know if anything is precious then people will always find a way to posses it and that's what bitcoin is going through. It has already created unprecedented amount of attention and it's gonna increase more as move further. There is no way any project will come out of thin air and cross all the phases of life that Bitcoin lived!

@pawanjain, dude congratulations man. That’s serious winning dude, and as far as I know that is “very huge” conversion in your loca currency. It could be couple of months salary for locals there. That’s shit ton of money for you. Definitely big win from small bet that was placed. I’m surprised how much money was made by others too. Because in the screenshot we can still see there are other players who have taken this risk. Now that is also one of the ways to win big. But definitely not everyone gonna take such risks that too with big bets like this dude.
910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest Scam History in the Cryptocurrency on: December 10, 2022, 06:29:55 PM
You can add pitcoin to this list. It is also one of dirtiest scam that was able to generate large amount of sales and gotten it's app installed on millions of devices. Later it found out that the app was secretly mining on the peoples smartphone. Thought it had very less power of mining from single device but collectively millions of devices were powering up their mining greed and gotten big amount of money in their wallets. With the time they also started selling the personal data of their users. This was nothing but surprisingly KYC docs of uses. I think I have seen a post on the forum itself with actual photograph of the KYC docs that were leaked from the Pitocin server. They were not hacks but intentional sell outs for money. That is one dirty business they played out there. Definitely it was wake up call for me to stay away from alts and try to be with bitcoin all the time.
911  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I became Independent Because of Cryptocurrency on: December 10, 2022, 06:06:17 PM
It's great that you're now financially independent. But you might want to get your coins out of Binance, considering how exchanges these days are falling left and right. You don't want to lose all that hard-earned money, now do you?

My suggestion is to save up for a hardware wallet and the move your coins there.

That's a golden advice. That's what came on mind after seeing the screenshot of binance. I mean 6 hours is still big time he hasn't moved the coins directly to hardware wallets. Well if it is going to be savings account and hard earned money, dam; that's gonna go in the hardware wallet without any second thought. I also had similar ways of keeping money on the exchangers, first reason was easy to trade right on the spot, or may be exchange with my local fiat and get the money and thus to avoid those 2-3 steps of accessing your wallet, plugging it in and sending the coins.

However, I also got similar advice from forum fellow members, and I am thankful that I have not been victim of any exchanger since then.

This is good piece of advice - from the experience. Smiley
912  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🎮🎲LuckyBird🎁 - social sweepstake casino🎄🔥 on: December 09, 2022, 06:58:42 PM
That should be interesting. This casino has increased marketing strategy all over again. I have seen various advertisements running across multiple platforms. Considering they are faucet also, they can be seen on popular websites wallet like faucetpay, coinpot and cointiply and many more. That is why I was wondering I have read the name somewhere.

I think Lucky bird might be trying it one more time to become successful business in the near future and probably wants to start newly as we approach to the new year here. The amount of money that is getting poured into marketing could suggest they are trying hard. I dont really have any opinions but just hope to see another good casino making its way up here.
913  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: December 09, 2022, 06:45:24 PM
Congratulation @pawanjain, on winning huge amount of satoshi on WOF. Always pleasure to see such winning. After seeing yours I am excited to share my data here and I hope it will motivate everyone and specifically those users who still not tried to go for "PREMIUM" membership on the freebitcoin.

WOF = 72
Satoshi's = 6000
Lottery = 1600
GT = 0
RP = 1400

That is definitely one of the good spins for me so far. Either I have won RP in 5k ratio now and then or may 5K lottery. But above combination is just perfect. In all we can call it as 7400 Satoshi's if BTC+RP is combined.

I am so proud that I made decision to be a premium member.  Thanks Freebitcoin Cheesy
914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin mining project in Kenya helps power rural community on: December 09, 2022, 06:20:19 PM
In simple words, that’s industrialisation. One of the greatest revolution which was seen during 17-1800 throughout the globe and mostly in the western hemisphere.

No wonder when big powers combine together then they could bring such wealth to the locals. I am sure they might have brought nice employment for the locals along with the energy bonuses.

This explains why there is high cost of utility when you live far from the city hubs, in terms of providing services which takes extra cost of logistic, supplies, roads and what not.

When you bring the source of utility right at doorstep then it can lower the cost pretty well.
915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and the cryptospace is threatened by this legislation backed by Sam on: December 09, 2022, 08:44:30 AM
The only thought everyone should get from this is: [{SAM}-Ctrl+A=Del]
There is literally no way we should be very much concerned about such news. For one thing sure, they may start to control the exchanges, or the mediums /platform through which we can transact the bitcoin but they can not diminish the bitcoin completely.

These facts really does not change if sam comes in the picture or warren makes a statement or Elon tweets something neg/pos.

I don't know but I literally ignore such articles, or at least I have started to tell this myself. There always be someone to transact the bitcoin and it's already a pandemic version, with no cure.  Cheesy
916  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Changing Google Captcha to Biometric Scan | Extended application to Crypto walle on: December 09, 2022, 05:06:22 AM
The only times when it would be synched is when our browser ends up with pre verification step.
Syncing means your data needs to be verified right? At one point or another, the data will need to be shared with other parties. The website needs to prove that I'm human in real time so I'll need to scan at the same time, I don't know how you can bypass this by sending encrypted data unless the website itself has the same data to do the verification. If the scanning in real-time itself is pointless because the data is stored offline (hence the website does not need any fingerprint data), then why need a fingerprint scan in the first place? A captcha would suffice no?

I'm not familiar with the technicalities but even if you only need the hash of such data, I still don't feel safe when I use it. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say since it is quite difficult to put it into words.

Nonetheless, in today's world we are anyways haring ton of personal data to these devices already. Whether it is my location (steady/live), motion detection, permissions to read the data on device for various purposes so that the app/site can function normally.
I don't see why we should normalize such practice if it harms our privacy and security, even if a lot of apps do the same thing. Not to mention you can disable/remove those permissions, and use other apps that don't require any sensitive data for your purpose. Those websites don't need so much of our data to function well, would you give your location data to an obscure website just because they asked you? If I need to scan my fingerprint just to see their website, I'd rather leave.

There are tons of abuse of such personal data if you take a look around this forum. Things from phishing e-mails because of a database leak, stolen identity where somebody suddenly got a lot of debt when they never made one, losing crypto money because their password is stored online, etc.

Not everyone is techy, not everyone understands what type of data might be getting shared.
And because not everyone understands the risk, we need to educate and spread awareness to them. Saying OK to privacy-invasive technology is not the right way IMO. CMIIW.

Okay mate. That lighten up my synapses now.

Hmm, okay I was like thinking that our devices will keep parsing the data regarding human confirmation based on which our device and the browser will contact each other.
So like, my mouse touch pad is entirely biometric sensor plate which will let my laptop understand I am working with it and let it know I am still human.

Whenever a browser opens up it does not have to access my biometric data directly. It has to only call for verification parameters that are logged by my device itself.

That could add up extra layer of security without compromising my privacy?

And also, there is no else other than the device who will have our data stored offline on it and only be used when applications requiring the verification data. (That to just log of my finger sense captured in real time).

917  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Changing Google Captcha to Biometric Scan | Extended application to Crypto walle on: December 08, 2022, 02:58:01 PM
Oh okay. So it destroys the whole point of using this mechanism and we still need to rely on the traditional way of bot verificaiton.

I understand that our finger prints will be used to verify the bot or no bot verification but in that case also we can have the data stored on the device itself just like what you mentioned about the phone security right?

The only times when it would be synched is when our browser ends up with pre verification step.

Nonetheless, in today's world we are anyways haring ton of personal data to these devices already. Whether it is my location (steady/live), motion detection, permissions to read the data on device for various purposes so that the app/site can function normally.

Not everyone is techy, not everyone understands what type of data might be getting shared.

Does it really concerns us for single fingerprint scan?
918  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: December 07, 2022, 12:22:31 PM
4X Reward Points (RP) promotion is ONGOING and ends in less than 24 hours.

Redeem your RP on the Rewards page for iPhones, Hardware Wallets, Gift Cards, Free BTC, and much more...

There should be next phase on freebitcoin now, 8x and 12x RP's for every ABC wagered or may be rolled etc. Considering the fact that RP's withdrawal limit is very high for users. Though I am fan of these promotions, I am more or less getting my RP's from WOF only. I think during these 4x promotions they should also 4x the rewards of WOF.  Grin
That would be lot more fun. But I am sure that may not be feasible for the Freebitcoin's economy and its accounting would go brrrrr.  Tongue

I am not sure how many of them really use these promotions but mostly those top wageres might be getting cool load of RP's during these promos. I want to achieve that level but my wallet is restricting me doing so. Lolz.
919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nigerian government set to tax bitcoin and crypto transactions on: December 07, 2022, 11:43:39 AM
We are already living this sort of adoption throughout other countries. Many of them already adopted bitcoin by taking taxes on it. The thing is, it’s unclear whether they are adoptions the bitcoin or making joke out of the user considering the tac slot is anywhere in 10-30% in different countries.

That’s insane taxation on any asset we have seen. When government imposed taxes to higher slots it does mean two things either that asset is highly regulated and precious OR it’s threatening to them. You guessed it right, in our case that’s definitely second one.

Now we have to see what Nigerian bill says about it then we can conclude the intentions.
920  Bitcoin / Project Development / Changing Google Captcha to Biometric Scan | Extended application to Crypto walle on: December 06, 2022, 04:30:38 PM
Changing Google Captcha to Biometric Scan | Extended application to Crypto wallet accessing, internet banking services and more!

Google Captcha / hCaptcha / or any other type of bot verification barrier can be seen almost on every website these days. It is very boring and you have to keep trying until you pass the test. However, its not big deal to do so. In fact we have seen videos and hacks in which bots are actually able to figure it out through the pixels intensity and whats being asked by the bot verification tool.

Though its funny to know, there are some bots which are intentionally allowed to complete the verification in the background to keep track of valid logs.

However, there is one excellent idea to get rid of this verification and on top of this it could also revolutionize the way website are passed for the bot verification.

New Approach: Continuous Biometric Scan

In this approach we can have new laptops installed with the Biometric Scanner. There are already many versions from different Brands who are providing Thumb Scanner for the purpose of "logging into" you device. As far as smart phones are considered all of them comes with high end biometric scanners.

For smartphone:
1) You have facial recognition and deep eye retina scanner.
2) On screen and Off screen Thumb scanners are literally thing of past!

For Laptops and big screen devices:

Assume you are using a laptop and you have a keypad which can have multiple thumb sensor to cover the whole area of it. A program can be ran which will continuously keep track of the person touching it and thus telling the computer that real person is in touch with the device.

The scanner will obviously verify this data against the "pre-verification" data that is obtained during device set up.

Whenever I will visit a website then it should be done as smoothly as there should be no window popping up for verifying a human is accessing the same.

This is literally possible on every devices where you are accessing such website considering the fact that you will be using high end devices to do so. Frankly, even cheapest smartphone on the earth come with this tech!

Additional Benefits:

We can smoothly use this method for passing securities for our internet banking services, cryptocurrency wallet accessing and what not! There is no limit for its implementation.

If this project has to be made successful then it will need two things
A) Device manufacturer start producing devices with inbuilt biometric scanners and also required open end program which will synch with the apps and sites for confirmation
B) Open source projects and established projects accepting this sort of services.

Questions

1) Did you like this concept?
2) What could be possible challenges for this one?
3) Do you think it can revolutionize the way we look at verification of various layers over the web?

All thoughts are welcomed.
