Why is trying to find out why Joe is MIA creepy Suchmoon?  Huh I agree there is a fine line between armchair sleuth and stalker but imo i think its telling that he's mia I could be wrong tho.

I just want to know why he isn't CTO anymore and why around the time when he went dark large amounts of xpy were moving around.  IDC who he wants to call himself lets just call him Zombie Joe.  Anyone have an extra account on HT that wants to put it up on the chopping block and ask wtf joe is see if someone replys.

Yeah thats the conspiracy theory going around the only way to be sure is to have someone contact the University of Southern Mississippi and find out if there was ever a Joe Mordica enrolled there.

No, you mean if there were ever TWO Joe Mordicas enrolled there. We know the one who passed went to USM.

Didn't know that.

http://www.intelius.com/results.php?ReportType=1&formname=name&qf=Joseph&qmi=&qn=Mordica&qcs=Hattiesburg%2C+MS&focusfirst=1

This is where i first started looking. If you really want to dig deeper, pay attention to relative's names, both here and in the obit for Joseph P Mordica.

http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/hattiesburgamerican/obituary.aspx?pid=160222996

Ok so I found this second obscure google + profile https://plus.google.com/114293259207798777222/posts that has megan mordica (I wont post any photos because its a baby) in his circle which would link him to the Joseph Anthony Mordica , age 29 profile from the intelius report you sent me.  So there's a middle name now.  Just have to call USM and find out of there was a Joeseph Anthony Mordica enrolled there.

Searching doesn't work, so I'm sorry if I'm repeating things, but here's a quick summary of the recent stuff that may or may not have been lost:

Joe Mordica not listed as CTO on gawminers.com anymore and Eric Capuano not listing GAW as his employer on LinkedIn anymore.
http://www.gawminers.com/pages/team
https://www.linkedin.com/pub/eric-capuano/13/285/308

Paybase reversed some transactions from the cheap XPY/Gyft debacle, Volder's efforts to reunite with Gyft kind of backfired.

https://hashtalk.org/topic/29997
https://twitter.com/TheVolder/status/558380568866349056

Pastor (ex-pastor?) slash investor Matlack and GAWCEO are rallying the troops.
https://hashtalk.org/topic/29815
https://hashtalk.org/topic/29926

Zombie Joe Mordica also updated his twitter bio. Now he is just a "Christ Follower and Husband -- Tech Nerd".

Hmm interesting I actually never paid any attention to his twitter was he listed as having worked for Gaw on it before?  Did the update remove that?

Yeah, it did. IIRC, after the Jesus business, it said "CTO Gaw Miners" or something similar before. Definitely mentioned GAW by name.

I think we have enough evidence to conclude that Joe is no longer with GAW.  As to why, just another thing for us to speculate on but I find it interesting in and about when he went silent large amounts of xpy were moving around.  *begins to puff on pipe* I wonder....

Maybe he's just using his real name now; I thought the real Joe Mordica was dead and this was a pseudonym.

My latest theory is that hashtalk consists of paid shills, a couple idiots and the rest are on disability, they don't value their money because they have a lifetime monthly paycheck

I think that comment reveals more about your personal prejudice than it does about anybody over at the hashtalk forum.

Thanks for your insightful and productive post in the thread we're just going to have to ask you to put that Kool-Aid down before you come in here mmkay thanks.  Meanwhile large amounts of xpy were moving around in and around the 17th...

An account with a whole 47 followers and 30 tweets.  Yeah.  I'll pass on paying attention to that.  Thanks.  Some of you are as mental as those on HT. Lol.

To be fair I think his old account was hacked, besides I have a twitter account with 5k followers and they're all fake, so what are you getting at  Huh
917  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: January 21, 2015, 01:55:27 PM
Be easier to send him an email to his btc.com address.

I mean it cant be that hard.. josh@btc.com  so Id imagine its Joe or Joe@btc.com  and if it bounces...well

Not really - I emailed Jonah recently about something unconnected and there was no response, it could be that his email now goes to the new GM, or they keep email accounts aliased to someone else (eg support) once someone leaves

Sounds reasonable but I tried anyway just to see.

EDIT: The address is still valid when I sent through gmail even linked up to the google + profile https://plus.google.com/102329021785338372560/posts anyway as far the conspiracy about him which i'm not crazy about says he Attended The University of Southern Mississippi if someone was motivated enough that would be easy to check into.

What do you know... suddenly Ars is not a reliable publication anymore. And some muppets can't figure out that the child's photo is a screenshot of GAW's own website.

https://hashtalk.org/topic/29807

Fun fact - and I know some Joe Mordica's conspiracy theorists here will be very pleased - said individual is not listed on the website as  the CTO anymore.

Now:

Joe Mordica could be gone by now ... Huh

More interesting is how suddenly ...First hashstakers have been gone...Second Hashlets also have been gone ...I guess they are the most "Famous" illegal securities in the SEC's definitons... Wink

We/I have been pointing this here for weeks...if not months... Grin

ZiG

Yeah there's really something up with this.  Why would they suddenly remove a seemingly innocent video (Jmordica's Mining Statement) as part of their clean up.  To remove traces of "Joe" from the company?  To remove any ties with Zen and Paycoin?  Very interesting find suchmoon and I agree there's something more and his sudden dissaperance from the website is even more suspicious.  If anyone doesn't remember I have the video up on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ZpZdeJNSV0 and backed up I forget who originally posted it but they have a copy also.

1. Depending on the jurisdiction, contracts w/ an indefinite duration are not enforceable. I took a quick read-through of the NDA and it looks like the term is indefinite.

I am in the UK - to me its a moot point

2. Also, its not effective until both parties sign and deliver the NDA.  Delivery methods, unless defined, often refer to physical delivery of the documents or notice.  This NDA doesn't seem to authorize electronic delivery. I'm guessing both sides did not sign and deliver physical copies of this document - but I'm just speculating and have no way of knowing the truth.

Actually, GAW allowed us all to return it via electronic means, with electronic signatures if need be - we never received a copy back

3. Generally, courts frown on retraints on trade.  There's a movement away from the enforceability of non-compete agreements and NDAs for this reason. That would be another angle I'd explore if I were looking for a way to attack this document.

Its not even their NDA they copied it from an Animal Sanctuary

RE: 2 - doesn't matter if they allowed it to be returned electronically.  There's a provision in that agreement that says the written agreement alone represents the entire agreement between the parties and that any deviation has to be done in writing.  So, possibly nobody signed it given they didn't provide you w/ a signed copy.  Tongue

No NDA can oblige you to be part of criminal conduct, or prevent you from reporting it.  By the looks of it you can use that NDA as toilet paper.

So, for those of us who are bag holders - if there is an SEC investigation underway - what is our best course of action? Keep our coins on paybase? Liquidate all of them ASAP to try and get something out of them before they become 0-sales? Hold on to them?

Sadly I've got about 100XPY - not as much as many people, but still enough that I'd like to not walk away.

Dude that's a hard call not sure what price you bought in at, IMO i'd pull the XPY out of paybase and keep it in your paycoin wallet-qt.  I'm not sure if you're going to go for the buyback program that starts on Feb1st IMO I would stay away from that because it seems like another well crafted part of the scheme wait 12 days and see how it plays out for people (IF the buy back comes to pass) and most certainly don't waste anymore of your BTC in paybase.  If I were in your shoes I'd hold the bag for another 12 days and see whats up wait for a good pump and bail recoup some BTC.  Good luck.
