then the question is: who is responsible for the down time? I think it makes sense to payout a fixed amount per share based on difficulty with a slightly higher fee.

Hi, you cannot reserve any Shares, pay and the share is yours if there is still a share available. Interested. So the fee is all inclusive? And how do we guarantee 24/7 operation?
