921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your criteria to invest in any ICO? on: August 22, 2018, 08:42:21 AM
Primary criteria which I consider while investing into any particular ICO are:
- Whitepaper
- Development team background
- Clear roadmap
- Social media interactions by the development team
- Real world use cases of the coin or token
I usually tend to check out these factors before deciding to invest into any particular ICO. Also, I tend to invest more often in a bull market when compared to a bear market due to obvious reasons.
922  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you one of those who think that BITCOIN will not rise this year? on: August 21, 2018, 02:17:25 PM
I am generally an optimist which is why I strongly believe that Bitcoin will fly high by the end of this year most probably.  It could due to a reason like the approval of ETF proposal by SEC paving way for institutional investors to invest into this market or there might be no reason at all. This is how the cryptocurrency market has always functioned over time and I won't be giving up on Bitcoin ever. This is simply my gut feeling speaking.
923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How helpful Bitcoin in future? on: August 20, 2018, 06:33:34 AM
Almost every person involved with the cryptocurrency market knows the answer to this particular question which is anonymity. This is the primary goal of Bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrency market on the whole. The ability to conduct financial transactions online without any sort of interference by any centralized authority like banks etc is simply amazing in my opinion and something that the world needs. As the cryptocurrency market continues to gain traction over time, more and more people will definitely join this amazing market.
924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's stop comparing Bitcoin to Ethereum or any other Cryptos on: August 18, 2018, 05:58:04 AM
you can never stop people from making such comparisons, they have been doing it for as long as I can remember. as it was pointed out, most of them are just spam advertising their bags but also there is another group of newbies who see bitcoin and see its rise from $0.01 to whatever the current price of that time is and think they have missed the chance of making a good investment so they seek out alternatives that are still at lower prices and think if they invest in those they can make the same profit when they go up to bitcoin price levels. but what they don't know is that those altcoins never go up to those levels because they can not do that.
this group ends up comparing their altcoin with bitcoin mostly to see if the price can catch up.
Completely true. Bitcoin is in a different league when compared to all other cryptocurrencies which is why it is seriously stupid when people compare with any other coin or token since they are a world apart. I like Ethereum, Stellar Lumens, Ripple, Litecoin etc, but these are always my secondary choices in this market since Bitcoin has, will and shall always be my primary choice. Anyone who says otherwise are either dumb or simply delusional in my opinion.
925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Alts Do You Support For The Long Game? on: August 16, 2018, 06:04:07 AM
This has been a topic of debate for God knows how long and it will always be a hot topic. The fact is that alternate cryptocurrencies will always come in second place when compared to Bitcoin and I strongly believe that these particular coins will survive in the long term.

-Ethereum
-Ripple
-Stellar Lumens
-NEO
-Litecoin
-Dashcoin
-EOS

I am not sure whether other coins and tokens will survive in the long term. Research helps a lot in narrowing down your choices in this aspect.
926  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Crex24.com - Cryptocurrency Exchange [Official Thread] (Fiat deposit/withdrawal) on: August 15, 2018, 06:24:45 AM
Just like the posters above me, my ZRX deposit is not showing up even though the transaction has been confirmed. I have already tried contacting the Crex24 customer service, but no one responded. I did not expect such bad service. Please rectify this asap.

This is horrible customer service. Its been around 2 days already and I still have not received a single reply from them. The exchange which I sent the coins from replied in a couple of hours. Did not expect such poor service at all. So many people are complaining about their deposits and not a single response. Waiting patiently for a response.
Received my coins at last which I was able to trade at last. Bad timing though due to the horrible market scenario at the moment. Crex24 is still a legit exchange in my opinion. Please improve your services in this aspect though to avoid any future disruptions.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Really it's a disease!##Crypto maniac!! on: August 14, 2018, 06:33:17 AM
Lol. This depends on your self control op. If you are addicted to cryptocurrencies, that is your choice and not everyone behave in a similar manner. I have observed many people who have fallen head over heels after seeing the cryptocurrency market skyrocket last year which makes sense since last year was the best year in the history of the crypto market obviously. However, getting addicted to something might not always be beneficial which is why it is better to control your addiction rather than losing control. Do not lose yourself in this extremely volatile cryptocurrency market.
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The strongest hand on this system! on: August 13, 2018, 06:49:49 AM
We all know that weak investors will going to sell their crypto when market price drop. Other will still remain holding their crypto and will state that they were having strong hands. However, if we say strong then i bet the strongest among individuals here in the system are the BOUNTY HUNTERS especially if they are not investing crypto. BOUNTY HUNTERS indeed the strongest hands in cryptocurrency.
What are you going on about? You must be out of your mind if you think that bounty hunters are the strongest hands in this environment. In fact, bounty hunters tend to be the weakest hands since they generally sell all their cryptocurrencies early in order to pull their profits as soon as possible. 90% of all bounty hunters tend to do this in my opinion which is why I don't agree with you at all. The investors who invested their hard earned money are generally the strongest hands in this environment.
929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Negative Mind Will Never Give You A Positive Life on: August 12, 2018, 06:43:36 AM
I know I know being negative will not do you good. But come on is it just us who are to blame why we are sometimes think negatively of crypto? There are many reasons why people are being triggered to become negative. Scams on icos and coin developers, ICO paying you a small amount after doing bounties for months in a row, KYC on bounties, bad trade decisions and bad investment decisions. So there you go the triggers for the negative feelings. Admit that there are also mistakes and flaws in the crypto environment and not just us.
I totally agree with what you are saying, but you need to understand that the crypto environment has always been like this and this is not something new. All the problems that you mentioned have existed from a long time which is why this is a risky market to invest into. The volatility of this market is the primary reason why many investors decide to stay away from this market, but it is also attracts some investors due to the opportunities it creates to earn big money. No matter how tough things look, never give up and continue supporting the cryptocurrency market.

932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If ICO Fails, Then what happen next? on: August 10, 2018, 06:27:51 AM
Well, there are so many reasons that may lead to the failure an ICO but whatever the reason might be, those who have invested their money into the ICO must get back a refund through a transparent and convenient process and without any delay. But as for bounty hunters, I don't think they are getting anything from it even if they do, it is of no use because there Will  be no exchange trade the tokens.
I agree. It is pretty obvious that bounty hunters will gain nothing from a failed ICO which has been the case majority of the time this year due to the falling market. Last year was something else when compared to this year since majority of the projects were able to take off successfully helping bounty hunters earn healthy profits for their time and efforts. It is seriously tough to earn in a falling market which is why this market is full of risks.
933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IS DENT A SCAM? THE TEAM IS SELLING THEIR OWN BAGS AND DUMPING THE PRICE on: August 09, 2018, 06:21:46 AM
That is a lot of DENT and it does look like a scam in my opinion which is why I am planning my DENT asap to avoid any major losses. The fact is that the team has not been transparent about these transactions which is why I have lost faith in this project. Sad since I was actually expecting big things from this project. The team needs to be improve in the transparency aspect if they wish to win back their investors.
934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Risk points of investing in cryptocurrency. on: August 08, 2018, 05:31:49 AM
Volatility is not the only risk that is associated with cryptocurrency, but it is the biggest risk though in my opinion. Apart from this particular risk, there are many other risks involved with this market which include scammers and hackers lurking around trying to scam investors whenever they get the chance. They are coming up with various creative ways to scam people which is why it is best to safely secure your coins and tokens.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do the bitcoin dump is affecting the price of altcoins on: August 07, 2018, 06:51:23 AM
If Bitcoin will dump more down in future than what will to other Altcoins it will also dump or bull high?
Do you think that alts can survive if the center attraction of the market is being dumped? Many scenario's can possibly happen but that's the scene that's possible to happen, bitcoin being dumped leads to alt coins dumped too. But there are also some things that we've seen when bitcoin pumps, alts are suffering too and some of you think that's unfair on the part of altcoins. In this part, you have to realize on how precious bitcoin in the market so if you're altcoiner, think again if you don't have bitcoin.
I agree. Bitcoin and altcoin values have generally been directly proportional to each other and inversely proportional to each other sometimes. This is not surprising at all since Bitcoin has, will and shall always be the center of attraction due to which altcoins will always depend on it to a degree in some way or another. No one can accurately predict what the Bitcoin value will be in the coming months, but the ETF proposal approval could help it rise in a big way.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alts are red-I can’t believe it! on: August 06, 2018, 05:48:50 AM
This is not good because everything was a green light. even the analysts from Cointelegraph bought Bitcoin because they were so confident!

It is predicted in cointelegraph that altcoin and bitcoin price will dip. Check this link: https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-ethereum-ripple-bitcoin-cash-eos-litecoin-cardano-stellar-iota-tron-price-analysis-august-01. We are already in the ghost month and this is the time of the year that most business are closed. So people don't have enough money to invest anything. In Chinese tradition, it is also said that releasing of financial assets is a bad luck if done this month. Wait next month and everything will be bullish again.
Do you still think that the Chinese have a firm grip on this market after the bans and regulations set by the government? The reality is that the Chinese do not matter much at the moment. The only logical way the market will rise again is if the ETF proposal gets approved which could trigger an insane bull run due to the incoming institutional funds which is a much more logical reason than some traditional reasons.
937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best altcoin 2018 for today on: August 05, 2018, 07:20:41 AM
Honestly, it is tough to say since this year so far has been bad for cryptocurrencies on the whole in general and I am expecting a turnaround sometime this month or next month once SEC most likely approves the ETF proposal. I feel that this piece of good news can help trigger a big bull run which will help majority of the altcoins launched this year in a big way. Until then, it is safer to stick with popular altcoins like ETH etc.
938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Information is the key! on: August 04, 2018, 06:11:40 AM
Completely true op. All members in the cryptocurrency market realize just how important research. Research helps in differentiating between a legit and scam ICO which helps users secure their funds in a safe and secure manner. There are so many users who fail to do their research and end up complaining like kids when they lose their funds which shows how gullible they truly are which is why information is crucial indeed.
939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forgotten myetherwallet password on: August 03, 2018, 06:21:59 AM
Private key is good enough to get the job done. This is something which you need to store safely(Cloud storage servers preferably) in order to make sure that you don't lose it at any point in the future helping you secure your funds. Don't worry about passwords. The private key alone gives you access to everything you need including your Ethereum address. Metamask is another security measure which I recommend.
940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best alt coins to invest with low cap.. on: August 02, 2018, 06:28:32 AM
Sorry for discouraging you but most of the coins that are low capped is hard to depend to for the upcoming years. But if you fully depend and believe on them good luck.

If I'm on your shoe, I'll choose those coins that are quite high in terms of pricing but they have good volume and market cap.
I partially agree with you. It is true that there is a far greater risk when it comes to investing in low market cap coins, but there are possibilities to earn big through such coins or tokens due to the volatile nature of this cryptocurrency market. I have personally earned several thousands thanks to investing in these coins when their value was low and sold when their values rose. The risk is always present though which is why it is better to do some research.
