I deposited ETH from other exchange, it has shown almost 300 confirmation, but i still didnt get report in my Crex24 balance.. please kindly help.

Hello dears! I can't buy Rusgaz, the exchange does not respond, the support does Not work 2 days. Just like the posters above me, my ZRX deposit is not showing up even though the transaction has been confirmed. I have already tried contacting the Crex24 customer service, but no one responded. I did not expect such bad service. Please rectify this asap.

This is horrible customer service. Its been around 2 days already and I still have not received a single reply from them. The exchange which I sent the coins from replied in a couple of hours. Did not expect such poor service at all. So many people are complaining about their deposits and not a single response. Waiting patiently for a response.

Contacted partners crex24.com promised to pass on the leadership question. I think everything will be fine, something happened, we are all people, somewhere the human factor. When the exchange cheat do differently, it breaks down the mechanism of input and output of funds . The exchange is not big and most likely for its work are responsible few people, I am sure that the leadership does not know about it. Desire crex24.com success in work and a quick solution ! So I hope will can buy RusGas and withdraw it to my wallet. Thank you !

Recently I bought some Magnet (MAG) on Crex24 and Dogecoin
Dogecoin withdrawal worked well, but Magnet didn't work
Any ideas why is that?

How long have they been down for without any sort of official notice or anything to say don't worry funds are safe?  usually that's one of the first things some one would do if they were doing any sort of exit scam to get people who are panicking to relax long enough to get every ones funds out and safely get to some island some were safe from the law.
