923  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Interview questions on Bitcoin for newbies. on: September 15, 2023, 09:35:09 PM

OP, this is not an interview because I don't see it as one. You have been provided with so many answers above by experts, including links. I would like you to read them and understand the differences between public keys, private keys and bit coin address. As it has been mentioned above by other members that posted before me, public keys is used to generate your bitcoin address. The address is what you use in other to transfer bitcoin to your wallet. While the private keys is your access to your bitcoin.

This an interview in op sight so you are not going to blame op because what I understand in forum is that everyone have a license or freedom of speech and I believe other people who give out their opinion do that because they want to, is not that their opinion supercedes other people's opinions, bitcoin interview for him is like answering a question that the link of the questions and answers is already there, if op should go through the link drops by op, it will understand very better by throwing the questions to everyone
924  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Interview questions on Bitcoin for newbies. on: September 15, 2023, 09:21:39 PM
The first respondent have answered you the difference between private key and public key and the way of getting bitcoin is a general thing that doesn't required research to be done before you can have bitcoin except that you are using indirect way to ask on how to to earn bitcoin in the forum, so if you are asking such questions that means you have to work very well and make a research to understand properly the way forward of bitcoin, and again, buying of bitcoin is with your money when you have money you will buy bitcoin through p2p so buying a bitcoin is not an issue
925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some of country can offer you legal gambling in 2023! on: September 14, 2023, 10:45:19 PM
Countries get their rules and they accept gambling base on what they do, so many countries accept gambling but they have restrictions and age variations of gamblers, like some of the countries if you are not up to eighteen years 18 you will not be allowed to play gambling, so they will restrict the person to gamble or the government will sealed that particular gambling centre, some government are like that in some civilised countries, why in some countries they lift ban for gambling and still gambling is still going on in the same place, I don't think that their is country that ban gambling totally
926  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you gamble because you don't have sufficient money? on: September 14, 2023, 10:34:15 PM
To your question is yes. The number of rich men who gamble are fewer than the poor people who gamble but the rich people are also gambling for money and fun. It they gamble with money loss the bet they will not happy about that and the fun of the game will not be interested but whereby the game was won then the fun is also continues. Money is not satisfactory to anyone so everyone is still looking for money. And why the lower class gamble more than the rich people is because the lower has nothing to do for a living so they gamble more than the rich people. The rich people are busy with their office works.
You have answered the questions with analysis and I believe that gambling majority of people who gamble in gambling platform they are not only looking for money, it depends on the category of individual that will make you to know the intension of someone who is into gambling, let us say that gambling both the rich and the poor participate in gambling and when they participate in gambling the things they do is that they focus in money depends on the level of their problem, but the poor just take gambling as occupation why the rich take it like fun
927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: September 14, 2023, 09:49:07 PM
Gambling will be easier to quite if we have not dedicated so much of our time in it to the extend to making us feel uncomfortable when we don't bet. It will be more hard for people that had made loses in gambling and want to recover there funds before they leave gambling which can be very impossible.
Losing control while gambling is a common occurrence among those driven by greed. Instead of aiming to recover lost money, they fail to recognize that casinos are centrally rigged for certain games. Consequently, indulging in gameplay under unfavorable moods only serves to deteriorate a gambler's disposition.

So, is breaking free from a gambling addiction an easy feat? It ranks as one of the most challenging endeavors. Even if you manage to abstain for a week, a month, or possibly two, you'll eventually find yourself succumbing. Cloaked in a veil of nostalgia, you'll become entangled in the thrill of the wagers you place.

Redirecting one's addiction towards something positive may be a more sensible approach than battling the inherent human urge to gamble.

That would be ideal, but how can we redirect things towards the positive? If the addicted person, when he is at his maximum potential, does not listen to anyone, he just wants to be in the casino day and night, even if it is playing with his nails, there is no way to do it well, I think these things are difficult, because the person is very focused on doing things always to get time in the casino and do his thing, but not on improving, people who want to improve do their part, but an addict is very difficult unless they force him, for me If a person is very involved in the problem, they have to be fooled and make them do external activities so that they can then focus that energy on the positive, just as you say, which is very good.

Do you know that nobody you will encourage about casino and gambling to limit its ways of gambling that will not be that kind good to listen to you, what I notice in gambling addiction is that you have to know that gambling will make you to lose other things when you take it over serious and secondly when you are not being corrected as the early stage even in the normal stage you will still accept encouragement, what makes some people to be addicted in gambling is that you have to inform them the negative of gambling and when you fail to tell them the implications you see that they will not be addicted in gambling

929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what are the reputable casino with vault feature? on: September 14, 2023, 09:20:16 PM
Do anyone play on casino's which have vault feature (a wallet type feature where we store the crypto which we don't want to play with)
it will be easy to know asking from real users who have account on that casino. it will be difficult and very time consuming to ask about vault feature on every casino's support chat.
we cannot see the vault feature by just visiting the site, because vault feature is visible if i have account on that casino and i am logged in on it.
here are some i know bcgame, stake, bitsler, wolfbet.
please reply if you know a casino
Their is no need of asking since you already have a clear understanding of the things you are asking, for further investigation since you have already listed some of them that have the features you needed I will like you to make more research and investigation concerning what you asked and continue the process, without your preamble list I won't have known any, but I believe that with your research you will make a good choice despite that people you know will also give you more hit or enlighten you more to understand more in bitcoins
930  Economy / Speculation / Re: The time has finally come...??? on: September 13, 2023, 11:19:32 PM
Please, read before replying, I don't need comments that are off point lol.

The last bull run had everyone on the tip of their toes, a lot of people strongly believed that Bitcoin's (BTC) price was going to reach, or possibly cross, the $100,000 price range, which never happened. And there were some who had unbelievable expectations like $500,000 and above, lol (we all know that's not happening anytime soon).

Now with the recent events that have taken place, we all can see the bull rising off the dusts, we can almost tell it's about to happen again, maybe by next year or two.  Huh

I would love to know you all's predictions for the next bull. I'm thinking anywhere around $100,000? May looking at how far the previous bull runs were able to reach, I think that would be a good price to place it 😊👍, but I'm still open to whatever wild opinions you all may have. Roll Eyes
Before I joined bitcointalk I never expected bitcoin price to reach hundreds thousands in the years of 2023 but when I looked at the market I was comfortable that before bitcoin price will reach hundreds thousands at least more two years will be added in 2023, so for my reasoning, I'm saying that price of bitcoin reaching hundreds thousands, it's encouraging and good for investors but what I'm considering is that it will not be this year because the market is still not balanced because of the way it move, and expecting bitcoin to increase, its something that will happen between 2024 and 2025
931  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good time to sell? on: September 13, 2023, 11:13:34 PM
A simple question to those who are hoping to profit on the next Bitcoin bull-run:
How do you determine when is the good time to sell?
in other words: how would you know we've reached the peak?

Do you have a set "goal" price at which you'd be selling no matter what happens? Do you intend to sell incrementally as the price goes up? Or maybe when the price gradually drops (e.g. it goes down for X days in a row), indicating we're past the peak?
This is a nice question but the question is answerable because determining when to sell bitcoin is depend on the amount you bought Bitcoin bitcoin because the amount you bought a coin will give or make you to have a target of particular time bitcoin should be sell if you it happens to enter a bullrun, selling your coin during a bullrun is a choice of individual person not choice of many people, so I believe that every one who wants to sell his or her coin during bullrun doesn't not rush to sell but they calculated their profits and lose before they will sell bitcoins or any other coins
932  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you suggest I handle incorrect price predictions? on: September 13, 2023, 11:06:59 PM
What incorrect price of predictions can help you do is that what you expected that will be the price of bitcoin will not be the price of bitcoin again, so whatever you are doing in bitcoin investment you are not supposed to be depending on the price of bitcoin  given by someone analysis, so when someone gives analysis or signal in cryptocurrency and it fails you will think that the price or the analysis given to you by a signal person is real, its when the price of bitcoin shift from what the signal officer gives to you, its when you will realise that depending in some one signal will make you to lose without making your own research

Even though you have being a member of this forum for awhile that doesn't mean that you will not learn or you have understand everything  about the forum, I know that this forum is a continuous place where we learn and understand whatever we don't know about bitcoin, you can learn and start practicing them here, that is why I said every day is learning in bitcointalk and despite of how long you have stayed here in the community of bitcointalk
934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling beginners must not joke with casino announcement on: September 13, 2023, 10:49:42 PM
The world of gambling, especially for beginners, can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. Casinos, whether brick-and-mortar establishments or online platforms, are designed to offer a myriad of games, promotions, and experiences. Amidst the glitz and glamour, casino announcements serve as a crucial guidepost, especially for novices
I think you are right, casino announcements can be seen as a guidance to people who participate or who are lover of casino, so the announcements will come with how the game is all about, so you will like to experience a good before you can participate in any casino gambling websites through the announcements protocols or criteria
935  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ads for online gambling should be banned. on: September 12, 2023, 11:17:26 PM
Try to know this that gambling ads cannot be banned by any means, we have to know that except the gambling platforms decided to put a stop to them there may not be a means to avoid this incidence at all, the two sides involved in this mostly benefited from it which is the promoting casinos and the promoters themselves, some gamblers also make uses of this to their advantage because they get updates and offerers through this except for those not interested in seeing ads in their experience being online, the forum casinos has nothing to do with this either nor do they get affected by this decision since their own advertisement here is not by ads except for other platforms they also appears.
I think that you are correct because a gambling ads can not be ban in any country because even though it should be ban what is going to be the reason behind it ban, so I think that it's baseless and it doesn't have any reasonable thing that can make them to ban gambling ads in a country, gambling has being existing for centuries and which it's not a new thing in a country concerning gambling, so I have to make my research and follow my ways of understanding of gambling, government can not stop or ban gambling
936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the Difference Between Plying Gambling on Online Sites and Real Casinos? on: September 12, 2023, 11:10:01 PM
In my country there are no casinos operating because it is an illegal activity. However, many online gambling sites operate and have many users from our country. So, even though I often play on online gambling sites, I have absolutely no experience playing gambling in real casinos. I often watch YouTube about gambling in real casinos, especially about slot machines. I noticed that in real casinos, slot games do not have a buy free spins feature

Do you have experience playing at real casinos and online gambling sites? Is there a difference playing there? I want to know.
In my country we doesn't have a place where we can play casino gambling in physical center what we play or bet physically is soccer bet and it have different gambling name and center where you can go and stake your game without be bothered to anything but casino gambling its difficult you can see the center in any place and I believe that the center that we lack is what makes in my country we like online gambling more physical gambling that center because you can be at your home and gamble without any one knowing that  you have some stakes in another gambling platform

938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Control Your Emotions and Win More Bets on: September 09, 2023, 07:35:02 PM
Gambling addiction is not just about the brain, their other things that are involved for gambling addiction.  The major cause for addiction is that many has taking it  and set their mind towards it as the  easiest way to  make money. Some people see gambling as if they are not far from money, so they must play gambling to make money. People just develop interest in it that leads to addiction and it is too difficult to  get rid of it because of the  interest they have develop overtime.
Gambling addiction is something of brain because its the brain that process the information of gambling and it motivate us gambling frequently, people who is gambling addictive they are addictive in gambling because they have nothing else doing except gambling, when you offer someone who is gambling addictive employment the length of its gambling will reduce, so therefore I believe that gambling is where young youths and adult's who lacks employment hope to earn a living, so some many of gamblers, gambling has ruined their life and they release their mistakes very late
939  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you gamble because you don't have sufficient money? on: September 09, 2023, 06:26:57 AM
Their is nobody today that will tell you that one of the reasons why is in gambling is not to make money, the plan and the target of whosoever that is in gambling today is to make money in gambling is the mindset of the person is not that they are playing gambling to catch fun, why is like that, is that gambling people who playing gambling nowadays is the youths and any youths the mindset is in money, so some people also participate in gambling because they want a daily bread to keep their life sustain
940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: September 09, 2023, 06:17:32 AM
Addiction to gambling is same as addiction to drugs and other substances, The first solution to this is for the individual to be ready to come out of their addictions and this could be done by having some changes in the daily habits characters and activities that could settle all the possibilities of sliding back into the addictions.

So for that, we have to monitor all our activities,  to make sure that we are not overly getting involved in gambling and other vices that could possibly negatively affect our well-being.

Although I feel that addiction to drugs has more effect on the individual than addiction to gambling, I once said that some compulsive gamblers can steal money just to bet, and this also applies to some drug addicts in our region, but the level at which drug addicts steal things is very alarming; in fact, they can sell all their belongings just to make sure they take their normal substance. Also, I think that it is more difficult to convince a drug addict to stop than it is with compulsive gamblers, but they both have the same case for resolution of their problem, which is to first of all be convinced that what they are doing is wrong and have to keep in check their habits towards that which they are doing that is not right.
All this things ruined human characters, drugs addiction condemn the cells of human systems because its something you are taking directly to your body and since you are taking it to your body it have disadvantages or effect in the body, so you cannot compare drug addict with gambling addict because drugs addict is taking unknown substance to body that can lead the person to a three hours eliminations of life without wasting time, why gambling ruined the emotional feeling of human through expectations of money to be win and money being loosed during participating in gambling
