Soy accionista y tambien he comprado bonos... y la verdad ha sido toda una experiencia. Ayer recibi dividendos y fue algo increible, siempre habia soñado poder entrar algún mercado de valores, sin embargo, la falta de acceso/capital minimo, me lo impedia.

Como es trueque, bien por bien, no paga impuestos
Eso aquí (en España) desde luego que no ocurriría porque: "Están sujetas al IVA las entregas de bienes y prestaciones de servicios realizadas por empresario o profesionales a título oneroso, con carácter habitual u ocasional.." O sea, cualquier transacción de bienes o servicios. Y si te fijas no especifica el medio de pago, así que sea cual sea (trueque, bitcoins, etc) estará sujeto a aplicación del IVA. Bueno, al menos es como yo lo interpreto, pero no tengo muchos conocimientos de fiscalidad. Si bien es cierto no define medio de pago, pero si tu cambias una balon de futbol por un balon de basketball pagas IVA? la palabra clave es oneroso... Si le dan un valor economico al BTC en ves de considerarlo medio de trueque, entonces estas sujeto al IVA. Ahora me refiero a un bien por un bien. Si es servicio por btc, etonces si hay que darle un valor al btc. Pero por esa frase que pusiste de la ley fiscal Española, entiendo porque hay tantos españoles comerciantes en Panama |

Aca en Panama, si existiera un mercado para bitcoins (no existe)... Lo pondria en sistema de trueque, como bitcoins es un sistema de valor de trueque y no una moneda de curso legal. Puedo canjear o hacer trueque por cualquier bien. Lo convierto en efectivo en otro pais, ejemplo USA (Panama utiliza Dolares), y pido que me lo transfieran devuelta a Panama a una cta de banco.

Y como estaba sentado en Panama haciendo la conversion del btc hacia ej dolares, segun USA tampoco les pago impuestos a ellos.
Mi unico gasto en teoria, seria el costo de la conversion y transferencia.
No se como funciona la ley fiscal en paises europeos, pero, hasta donde tengo entendido cuando es trueque, no conozco pais que pague impuesto.

I totally agree with you all.
In Panama we have the same situation where ilegal inmigrants work for much less than a citizen and send all their income back home and pay no taxes on it...
So they displace legal workers and the country has an outflow of cash.
Its awful, and recently the government relaxed the inmigration regulations once again. So more people will be coming this way and taking their money away...
