921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is buying WAVES? on: October 24, 2017, 04:34:49 PM
Hi All,

Now that BTG has completed, anyone buying waves? It's slightly higher today than it was yesterday but still worth buying.

How much will you be investing?

Smiley
Yes I am buying waves as long as I have money to buy in, then hold in a long  term. Because in my opinion is the altcoin next to ethereum. I do believed that by next year it will become 0.01BTC Smiley
922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As Bitcoin's Price increase what would happen to Altcoins? on: October 24, 2017, 12:03:44 PM
With the the ever increasing price of Bitcoins, I believe it is dwarfing the market cap of all other coins (altcoins). If this trend continues would people invest in altcoins? What are your thoughts?

Thanks!

vnck25

In my experience here to earn bitcoin, ico is one of the resources for you to get bitcoin profit, then Trading. These two are the major factors for us to have bitcoin earnings. Beside there still legit ico where you invest in it as long as you know it is really potentials and legit.
923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: ETH not showing in my wallet on: October 24, 2017, 08:04:02 AM
My blockchain.info wallet shows that I received 225 ETH on 16 October 2017. Until today 18 October 2017 my ETH balance is zero. Can someone explain me please what is happening?

Edit for those that who commented here
This is the tx of the transaction 0x932af99f61ee6da717f82f75f9ff603a318ebcc9d7cb130acd97c50a054b17ff
It telling that I have received 225 viberate tokens (which I do not know how to withdraw and to spend, if it is true)

However my blockchain account tells me that I have received 225 ETH or 72 000 USD.

PS. I have tried to contact blockchain.info to ask for help, but they gave no answer (they have a twitter account).

I think your not the only person here in the forum face this kind of a problem. Most of them they check it to the ethplorer.io or etherscan. If you have any contact with the blockchain try and try to contact them. 225 ETH was a huge amount actually, So I think you need to be careful more dude. By the way, what Eth wallet do you use anway?
924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Exchanges that support BTG on: October 23, 2017, 01:20:05 PM
Is there a consolidated list of exchanges that will be supporting Bitcoin Gold? Those that won't, any particular reason why?

As far as I know Poloniex and bittrex will gonna support Bitcoin Gold. Because in my perception Btg has nothing difference to BCH just recently this past August 2017.  So I am very much confident that we the community in this industry had nothing to worry about this things especially for the coming hard fork.
925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Campaigns on: October 23, 2017, 01:08:00 PM
Bounty program is an event of one of the starups / developers of crypto coins through a bounty campaign to offer their coins to Bounty Hunters to be promoted in return. Bounty hunters will get rewards in the form of crypto coins / token coins launched by starups or that are being developed by the developer. Rewards will usually be paid after the ICO event is over. Then the coin / token rewards we get can be redeemed to btc, ethereum or altcoin in the available market.

This one is true, One ico will not going to be success if there is no participants that will wear their banner and avatar. While promoting their token to this industry there many categories to promote the tokens then social media can also be use for the campaign so it can be promote it in fast things here. And of there many investor in this industry that could get curious about the signature code and avatar they saw, something like that.
926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: HOW TO EARN BOUNTIES on: October 21, 2017, 07:18:00 PM
Thank you for bringing this to the notice of the forum, so as to  read other people views about this bounty stuff.
I have participated in countless numbers of bounties Facebook, twitter, reddit upvoting e.t.c I was never paid I check my myethereum wallet on daily basis nothing to show for my participations I think it is high time moderators start regulating bounty threads to fish out scammers.

I think it is much better for you to join or partake in signature or bounty campaign. Due to with this things you will surely have profit if you only comply the task they needed every week or post needed in the whole period of the campaign.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: October 21, 2017, 06:58:17 PM
For me i still trust eth because there is has s lot of ico trusting this. Maybe there are some failure through eth but we can never always blaim eth for that. Maybe it is because of the neglegence of the person holding the coin that it fail to transact, that is my point.
At the price value now of ethereum, yes I will still support it. In fact, I will still buy a huge of it then hold in a long term. Ethereum is really next to bitcoin even now the value was cheap but I believed it will rise up again a weeks from now or maybe after hard fork.
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: EXRN Airdop 10m coins on: October 17, 2017, 04:32:13 PM

929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: best new airdrop on: October 17, 2017, 03:07:03 PM
Hi experts,

Which all are the upcoming gd air drop?

Here is the link for the airdrop https://airdrop.postoken.org/auth/register.html I don't know if they are still accepting for the new participants, just do their requirements first for you to qualify to their airdrops.
930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty campaign on: October 17, 2017, 02:32:08 PM
How do you guys pick a signature bounty campaign? There are so many of them listed and with such different requirements, I'm lost. Now that I'm a jn member I'd like to participate but I don't know where to start!

Just always check their whitepaper, the team behind, look at the road map, then do some research about it too even the person who will manage the campaign if it has a good reputation in this industry. Just be careful also in joining the campaign so you won't  get a victim by other ico.
931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is IT MY ETHERWALLET.COM safe? on: October 17, 2017, 01:26:38 PM
I was always wondering  what  could  happen if  myetherwallet.com  website get hacked... so it's   better  to have the coins on  a   desktop wallet,  instead of  a  web wallet?
It's   a  question because  I a  little bit  afraid  of  web based  wallets

Perhaps, you will get hack only if you become careless, just make sure you wont tell to anyone about your private key and password to your Myetherwallet or MEW. Then if there is a site asking your private key and address don't attempt to go into that site. Just be very careful anyway in everything you do dude.
932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How can I earn airdrops? on: October 17, 2017, 12:50:51 PM
Hi,
I have seen the Onion airdrops and I understand that there are many ways to earn some airdrops for more coins.
Can someone please help me lean about it and tell me how can I find airdrops?
And what about faucets? Is it real? How can I find them?

Thank you!

You can usually, find airdrops in alternate cryptocurrency where located at Bounties(altcoins). And you can partae in it if you are elegible to their qualification, sometimes they don't accept negative feedback or at least Jr. Member and up something like that mate.
933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do to earn btc and altcoins? on: October 17, 2017, 11:17:46 AM
What is your daily routine that you do in order to earn btc and altcoins?
Some people use their time to earn crypto with bounties or trading, but perhaps there are other alternatives not known for many yet?

My daily routine in life since I came here in this field of industry, I do trade daily and most often I applied day trade, though its kind of a too risky in my part. But since I decided do bitcoin full time it became easy for for me to prosper here because of believing into bitcoin.
934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favourite coin so far on: October 17, 2017, 10:23:51 AM
i'm into Deeponion at the moment. if you don't know about it click my sig links and havea read. i also like digibyte and ethereum

well, you got so much from deeponion every week, so you love it, right Smiley

my favorite at the moment is waves and Zcoin, waves currently is in the trend increasing and I'm sure waves could be like ETH price.

Yes agreed, waves really become like what ethereum started, maybe by next year waves will become 0.01BTC then. And I also love Xem/Nem and Ethereum and of course Bitcoin is the best among of them. Also all of them are good to hold in a long term too.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best wallet for Ethereum on: October 17, 2017, 07:30:28 AM
You can try using UTC / JSON on myetherwallet because I see they are compatible, hope you will get access to your wallet.

Myetherwallet.com was proven tested already for the eth users. Especially in the ico project campaign, this wallet is very useful anyway. But sometimes I wonder why some of the member in this forum they said that there wallet can't be open because they've been hacked. How come that they've became a victim of the hacker? there the one who keep the private key of their in MEW.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: October 17, 2017, 05:41:40 AM
I can't name any other coin/token, which failed more times than ETH. It's not about loving or hating it, it's all about people losing money, because of situations which can be avoided. I would care less if these ETH based projects were not asking money from the masses, but that's not the case. And believe me when I'm saying that Ethereum has some powerful lobbyists. Otherwise its price would be probably 1/5 from the current one.

Didn't we had enough of this?

Please, can you explain your point of view better? I was just thinking about investing in Eth, I don't have many technical skills to understand the details but what's does not convince you? Security?

As I can see with Ethereum it has a full of potentials. Don't you notice that most of ICO project now they Ethereum  or ERC20  because they believed in eth featues. And most of the community they received their earnings from ethereum which most community got it from the campaign they joined. Especially, myetherwallet.com was the one safest thing where you store your ethereum.
937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold will be another Bitcoin Cash? on: October 17, 2017, 03:43:44 AM
Many people tells BTG will become another failure. What is the base in this? Can this be true?
For me unlike Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold does not make a claim to be the real Bitcoin. Instead, Bitcoin Gold project hopes it can prove a valuable exercise for Bitcoin, a sort of test case for a hard fork that Bitcoin itself may one day require. And their main goal is to build a perpetually ASIC-resistant version of Bitcoin. I like the idea but I don't know if this project will failed or successful since Bitcoin Gold still does not exist and we still don't know if big communities will support and invest in this cryptocurrency.

In this kind of speculation about the Bitcoin Gold, for me this is no difference with the altcoin before like Bitcoin Unlimited(BU), Bitcoin cash(BCH) and another altcoin appeared which is Bitcoin Gold(BTG). But for sure most of the community here right now got panic again in this things, where majority of them Sell their altcoin at once  before the upcoming Fork. Well, lets wait and see what will happen in this day, due to its hard to justify a things which is not happening yet.
938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: October 16, 2017, 06:37:26 PM
Ethereum now is one of the good investment of altcoin now.  Its value was was in cheap price which is a good sign for the traders to buy a huge of it, just in case if you have a big capital. Then hold in a long term anyway for us to gain a big rewards once it reach the peak level of price of it.
939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🔵 UTRUST 🔵 The future of online payments is here. on: October 15, 2017, 08:17:24 AM
Back read some of the comment and learned that some of you are comparing Utrust to Paypal stop the comparison and focus on the platform it self, we are talking about crypto here and we are looking for merchant to accept it, it would be nice if the dev team could make a proposal to some online merchant and see what they think about it.

dont feel so bad about that the two being compared dude, it is just natural. Because the two of them are quite identical when it comes to business terms. It is all natural and cannot be avoided in cases such as this.

That's right, and besides, Utrust themselves draws a comparison between them and paypal (and bitpay, btw). There's a nice comparison chart in their whitepaper  Smiley

Its always good to present a comparison with a successful company just to get an idea how far can a project go. I also dont see the harm of Utrust comparing itself to Paypal since they will provide similar services just with different currencies.

Utrust should make it their marketing slogan. Utrust the paypal of the blockchain! Its quite catchy and people seem to get stuck on the Paypal comparison. Even if you get some people expressing opinions its not the same as paypal, atleast u get people talking about it !
It is never a good idea to use other brands in a slogan of your own brand. Paypal would charge UTRUST for that.

UTRUST is a competitor of Paypal, its just matter of comparing your product with what is already out there and show why is better, i dont see anything wrong with that

UTRUST is not yet a competitor to Paypal, since it does not even launch its system at all. Also, to become a competitor, you must grow to the same size. But UTRUST has the main feature of this payment-oriented crypto currency system. And the calculation in crypto currency will only increase over time, this becomes an important advantage.

But isnt paypal already support cryptocurrencies?

afaik paypal dont have support for cryptocurrencies. they discussed this sometimes ago and denied it, due to the high volatility of bitcoin and all the other cryptos.

I think they cant manage cryptocurrency thats why they denied it
Or paypal scared to handle crypto

Indeed, you are right mate. most of the competitors of utrust might get scared because of its unique features it has. Where other competitors don't have the services were Utrust have.
940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you invest in ICOs? on: October 11, 2017, 05:11:28 AM
Hi,
this thread I want to ask you: Why do you, if you do, invest in ICOs?
I see horrible huge amounts of money going to those. What do investors think to get in return?
Mostly it's the same case: ICO starts, much money comes in, you get the coins.
But what if those coins do not get back the initial worth?
Or do you invest because of other reasons?

For example (disclaimer: this is NOT hate!):
Why did trueflip.io get over $4,7 Million?

Thank you for answers!

ICO for me is an investment food that I can considered, Because there are some ICO project would really help you anyhow to grow your capital investment. Just make sure that token has a good potentials has promising plan to their project. Due to I've been tried it several time to invest in the ICO crowdsale or pre-sales ICO.
