I think that RSS is a thing of past. Not many websites are using it. It'smuch easier to follow favorite blogs on social networks or subscribe their newsletter. And I don't understand why people recommend you news websites, if you said that you don't need for it.
Currently, due to lack of time, I'm not following many bitcoin blogs. I often visit 99bitcoins.com. Others blogs I found more accidentally when someone shares their article on facebook or here on bitcointalk.

I'm really surprised about reason why you are closing Bitmixer. If site generates huge profit, I don't believe you can close it for moral reasons. Where you morale was in that years when you runned this service?
Anyway, I wasn't user of Bitmixer, but I respect you for running one of the most trusted bitcoin service for these years. Good luck with your future projects, whatever you will do.

I had quite big amount of bitcoins in Xapo wallet and few days ago I decided to withdraw it. Not just because of possible fork, but in general, I wanted to have full control of my btc. Xapo didn't clarified what they would in case of fork. It's most likely that they will allow to use coins only on one side of chain.
Blockchain.info also isn't a perfect choice. It's recommend to use Bitcoin Core wallet, but for well known reasons, not many people using it. I advice to keep your coins on Electrum desktop wallet.

Now I understand why CoinPot keep their thread locked. They decided to not communicate with users and not solve their issues. I remember same situation when they locked Mellowads thread just to avoid criticism. Why do I need to use it? My XAPO wallet is just a single perfect solution for all my needs  Now it's not possible to get instant payments to Xapo after every claim on Moonbitco.in. Now you have to reach payment treshold before requesting payment to Xapo.  After four successful withdrawals, I am afraid now it also went wrong. I forgot to past my address and there was another address in the form. One that I don 't know. And to add on, I confirmed without checking... . 53 K to the moon I am afraid. But clearly my fault. Though I don 't understand why there is an address filled in the withdrawal form... . (Logic would be that the previously used address would autofill no?) In withdrawal address field I always see my btc address and I don't have to put it manually. So, you requested payout to address, which not belongs to you? Really strange. |

It looks that issue was finally resolved. Not sure, is it was SolveMedia bug, or they blacklisted my IP. Anyway, now it works. Up

try to open website with www. or without, and see if that works.. otherwise it may be really IP issue. It didn't worked with www. and without it. Looks that was IP issue or just bug. Up

Hello everyone, In last days I have serious problem with SolveMedia captcha and I don't know what to do to solve issue. On all websites in place of captcha I only see this message: client error 117B
Publishers:How can I fix this? I tried to search for more info, and found that my ip was banned by SolveMedia. I tried to contact their support, but haven't got response. I don't it would be possible to remove ICO's from this forum at all. Bitcointalk is financially supported by ICO's - now we can see ICO advertisements in forum ad spaces. Why they would need to cut off branch on which they are sitting now.
I would agree if ICO's would have their sub-forum, to separate it from usual coins. Because now on Altcoin announcement board we see almost only ICO's.

tomatoes have gotta be one of the most worthless foods out there. they don't taste of much but people stick them in everywhere.
maybe this will scare chefs into laying off them.
In my life, I haven't eaten even single tomato. For me it looks and smells disgusting. When I was kicked, I only tried ketchup from tomatoes and didn't liked it's taste. I don't know how serious this scientific research, but I will continue to avoid tomatoes. |

There are some good multi-coins wallets like Exodus, Coinomi, Jaxx, which gives control of private keys.
For other coins you will have to install official wallet of every coin. But as other said, be careful with new unknown coins. There can be risk to download wallet for such coin. Hold that coin on exchange, until it will be clear that coin desktop wallet is safe to use.

I want to move my coins from Xapo wallet. I can choose High Priority (mined within 6 blocks) and Standard Priority (mined within 1-2 blocks) So, is it safe to transfer coins with such number of confirmations? And as I understand, it would be better to choose high priority payment?

Why do moderators allow scam websites on this forum. I think they should be concerned when members raise red flags about any website that is claiming to pay yet they don't. Moderators are there to protect the interests of the forum and the members. The moment a few members report of a possible scam, the thread should be pulled down immediately to protect other members in joining the scam.
You are completely wrong because moderators don't have to remove possible scams. They only have to delete spam, malware links, move threads to correct boards and etc. I only didn't understand why this ponzi faucet was left in Micro earnings board. If it would be moved Investor based games, I'm sure they would have much less victims. |

Yeah, Google Recaptcha become difficult to solve - images disappears slowly and we have solve it multiple times. And now cleaning of Google cookies doesn't helps anymore. I agree with Lucius that Recaptcha works best on Opera Browser and worst on Mozilla. I hope more faucet owners will switch to SolveMedia.
In past many faucets used FunCaptcha, but now faucet owners can't afford to pay for it. Also, there was some more captcha suppliers, now only Recaptcha and SolveMedia left...
And about that one tomos81 is using on his faucet (claim every 1 minute)? You just need to push the arrow to the right and it's done. The simplest captcha I have seen so far... Unfortunatelly I have just seen that captcha on tomos81's faucet and maybe more one or two faucets. I saw some more faucets which are using faucetCMS and dice faucet scripts with this type of captcha. It's easiest captcha to solve, but question how effective it can stop bots. BTW, today I'm having big problems with SolveMedia captcha, I only see "client error 117B" in place of captcha. I'm the only one who have this problem? |

Whether or not you agree or not with John McCain's plans and ideas, people shouldn't be joking about cancer. That thing is one of the most devastating things that can happen to one person's family. Been reading comments on facebook about this; the jokes and trolls about him getting cancer is really really bad.
Agree with you. No matter you like him as politician or not, but to wish him a death, It's shameful to do that. Even his opponents in politics are wishing all the best to him. Brain cancer is very difficult to beat, but McCain is a strong person and I hope he will beat cancer. |
