941  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This isn't the first time the dip has happened on: May 18, 2021, 09:14:14 AM
Of course, this is not the first time. But I don't understand why many people start to panic about this. The price will rise again over time.
they panicked because they were new. it was the first time they felt a price drop like this, plus the FUD made them even more panicked. I am not at all surprised by the decline that Elon musk tweet caused.
942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: who wants a carbon neutral bitcoin ? Plant a 100 trees for 300 USD on: May 18, 2021, 07:16:38 AM
Carbon emissions are not only caused by bitcoin mining. When you read this post or just surf the internet, it also contributes carbon dioxide to the electricity consumption needed to turn on a PC, laptop, or charge a cellphone.

global warming due to carbon emissions is a shared responsibility, not just the bitcoiner who is responsible. planting trees is a good idea, but it would be better not to consume electricity using fossil energy. companies must use environmentally friendly energy and not cooperate with companies that use fossil energy as the main energy source.

This requires high awareness
943  Economy / Economics / Re: Oil and war Good profit on: May 17, 2021, 06:37:20 PM
The increase in oil prices after the heating up of the Israeli and Palestinian wars was only temporary. The roles of the two countries are not too big in the world oil and gas sector. Israel and Palestine are not directly related to the condition of the world oil supply. The impact will be big if this conflict spreads to Iran and Saudi Arabia.
944  Economy / Economics / Re: Our boss and employer are money on: May 17, 2021, 02:46:41 PM
As a crypto investor and beauty salon owner, I say that I don't work for money. I had the mindset not to spend all my time chasing money and chasing money to reach my dreams. But I have built assets from the money I get so that I can provide passive income. In addition, I have instilled in myself to “don't let the money control me, but I have to control the money. Make the money work for me ”.
945  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sweet sweet cry baby tears! Bitcoins long overdue bear market has begun! on: May 17, 2021, 12:53:59 PM
Can you tell us why you think BTC will reach $100k by the end of the year? Besides the leaked intel of such price at that time frame? What if the tides were turned around and BTC reached $10k - $20k by the end of the year? Then what?
Bitcoin still has plenty of room for exponential growth (with a few corrections along the way), before finally hitting $ 100k.

If BTC drops to 10k - 20k, what you do is buy more at a lower price. Do you think if the price of bitcoin goes down, it won't go up? Bitcoin has been around for a decade and it keeps getting up all the time.
946  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sweet sweet cry baby tears! Bitcoins long overdue bear market has begun! on: May 17, 2021, 03:02:20 AM
to be honest I'm not yet sure that the bear market has arrived. in mid-2017, bitcoin experienced a very drastic decline until it finally jumped back at the end of the year and created a new ATH. I think that drama like that will repeat itself and that $ 100K will be made by the end of the year.
947  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla destroys bitcoin :-[ on: May 13, 2021, 02:18:48 PM
The decline in the price of bitcoin is not that big. you have never felt a decline in bitcoin price by 80 - 100% and followed by a decline in other altcoins. If you panic about today's decline, you should stop investing.
948  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: JUST CURIOUS on: May 10, 2021, 08:12:59 AM
seeing top influencers buying into bitcoin and some going public to talk about shows bitcoin is a step ahead in the expected direction. everyone is probably buying and holding to sell at a higher price later. just curious to know how long these guys will hold bitcoin and what price they will likely sell ? is it even possible to know their mind ? but i am sure they are in for long term. what do you feel about this. ?

I would say let's talk about it when we see the price going to $100k. It would be the biggest psychological barrier, and we knows, maybe they are going to be tempted to sell at that price.

Not just those big whales and institutions but even average joe like us will likely feel for this mentality. After all we're here to make profits right? And for sure most of us are going to sell at some point and it will be around 6 digits mark.
That's right and I agree. even I will also sell some of the assets that I have when it is at $ 100k. When the price peaks, the desire to sell is great. I can say that 80% of people will sell when the profit is huge.
949  Economy / Economics / Re: If we have crypto Why people still buy stocks? on: May 10, 2021, 06:39:29 AM
There are many reasons people choose stock investing over crypto. I have asked a friend of mine who prefers stock investing over crypto. the reason she chose stocks is that stocks have clear regulations and rules. In addition, she can get dividends regularly every period and has the right to attend the General Meeting of Shareholders. Stock investment is also safe from theft of assets.

If you ask for profit, in truth, there is no definite thing that can determine that investing in crypto or stocks can be more profitable. All decisions depend on the preferences of each individual. Various variables must be considered and criteria that you can use as a guide in choosing an investment instrument and making the right strategy.
950  Economy / Speculation / Re: At this bullish season, bullish person is always right? on: May 09, 2021, 06:33:04 PM
From what we all see, even a coin that we thought a garbage coin, pumps and generates billions of volume, and not only that, it made people profitable. What I'm referring to is the DOGE coin, I thought Bitcoin would be the most profitable but it seems like people are making money from the craze of DOGE.

So the question is, do you still believe in experts now or just ride with the FOMO and enjoy cashing out on short-term trades profit?

I love to hear your thoughts, I feel like it's becoming like a bubble already.

Dogecoin is the bubble craze phenomenon this year. Many people prefer hype for fear of missing out. For this, I warn novice investors to be careful in buying Doge. the instrument may have a high value due to speculation in the market. Even though the intrinsic value is very low. Before buying, don't expect that the price will continue to go up and not be detrimental.

Don't get caught up in FOMO. novice investors, often fall prey to social bias from being led to invest more. Trust me, you (novice investors) will not know that Dogecoin's increase is true value or just speculative value. Investors should not invest more in Dogecoin instruments than they can afford to lose.
951  Economy / Economics / Re: Will China take over the world with the Digital Yuan? on: May 09, 2021, 08:01:03 AM
In my opinion, if China's digital yuan is successful, then China will become the undisputed number one global superpower. the reason is when we combine the launch of digital yuan with China's "One Belt One Road" strategy. where China builds major infrastructure such as ports, bridges, roads, etc. in Central Asia, West Asia, Middle East, Africa, and European Countries which ultimately aims to secure global supply chains to and from China.

Having the technology behind this digital yuan will strengthen China's global position and allow it to increase the use of the global yuan that is widespread China's "One Belt One Road" has put it in a strong position, and when combined with the digital yuan. China is moving into the most strategic global position.
952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Metromile plans to adopt Bitcoin on: May 08, 2021, 07:15:53 PM
it is a very good move for Metromile. Nowadays big companies have realized that bitcoin and crypto technology will make their work easier. With its rapid development of financial infrastructure, they also have to determine agile steps for the future.

After this purchase, will there usually be a significant market movement?
953  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto vs Stocks on: May 08, 2021, 07:51:07 AM
In my opinion, Crypto and stocks are related because indeed many new retail investors are currently shifting some of their investments and transactions from the stock market to crypto. Crypto momentum is currently a trend. can go up 100 to 1000 percent in a short time, making new investors interested in trying it, on the other hand, the condition of the capital market issuers is currently a bit sluggish and sideways in a place with a slightly corrected tendency, as the global stock market tends to be sluggish because currently, the US dollar is strong.

However, both instruments have their respective momentum, and transaction fluctuations are normal. When the stock market strengthens again, investors will automatically have the potential to return to busy transactions in stocks. So, be it the stock market or crypto market, there will be momentum respectively and will take turns going up or down.
954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if Bitcoin hits $1m in the future? on: May 07, 2021, 06:47:02 PM
Many people are talking about Bitcoin hitting $1 million USD in the future. Crypto enthusiasts are very optimistic, as they believe their dreams will come true with a Bitcoin halving taking place every 4 years. If Bitcoin hits such price levels, many early adopters will become millionaires. It could be tempting to either sell all of your Bitcoin or "hodl" it for the long term.

What will you do if Bitcoin hits $1m in the future? Will you sell all of your Bitcoin for cash? Or will you go long in the hopes of Bitcoin reaching higher prices on the market? Will you donate your profits to a charity? Just curious to know. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley
I believe in the future, bitcoin can reach $ 1 million or more. If that happens, I will sell it partly because I can build my dream. and some I hold for the long term because I am still waiting for bitcoin to become legal to be used in any method.

I hope $ 1 million per bitcoin will be reached soon
955  Economy / Speculation / Re: CoinDesk editor believes Bitcoin will hit 1 million per coin. on: May 07, 2021, 10:40:16 AM
$ 1 million per bitcoin is very likely indeed. but, It took a long time to reach $ 1 million per coin. maybe for 8 to 12 years. At that time, bitcoins were very rare and very difficult to obtain, so they were very expensive.
956  Economy / Economics / Re: The Modern Mode of Payments on: May 07, 2021, 08:00:35 AM
The surge in digital payments is not only the coronavirus, there are many reasons for someone to choose non-cash payments. I support digital payments because this payment method does not require the existence of physical money so it is more convenient and safer. I no longer need to fear pickpocketing or theft by bad people. In addition, the convenience aspect of using this method can be seen from the increasing number of merchants who provide payment instruments, be it EDC machines or scanning devices for smartphones. Thus, transactions are faster because the seller does not need to prepare money for the change.

In addition, we can also see it in terms of financial records. Usually, someone often forgets about what their money is being spent on. With the use of an online payment system, we no longer need to be afraid of this, because everything is neatly recorded in one file. For business people, this is certainly very easy for their business. Because, they no longer need to re-record their expenses, so they only need to copy and paste from the payment channel they use
957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bull market end on: May 07, 2021, 05:59:50 AM
There is no sign of the end of the Bullrun yet. currently still in the middle stage. If you look at the 4-year cycle, then the Bullrun ends at the end of the year. however, it cannot be ascertained. it could be when bitcoin reaches $ 100k  Grin Grin
958  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin price end of year? on: April 29, 2021, 06:48:41 PM
Bitcoin won't move that fast and easily and reach $100k. I don't disclose such a possibility but I wasn't expecting it this year or even next year.

The market needs to have another set of market preparation and maybe we could have this rally after the next bearish season. I'm looking forward to seeing this in the next Bullish season.

But the question is when? Or we wait for the next halving?
Don't forget that bitcoin moved from $10k levels to $19k levels in less than three weeks of time by 2017 and now we are in 2021 and there are many new people to keep investing into bitcoins hence the support levels are too high to make anything possible these days. I believe there are a lot of possibilities for bitcoin prices to double from the current price levels.

This way I'm expecting more than $100k price levels by end of this year. Because, I am very confident about to have $100k in next one or two months itself.
It seems like too fast to hit $ 100k in 1 or 2 months. I think $ 100k will be reached at the end of the year like October - November. because not forever the market will continue to be bullish. there will be a correction in the market that temporarily reduces prices.
959  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? on: April 29, 2021, 10:24:28 AM
I think both of them are very good for investment. gold and bitcoin also have their respective advantages and disadvantages. I also believe that bitcoin is a digital version of gold. throughout the year, gold and bitcoin are getting more and more expensive. it was because of their scarcity. So I think, gold and bitcoin are very feasible for a long-term investment.
960  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who Killed Bitcoin?? Greed? Government? Fraud? Idiocy? on: April 29, 2021, 08:59:08 AM
The number of bitcoin users is increasing every day. there are millions of people who use bitcoin to make a living. It is very unlikely that Bitcoin will die bitcoin will not die even if the government and country forbid it.
