The plan is to get the book published before Christmas 2014.

I am looking for someone to help make the cover look more professional.  I still want the coin logos to remain in the same order.  If there is anyone who can help, please private message me in order for us to discuss it further.

@Thomas

Would you be interested in Britcoin being included in my future book called Cryptocurrency "The Alt-ernative"?

An updated cover.  All the news seen have four page sections.  I had to remove 9 coins (40 alts and BTC remain) due to low coin activity.  Sorry to any community or developers disappointed by my decision.

Here is the cover:

948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency "The Alt-ernative" Beginners Reference Book on: August 18, 2014, 06:14:55 PM
Asiccoin, CounterParty, Franko, Mincoin, Particle and USDe have all been removed from the book.  Too much inactivity and low interest have lead me to make this decision.  Sorry if anyone is disappointed.

Might be worth reading this, http://geti2p.net/en/blog/post/2014/08/15/The-privacy-solutions-project and with recent news it seems that Orignal is joining in on the Zerocoin implementation.

When do you plan to release the book? Hoping with Orignal we would be finished with ZC before you press it. Also please provide a link when I can buy it Smiley

I plan on releasing the book before this Christmas. I will be applying the finishing touches to all coin sections in OCT/NOV time Smiley

At this moment in the book's progression, many coin sections have been completed. I predict I will have all 50 sections complete by next month. I can then focus on finishing the whole book in October. In November I can then get it published before this Christmas Cheesy

Thank you for your post.  I have enjoyed researching each coin over the preceding months.  There are only a few more coins which need attention before all coin sections are completed.

956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MINT] Mintcoin Newsletter Week in Review: August 5th, 2014 on: August 12, 2014, 12:41:26 PM
I am confident that the whole book will be released before Christmas 2014.  My ojective is to complette all coin sections (Bitcoin plus 49 altcoins) by the end of September and then complete every other page in October.  Afterwards, I can focus on the possible avenues by which I can get it published.

This looks awesome! I can't wait to see the full version. Let me know when  you publish it so I can pass it around?
