Hey guys! I made some research and I didn't see this topic and I want to make comments there and since I could not get anyone here so I decided to drop this one. I have been hearing bitcoin bear market and the bull market but I have not really heard of a bear and bull market for Altcoins. So I will like to know the bear and the bull market of the altcoins or are they following the market price of bitcoin? Bitcoin is a project on it own and has it own blockchain and network and likewise with Altcoins.
Some of the Altcoins are good to invest but most of us are not aware of that if they are good because there is no bull time for them. And the way I see at them they are just going along with bitcoin. So some of the Altcoins are waiting for the next bitcoin bull market. So my humble question is there no bull market for Altcoins? If yes, there is, then when is the expectation and if no why?

hey all. i wrote a short paper discussing the idea of a phenomenon i suspect will occur once the price of bitcoin shoots up considerably. as the title says (and is the title of the paper as well), i suspect a very strong correlation between the bitcoin and electricity prices in the future. that correlation, i think, will start to kick in once the majority of the electricity providers become bitcoin miners as well (as a side hustle at first). for me, at least, this framework of thinking about the bitcoin miners in the future made me understand much more deeply the 'pompous' (or so i thought) declarations of michael saylor about bitcoin being "monetary energy" and the line he always repeats "all energy will be priced in bitcoin". i watched many of his talks but he never seemed to explain how that will happen (aside from wishing all governments will suddenly shift from the dollar to bitcoin). it is a short and simple read and i would like your take on the idea (sorry if someone has wrote of this before, i did not look too hard into it). note that i did not want to expand the discussion about the bottom line of the paper. that is for a different one. https://www.academia.edu/108884737/Worldwide_Coupling_Between_Bitcoin_and_Electricity_PricesWhile correlation between electricity consumption is note-able, but its magnitude is not so significant to impact the electricity prices. Well, I hope this doesn't sound like a joke to you guys or some sort of cracked-up thread, but yeah, I mean to hear the opinion of others.
Some people, during their youthful years, live a very lavish lifestyle with the money that they are supposed to put to good use, knowing that one day they will grow old. Some people only think that it's when they are growing old, like at the age of 30 and above, that's when they must start to invest or save to invest.
Some people think that they can live a lavish lifestyle as long as they are still 20 years old, and maybe when they get to 25 years old, that's when they can start to invest for their future.
I quite think that there is a particular age at which one is supposed to have been living a comfortable lifestyle financially. That doesn't mean that someone who doesn't meet that age lives a lavish lifestyle. There's a parable that says, "All fingers are not equal." So, we understand that not everyone is able to meet up at the same time.
Although some people can experience financial breakthrough at different ages in life, some do so at 25, 30, 35, 40, and 50, respectively.
But in my opinion, I think that one is not still supposed to be in financial crisis at age 30–35. I mean, at age 30, one should be in a financial state where they can fend for themselves and their family if the person is married. The person is supposed to have had at least one or two financial sources that they can always see as reliable sources of income.
It's always wise and profitable to start saving and investing at a young age, like 18 years old.
Your perspective on financial responsibility and planning for the future are quite admirable. Generally there is consensus among financial experts that it is better to start saving and investing as early as possible to take advantage of power of compounding which can significantly increase wealth overtime and ideally financial stability and security can be achieved around the age of fifty. However, your observation that now there are now more advanced projects with robust use case compared to Litecoin is quite valid which doesn't have much to offer to its investors. This has led Litecoin gradually losing its appeal among investors. Technically speaking, there is still potential for Litecoin to reach or even exceed $100 during the next bull run. |

I guess you are talking about $MEME coin recently listed on Binance, Kucoin and Bybit simultaneously. Airdrop hunters have eagerly participated in its Memefarms and completed due tasks, but received no reward so far. Currently it is being traded around $0.024 on Binance exchange and its price looks stable around this level. It is worth noting that eventually it is a Meme coin without any use case, therefore holding it for long term makes no sense.
