That cheapest card is not a 750ti but only a 750 and only has 1GB of RAM not 2.

Besides, the original question was which Gigabyte card to buy, not EVGA card. Smiley

Personally, after having had a few different cards the heat sinks/fan design on the Gigabyte cards is the best I've seen.  I'd full out recommend them UNLESS you don't want a 750ti with the 6 PIN power connector.

Carlo

Thanks for the answer.  Cheesy Cheesy
Do you have any preference for one of the Gigabyte cards? Any hashrate difference? I chose Gigabyte because of power connector.  Wink

6pin PCIe power is just a gimmick, a card that sips power and if you have six of them you also need to deal with cheap chinese molex to pci-e adapters or more expensive PSU.

You can read here Ivanlabrie's posts, he gives a good instructions, very very helpful thread:

How do I get my Linux wallet to stake? It's unlocked and been running for 2 days but no stake. Huh

How many coins do you have?

120k

120k is too low coinage to expect stake interest in 2 days. You need to have 10x more for that time frame ( this was in my case)

OK.

If my wallet got closed for an hour or so, would my minting revert back to the start again?

If in mean time you got your first stake, then it will not revert back. Otherwise unfortunately yes. So just leave your wallet 24/7 open till first stake. Best bet would be if you have it on your mining machine.

Just be patient and you'll see rewards afterward.
My wallet is now staking like crazy. I trained it well  Grin

Just noticed that my estimated time to stake is 19 days. What's the chances I don't need to do a system reboot in that time!

I think it's fair to say my wallet will never stake.  Embarrassed

No, just keep mining and your balance will grow, thus decreasing the stake time... Anyway forget that time counter in new wallet version.

BTW: how may coins do you mine per day?

I'm mining around 40k per day.

If my memory serves me correct, you will get your first stake with this tempo in 3-4 days.

Interesting debate and turn of events

went thru thread and I did not detect any haters here...

....there are just some clear thinkers, using common sense.

have a great day

Interesting coin that could flush away the junk ones... Wink

I will definitely mine this.

ICB is a joke!!! People are already selling below IPO price. But it is normal, this IPO is 5 times higher then the Noahcoin IPO, and you cannot say that ICB is so special. Noahcoin already has 170 twitter followers and already a exchange at launch.

Hey, don't worry, I'm not interested in mining icebergcoin. 19% premine is way too much to digest for me.

(I give a try on Windows :
Installation ... 40min
Chipset driver, lan driver, graphic driver ... 30 min
Running ccminer ... 2GB RAM -> 1 cards run well, others in errors (result for nonce $05CB1EB5 does not validate on CPU)
Stop windows, and add RAM ... 5 min
Running ccminer ... 4GB RAM -> 4 cards run well, others in errors (result for nonce $05CB1EB5 does not validate on CPU)
Stop windows, and add RAM ... 5 min
8GB RAM -> 5 cards run well)

Conclusion : Go go Kopiemtu !! Smiley"

I've got a Windows 7 rig with 4GB RAM running 6x 750 Ti with no problems for months now (right now mining XMR @ 290-295 H/sec each), so there's definitely no need for more RAM on Windows and the statement above is at least partially incorrect.
+1

Rig1: Corsair PSU CS750m gold,Asrock H81BTC,Pentium G3220,4Gb DDR3, 6x Gainward 750Ti OC-ed to max, unpowered cheapo ribbon cable risers, old HDD, win7x64 no issues with different algos for months.
Rig2: Same config. except VGA cards are MSI 750 non-ti with max oc, nov runing x11 and x13 without issues for weeks.

And how long does it take to switch your two rigs to another pool/algorithm ?

Hi.

Does not take long. Just modifying .bat file or preparing it in advance. Several minutes at most. Also i need to readjust a little bit VGA cards clocks, especially at this hot summer time. Using precision x  software is a fast way to do it.

Hello community.

I would like to mine this coin. As i read POW has ended, so is there any working multipool paying out in ASCE?

thanks.

Thanks for your interest, currently there is no multipool, but i think a multipool will be released the near future

Thanks for answering...

I will keep an eye on this for the future very promising coin.

To me this coin has been really good. I have bought JPC's at 1-5 Sat... 15-25sat and even higher at 40+ sats... and profited A LOT from it... I still have millions in my wallets and I believe we will see a lot of fun stuff over the next few weeks/months.

JPC's has paid of my rigs (which I read others have too!) no other coin has done that for me so far...

Like everyone else I also wish DEV would update us more with future plans etc. but I believe he is busy working on it instead of chatting about it...

To bad there is people that don't even own any JPC's that feel they must "warn" us that do own JPC's and that they must do it over and over all day long... to you guys I just want to say: Step out to the real world... go to the forest or something and just chill for a while...

We all heard you the first 10 times...

I dont worry about the price much... we are still at around 20 sat which is great for a young coin that started at 1 sat not so long ago...

JPC still amaze me with it's fast transaction and every morning I wake up to a wallet that is now a few tens of thousand JPC's bigger due to staking.. Love it Smiley

Now its my time to chill... I'm gonna go outside and have me a cold one...

+100
...this is a very good post

8x60 gives me 261h/s per 750 ti....EVGA SC.
Was 240-243h/s
Thanks!
ivan, how many coins(monero) can I espect from a 750Ti ?
Thanks for the reply!
Thats cinda low on profit..
Anything worth mining now? Smiley

Nothing is worth mining now...AND everything is worth mining now.  Tongue

Just pick some coins with cold algo and low diff and mine.  I'm currently mining XGR(X11) and MAMM(X13). Also Kryptonite(x11) is super low diff, will keep an eye on that one too.

I already put this coin on the list, then I saw a warning post and went thorough the specs...eh. Thanks djm34 for posting...

Such good algo and now this abomination. I will not called it stupidity, but greed. 1.92% premine would be fair enough.

And btw Einstein now can be sure b'cos in 21th century we all know that universe is finite.

jackpot is still more profitable then tac(but not so much...), one 750ti does around 0.0018 on tac
it means that none of them are profitable right now  Grin
I just turned off the cards... however mostly because there is 30°C outside... (and sweating for that kind of profit isn't worth it)

wow Shocked Shocked Shocked

The greatest instaminer in cryptoworld is turning of his miners.  I'm speechless... Probably there is no one to replace you.
