Wallet buggy needs to be fixed, killing CPU or crashing. No good nodes for syncing so out of sync.
Upgrade your hardware running that wallet to at least Haswell platform with core i5 CPU and 16gb of ram and your wallet will be ok |

You will never see 5-6k price for Incent any time soon, I'm sure it will estabilish a floor above the 10k sats way before the MobileGO ICO starts.
