Some nice buy support on allcoin.

With awaiting new development 700sat is piece of cake.

Right! There is a new merchant app called Casheer, they are on twitter https://twitter.com/casheerapp and they have a forum as well http://forum.casheer.net/viewforum.php?f=15&sid=62d98ee1c2bfa304b4ab5b6e0643ada1! We need to have a decent merchant app to spread the word on GoldReserve and reach out for webshops and stores as well.

I will start a twitter campaign for get their attention and then we need to bomb their forum!

I am working on the android and iOS app but as GoldReserve is a POS coin it is a bit difficult to create a light wallet for it. (that means the phone wallet will not stake at all!) But anyway, development is comming, just be patient, I am on it!

This is great news and I am holding and I am still in the top 10 rich list ;-) !

http://xgr.blockexplorer.cc/richlist/

Agreed! This is wonderful news…hopefully I can catch up to you on the rich list because this coin has a lot of potential and a great dev Wink

Yes indeed it has...

Stake and hold. And if you have some btc then buying XGR is a good option too.
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperCoin Takeover by Trusted-Cryptos Team [Griffith] on: December 02, 2014, 01:17:56 AM
^^^^ I would also multipool-mine Super with asics and Sha, a great way to stack some ^^^^

we have a multipool in development (yes i will admit ive been saying it has been "in development" for some time. this is mostly because i had to reset a server the code was on and stupidly didnt back it up a while back and have been remaking it since with frequent interruptions.)

i can provide further updates on it later.

Hi Griffith and congrats for successful takeover. It is great time for supercoin ahead, no doubt about it.

I'm also interested in multipool mining and paying out super, the most advanced altcoin in entire universe.  So please keep us informed about the pool.  Cool

Asking serious question so if taken wrong please don't respond.

Has this coin been abandoned by the dev?

Just curious because for me the 1.5 version of wallet is still buggy as hell. Can't do nothing without it going into "(Not Responding)" anytime I click on anything. Takes forever to load and about 20 minutes just to get it to start staking because of it freezing up so much.

Does the 1.4.1 version still work or is that one on the wrong blockchain if I try and use it?

Thanks.

Read the changelog.. if there was a fork between versions you have to use the newer version.. see what i mean ?

And the feedback about CPU wallet usage is interesting guys (assuming you are all staking ? if your posting your usage percentage)

I may be wrong but I only seen that 1.4.1 was a required upgrade but not the 1.5. That is why I wanted to make sure before trying out that version again.

I didn't read that 1.5 was mandatory but maybe someone might still be using that version and weighed in.

Just being cautious.
Hi
I'm using wallet version 1.4.1 and it works fine for me on a old core2duo. Cpu load is between 20 and 50%

Myagui and Skarfur, thanks for the explanations.

That´s what I tought, mix up the PSUs might not be a good call.

I will move to a 1200W PSU instead and use one 750Ti and the 600W PSU to build another (low-end) RIG, must buy a sempron 145+AM3 mobo+4GB DDR3 1333MHz+HDD 500GB.

Thanks

I would advice you from the sempron and the AM3 structure. Contrary to what many people think, the cpu does matter. I have read countless posts of people having hashing problems with various coins which ended up being because they were using a sempron. I would advice you go get a intel mobo and use a G3220 or something similar. I have had very good experience with the H81-pro-btc mobo's. Have 12 of them running now without any problems, except the one I fried the first time I tried to use 2 psu for one rig Smiley

If you want to set up the 2 psu rig its nothing you need to worry about if you use usb risers, power the mobo + 1 or 2 gpu's (both riser and 6/8 pin cable) with one psu and you use the second psu solely to power the rest of the cards (both to power the riser and the 6/8 pin). The main factor here is that the usb risers only transmit data through the pci-e slot so you don't have the change of some current feedback to the mobo like you can get with the other risers.

+1
Stay away from AM3 platform or accept troubles Cheesy  Your best bet is Intel Haswell platform Asrock H81-pro BTC. Sturdy and cheap mobo.

If you will run multiple instances of ccminer then go with Pentium otherwise (for max 3 instances) Celeron will do the job just fine.(mining rig only)
For combo gaming-mining you should go with core I5 or better and better chipset is also recommended like Z87 or better  Grin

Can you help me here?

I pretend to buy for now a single 980GTX reference card (26 cm lenght) and my setup is being holded by an Aerocool 600W PSU:

i7 4770k@4.4GHz - aprox. 150W at full load
I will keep 3 750Ti on the system - aprox. 200W at full load with overclock
980 GTX reference model (2x 6 pins) - aprox. 200W-230W full load with a little overclock?!
1 SSD only - low power consumption

So we have: 150+200+200 = 550W-580W average

I have the 2 x 6 pins free to use in the 980GTX, I am using other powerlines to feed my 2x 750ti windforces, I will keep one PNY 750ti (just PCI-e/no extra power needed) and sell the other PNY.

Do you think my PSU will handle this or I will need at least a 850W PSU?

Thanks

You can enter your data here and you will get your approx. power consumption of the system:

851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SUPERCOIN] Mandatory Upgrade V.3.1.1 or V.1.6.1 on: September 19, 2014, 11:10:28 PM

Thanks superteam again for very fast delivery. I will donate 500super from this mining portion.

Why we ended mining there anyway and when we can expect to get back again? Any ETA?

you can use this wallets for donation

we will use this for the block explorer to continue and  for promotional works.

I sent donation with supersend and 100super got stucked in escrow.  Huh  The final part of process did not finish, waited for more than 1 hour then service nodes become unavailable. Undecided
Can you redeem that 100 super to your address? There is now only 400 donated instead of 500 coins.
Superteam please check.

Supermultipool made the final payment after my communication to the pool dev.
This was the last payment from the pool. Sometime later when pool dev finish its product for real (auto payments etc) we can ask and get it online.  We may apply coinking.io or hasco.ws or another multipool service in the future.

Yep, hopefully they have improved the architecture SMX, that was they wont need as many cores if each performs better
well it will perform like 3 750ti...  with a small memory bus. So basically it will be worst than a 780ti...
I guess for mining it will be like 3x750Ti indeed. Or less. 6x00 for X11 at stock. Sad

For gaming it will be faster than 780  - when both are stock. ANd 970/980 overclock pretty well (at least test samples Wink )

Could you be more precise please. Which one will be 3x750ti, 970 or 980. If it is 980 then it is total waste.
854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] cudaMiner & ccMiner CUDA based mining applications [Windows/Linux/MacOSX] on: September 18, 2014, 09:11:33 AM
I have a strange feeling that 750ti will stay the best card there is for mining.

Let's wait for the release of new 9xx cards and see. Wink

nah density matters more for me

970 appears to be cheaper and deadly, 980 is just overpriced for no reason, it will stay in their stock lol, i won't buy that

You're right. 970 will be only bright option for us miners. Gaming for me is W.O.T.A.M.

@CryptoBull

Well I'm crazy enough to follow you, bro.  Smiley

Count me in, besides what I think or have said.

Hi Grgech kapitalista, you re back.

Tell me please if the sell wall of 1.227BTC@1000sat on mintpal can be eaten in no time. The price is finally on the rise. Time to buy some super-extreme undervalued coins.

This extremely low price could easily be one of the greatest abomination in altcoin history.  Grin

JackpotCoin V1.6 is currently under testing, in the final debugging phase.

Great!!
Time to buy now.

This are indeed great news.

I hope that the 5.16BTC sell wall @13sat on mintpal can be eaten before new 1.6.1 release. Then the price can skyrocket.

Right, I still laughing about the guy who sold 470k XGR at 20!!! I think he is furious now!!

Ok, loyal GoldReservists! My discussion with the new developer was a success! I am creating a timeline and creating a possible order of developments. After that we discuss the hardness of them and we finalize the timeline. Then I will announce it along with the first development, the new, improved wallet!

Stay tuned, much more to come!

Good to hear, can't wait!

As always great news from one of most dedicated developers in alt world.
Keep up the good work.
