Damn, you guys are really impatience. I don't even want to imagine how much work they have put into this and how much work they are still doing to get everything running smoothly for you guys. There will always be bugs and problems and it will take time to fix those.
Please cut them some slack and wait a bit longer.

Android apps are really fast. The difference is that Android mostly has free and paid versions. The free version has ads and won't be as good as the paid version. Just download the full .apk from a website and you have the best version for free Smiley

but IOS wil never stuck not even for a moment. Andorid phones u must restart every month or two to keep them runing quick
*cough*

Don't encrypt your cold storage, you are going to forget the key

that can happen if you are stupid yes  Roll Eyes
It has happened more often then I would like to admit. Not because I am stupid, but because I have so many passwords that I keep forgetting them.

9566  Local / Markt / Re: "groepsaankoop" Bitcoin Trezor: 0.5 BTC on: October 31, 2013, 01:17:33 PM

9568  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Should I invest $70,000 in Bitcoin? How should I do it? on: October 31, 2013, 12:22:04 PM
The LiteCoin price drops when BitCoin increases (I have seen that multiple times), so investing in LiteCoins seems like a stupid move if you ask me. I burnt my hands twice on them. I never ever want to have LiteCoins again (except as collateral for a loan when the price is steady / the total value is much higher then the loan value).

Well, when Bitcoin price drop Litecoin increase. So the risk is just the opposite....
I think Bitcoin won't drop that much anymore. Just look at the SilkRoad price recovery.

Bitcoininformation.info BlockChain faucet has come back now.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that here:

There was a small double spend problem (don't ask me how it happened, because I have no idea), but it has been fixed and the BlockChain withdraws have been enabled again (I disabled them because of that problem).
I would like to thank the owner of LandOfBitcoin.com, because he helped me through this mess.
9577  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 0.0005 btc to send bitcoins too much? on: October 31, 2013, 06:47:15 AM
i'd say 0.0005 BTC is indeed too much especially for smaller payments.
have you been charged such fee recently (yes ? -> where)?
these fees were once meant as a compensation for miners but since the price per GH has dropped significantly since the start of the asic-age i'd say this should be taken into account on future fee regulations as well as a relative max. limit (e.g. 0.2%) of the amount being transferred.
Bitcoin is not, never was, and never will be suitable for microtransactions, and was never intended to be. Transaction fees are meant to cover the cost of mining (which will become increasingly important as the block subsidy continues to drop). Since the cost of processing a transaction is totally independent on the value transferred, so is the fee. If the value of a transaction is so small that the required fee is a large percentage of it, that's just too damn bad.
I totally agree with you Foxpup. Alsof, why pay 0.0005 when you do a small transaction? That's not needed, just set it to 0.0001 or 0.0002.
