If you are in an active game of Liar's Poker and choose to leave the game, the system will notify you that you will automatically lose the game.
I won the game and pressed it to leave the game. But I still got that message, that's the problem Tongue

If I won/lost the game and press the leave game button I still get the message that I will lose when I leave.

Dear Players, we have fixed our security issue and are back up and running.  We will be processing cashouts manually, just click "Withdraw BTC" in upper right hand corner and you will sent your winnings the same day.

We are still running the promotion for the 2nd player to post here with how you like the game.  We'll then credit your account with 0.01 BTC as a thank you.
I am really glad that you guys are back. I already missed playing ;p

It should be able to see others play, that would be great!

Well, as a salesperson you could use some sort of voucher system. The customers sees you generating it (difficult symbols so he cannot remind it and walk away). Then he "donates" you the money and you give him a voucher to receive his "donation". The voucher can then be used to get his donation from escrow or something. Dunno, something like that would be useful I guess.
Perhaps, but I have to be able to say that to a judge with a straight face. Kinda like what some people did during prohibition in the U.S. It was illegal to sell alcohol in some places, but not give it away. Guys would hang out selling very expensive pencils that came with a "free" drink. These attempts generally did not hold up in court.
True. Well how about: "I found that on the ground and didn't knew what it was. Then I read it up and they are right! Banks suck, BitCoin ftw!". I guess you would go to jail right away.

IT IS BACK UP. YES!

But I still have to study for school, dammit.
10567  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin ATM - San Francisco on: August 28, 2013, 07:55:06 PM
I looked into buying some BTC ATM's but discovered one problem. The FinCen guidelines are not crystal clear, but seem to state that the owner/operator of the machine must be licensed as a money transmitter. That could represent an insurmountable barrier to entering the market. Some states have ridiculous requirements, such as posting multi-million dollar bonds. Has anyone come up with a way to address this? I would love to own and use such a machine.
Can't you make it a donation like ATM? You donate me 100$ dollars, I will donate you a BitCoin. Tongue
Hopefully you won't change your mind and keep my btc. I could not demand that you donate to me.  Undecided
But do keep trying to find a way! I think these will show up eventually. The problem is that the banking industry has worked very hard to keep any new players out.

10571  Local / Meetings (Nederlands) / Re: Bitcoin woensdag in Amsterdam - 7 augustus on: August 28, 2013, 06:27:48 PM
Ff een vraagje. Wordt dit nog georganiseerd? Ik zou ook graag een keer langs willen komen. Lijkt me super interessant. Ik zie een aantal data voorbij komen, maar welke is het en waar wordt het dit keer gehouden en hoelaat?

Ik hoor het wel.
Lucky you. Ik zou willen dat ik een keer langs zou kunnen komen. Maar gewoon even gaan staat gelijk aan in totaal 6 uur reizen.
10572  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin ATM - San Francisco on: August 28, 2013, 06:22:45 PM
Would be cool if I had it in my city. I don't think a lot of people would use it, but just having it would drawn a lot of attention.

10574  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: How does a new person break into bitcoin mining? on: August 28, 2013, 11:43:10 AM
I still see some profit in mining alt-coins tbh... atm I make about ~$270/month mining different alt and selling them at cryptsy. My rig is 4x7950.
Total invested? ROI?
10575  Economy / Lending / Re: looking for .25 loan on: August 28, 2013, 09:53:00 AM
3 posts, looking for loan, no collateral, no personal information, nothing.

You are a perfect example of how to not get a loan.
10576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin took over Germany on: August 28, 2013, 07:45:25 AM
German is the only country handling BitCoins like it should be handled.

It is too early to say this imho
Well it's a lot better then anywhere else ;p

Don't be sure ... it sounds good by now, but the authorities didn't closed the door for both possibilies: tax it or forbid it. The legal state of "private money" is anything but clear. It means, more or less: we can tax it and if we want, we can decide its illegal.
Still, itīs a lot better then for example America or Thailand.
10577  Economy / Services / Re: How to advertise your bitcoin-related website on: August 28, 2013, 07:22:36 AM
I would have advised bitads, but the owner already did ;p
Currently I am making between 0.055 and 0.0884 a day (sold ad spaces are between 7 and 11 pieces out of the 16), which isn't bad at all if you ask me. The price changes on the ad revenue happen, because some advertisers prefer to fill up their wallet daily.

I see that the website is still offline, do you have any ETA when it will be up again?

No matter how I try I cannot seem to find the quick reply button. Where is it? Also, I reccomend adding it to github. It will allow easier access to see the code, and add some contributations.  Also, I have not seen the * yet. My Browser updates it to fast  Smiley. And for the fields that require a variable( like the price ticker chooser) make it so there is a drop down menu. It makes it a lot more user friendly.

I saw this also, it seems a little hard but maybe you could add it! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=281346.0

Why is the site down or why the free BTC?

-Site went down due to a security breach on the Bitcoin side of things. We are working hard to patch this problem as of now.
-As for the free BTC, we want people to play with it and let us know their thoughts and how we can improve the game. We appreciate that feedback and hope to see you again once were back and up running.

Thanks!
It was the last one, about the free BTC ;p I can understand why you want to fix the website first. And I will tell my opinion about the site, whatever I get free BTC or not (but I do appreciate it).
