I meant this, because there are separate large networks (Facebook, Google, Qzone) having huge volumes of information. But so far there is not a single network that unites all the information globally. If Datum succeeds in translating this into reality, it will be an explosion! |

There's no way to verify the legitimacy of the data. It can be thought upto a certain point using the AI. Not sure if datum will use it or not. A really interesting question is, how will all data be verified, for authenticity? Otherwise, if such a check is not, all can sell fake data .. |

Why only 10? They can add at last top 50 coins... More coins - more users on their platform.
Because it would be a mess maybe, the more coins they add the more resources they have to spend (money, time etc...). I think working, secure and stable platform = more users (not more coins) and honestly, there are only a couple of coins which are very stable and have a good volume and wont hit hard due to the volatility of bitcoin very much, such as ltc and so on. i think with ten different coins 85% of the market is covered I doubt they'll implement too many coins. top 10 sounds reasonable enough. I also think that if they add 100+ different shitсoins, it will be trash. 10-20 highly liquid coins will be enough. |

Joking apart, in my humble opinion, it will moon when first merchant will add Utrust's API, I see no reason to moon before, until first use case it's going to be a speculative token and nothng else Now a lot of projects are stalling from the start (Look at the Request and AirSwap), I do not know with what it may be connected, perhaps with a hardfork bitcoin. I hope the Utrust will not be one of them. I see many ICO's tokens these days going down because the whole alt market is going down. I believe that if you invest in an ICO because you trust it, there's no reason to sell your tokens at loss after few weeks though. I agree with you that it do not need to sell tokens at a loss at the first fall. But still I like to watch how my deposit grows and does not fall day by day  I hope the second half of November will be an excellent time for growth .. |

All this activity has also to do with the ICO being postponed to November. Now everyone is wishfully waiting for ICO to start and meanwhile keeps the hype up here in this thread. There is so much activity in the uTrust thread, my bitcointalk keeps freezing. Seems to happen when i visit this thread the most, you guys have similar issues? No, this is not only in this thread, it entire site is slow, I can't watch anything normal for half a day already! |

What do you guys think about the token allocation? 51% all DAT tokens will be offered in the public token sale, 20% goes to the Datum Core Developer and 29% to a reserve fund for future expansion.
Do you have an idea what is meant with this "reserve fund for future expansion" and what they exactly plan to do with these tokens? Is this the same reserve unsold tokens would go to? Reserve funds exist for almost all modern projects. It is directed as a rule to the further development of the company: Marketing, business development, scientific researchs etc. |
