Judging from how much the owners of bitcoin cash made i suspect there will be a lot more bitcoin forks this year. Binance appears to be a good place to collect the forked coins, if you are brave enough to leave your coins on an exchange

XVG is not slow and steady, it is more pump and dump. The best coins for 2018 are the other privacy ones like XSPEC and Deeponion. Otherwise for slow and steady go for one of the better known coins like NEO which will definitely rise in 2018

I also use electrum which is a popular desktop based wallet. You should only keep a small amount of bitcoin on the exchanges - enough for you to trade with. The bulk of your coins should be kept in you private wallets just in case the exchange has a problem

When you look at the rise of ripple you will see that suits are taking over crypto. Ripple is a bankers coin, and verge was pumped because mcafee mentioned it in a tweet. We need to be more wary of these suits, but people always follow the money - even if it's supported by suits

My reason buying xspec is :
1. The coin in circullation is really low.
2. The coin really good for people who want a privacy transactions. ( tor, ring signature, stealth addres )
3. It will goes up in long term.
4. Developer is really good even i dont know them well but the project is running as it should be.
5. Developer does not take many advantage. Its like bitcoin at first created.
6. Not like zcash which the developer taking 5% from every mined block.
7. The price is still very cheap compare to other privacy coin like zcash, zero coin, monero
Exactly why everyone should add some XSPEC to their crypto portfolio. I remember when this coin was stuck at around 40 cents. I have no idea why people weren't snapping it up! It is still a bargain a these prices compared with the other privacy coins |

One should not underestimate the value of marketing. If you look at XSPEC it is the most advanced privacy coin on the market but has a very low price. Onion is a new coin but was almost at $10 and will hit it soon. Marketing is worth more than development.

Guys - you do know that XSPEC does what XVG does - and is massively undervalued right? I mean they're both tor integrated coins - and XSPEC is massively undervalued compared to XVG which is overbought.  XSPEC will rise up when people realise that verge is a dead coin with no development. XSPEC has more privacy features than verge and monero but the price is still minimal. When the new website is up and running, plus the new features it won't sit at $2 for long! |

It's just a matter of time before bitcoin jumps again. Some alts may rise from the ashes in the mean time - hopefully not ripple as it would set an example for other centralised alts to appear. Ethereum and NEO are good ones

As the most advanced privacy based coin my guess is that it will skyrocket in 2018 to match up with monero. Anyone who needs private transactions will switch to xspec, and also those interested in a high returns investment!

I think XSPEC is more anonymous than MONERO.
Deep Onion is about protecting the TOR network, not about anonymity, yes, it does operate on the TOR network, but it's not currently the most anonymous.
I think in the future with Deepsend and other features it will be the most anonymous.
This is spot on. Monero is a bigger name with better marketing but there are flaws in their anonymity. XSPEC has better technology for privacy but weaker marketing. Depends on what you want for a coin, but xspec is likely to boom in 2018 |

Take a look at WAGERR, this is going to pump in mid January as they release the mainnet. Currently around 50 cents with the potential to rise above $1 once the mainnet is launched. Also the final product has yet to be released which will cause another pump

privacy coins are monero, dash, cash, zcoin, pivx, deeponion, verge....unfortunately i missed coin when it was 7$
Everyone says it is a shame i missed X when it was only $X but there are other cheap coins that are available. XSPEC is still around $1.50 and already has the best privacy features of any coin. It will compete with Monero when new marketing is released so grab some now! |

Depends on how much time you have and if you want high risk high returns, or a steady guaranteed growth. ETH is slow and steady, but alts can give you either high returns or complete losses! Pick a good one if you want to join the fun of trading.

The coin has already succeeded. It was never meant to be an investment, it is for mass adoption and fun. In that sense the creator done a great job as doge is super popular and people are sending them around as a tip or just for a laugh.

It was probably devised by Sasha the creator of the waves platform to bring down ethereum  So far it is doing a pretty good job! Hasn't affected the price of ETH itself, but when waves and lisk start to deliver things may change. |

Privacy coins are definitely a good investment right now. I would say xspec is the cheapest high quality anonymous coin that can actually compete with Monero and Dash. Their technology is superior and is trading at around $2

I've leased out my waves but haven't got much of a return. Still better than nothing so if you're a long term hodler like me then go for it. Not suitable for day traders, but waves is pumping now so may as well hold rather than trying to play the game.
