I have a large transaction from C-Cex that has not appeared in the blockchain this was over 4 hours ago. I have an open support ticket but no resolution yet.
Does anyone know what their protocol is for refunding if transactions are lost etc...?
I sent a very small amount first to test and verify the network / wallets and it went through fine.
@Roxcoin dev, I still have no coins in my wallet from a transaction before the fork. it was transaction ID 9b692ea1066012d8def5a241942fac31b1e628e45d94b1b86c4d6848b4209992 I figured the fork would take care of this. Have you been in contact with C-Cex to resolve their wallet issues? I've sent them a msg before the fork asking them to update, im not sure if they updated or not. i sent them PM again and waiting for reply. We did update. And Mnkis's issue already resolved. C-CEX: Why don't you revert all trades since the fork? Cryptsy does that sometimes in this situation.
After you can see which users have negative balances and it would be up to them to make their account right by transferring more in.
I discussed this with C-cex and he refuses to do so because he doesn't have the BTC to cover the resulting BTC discrepancy. That being said, I believe his resulting BTC liability will be smaller than the CSC liability. However, he hasn't told me what these numbers would be. I doubt C-cex will find a solution since they seem to lack capitalization. My suggestion would be for you guys to talk to c-cex about potentially investing CSC into his exchange in exchange for some ownership. I don't know if he would consider this, but it could be an appropriate way to fix his CSC discrepancy and show support for the exchange. If you don't find an alternative to resolve the discrepancy, then c-cex is likely to declare those coins lost. Thank You for helping to explain situation. All You wrote is true. I don't agree we have situation is "did not update in time". You can check - old wallet is available, old network is still working. And we have coins in old network. So for us this is like new coins. Usually dev make swap new coins to old one (FRX, CFC etc). In this situation we can only offer coins that exists in old blockchain. |

odd to delist possible 'hype' coins like: RZR, RUBY but even more strange to remove coins which are doing good on other exchanges, old or namefull coins: AUR, AC, HVC and MYR. Especially: XC, BC, FTC and WDC XC is massive, might be a volume making coin, promising. BC was hyped and has a insane community, look in IRC on #blackcoinpool, always more than 250 people in the room. FTC is just too old to delist, why don't you delist LTC as well.. WDC, it might even make a comeback looking at the spiking late days, also good for miners and you want miners to come to your exchange for volume. When miners come the traders will come as well. The thing I notice is that some coins that do very well on other exchanges sometimes have crappy volume on others. DIEM does quite well on Poloniex but on C-Cex not so well. I surprised about BC though. Yes, that coin list has 0 trading volume, that's why we don't need them. But if they show some volume this week we will keep them. |

We are getting many complains about withdrawals. The reason why some of withdrawals does work is wallet error: "Error: The transaction was rejected. This might happen if some of the coins in your wallet were already spent, such as if you used a copy of wallet.dat and coins were spent in the copy but not marked as spent here." If there is one thing I notice in the chat box is how people whine/rage for support rather than opening a ticket. It can get to a point where I think it's people just trolling. Although, if I had lost a good of assets I would be mad too. The point being, never be rude to tech support. EVER! And not just on an exchange, anywhere. The last people you want mad at you are the ones that can fix your problem.
I've personally never had a problem with support although they could speed up response time.
Thank You. We have much trolls and they are much more visible than hundreds of good feedback we have from many customers. We had DDOS issue today that's why server wasn't accessible awhile. At the moment all is sorted. Some tickets responses delayed because of this. We fisrt care about security - next about tickets. |
