961  Economy / Economics / Re: How did the Bakkt launch go? Quick recap on: October 05, 2019, 06:12:58 PM
I don't believe this, if the trade volume on bakkt was much, I could say that it was actually as a result of bakkt and being that they were just released, bakkt only traded 7 btc when they started and that was when the market plunged, how is 7 btc supposed to actually have any positive or any negative effect on the price of bitcoin, to me, I think it was just a coincidence, something else must have happened that probably made bakkt look devilish to people.

i have 2 reason for it.
1. a common reason, people have no interest since just small amount traded on bakkt, also maybe people just waiting for the exact time. and that make price going deep, soo deep.
2. a unique reason, I try to equalize the time when the trade is opened and bad events in the hastrate btc. and as a result, it happened almost simultaneously. so i just have argument, bakkt market is not the main reason for the falling price of btc.

---
about bakkt itself, well, although no big enthusiasm as many people expected, but somehow i just think opened on the end of the year, is a quite good step. wait and see may is a primary option for the professional broker.
so the point, even now bakkt showing a slow start,it's doesn't mean bitcoin futures conract completely failed.
Even expert analysts say it's some kind of the normal things.
962  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Popularity of BITCOIN on Twitter Declining? on: October 05, 2019, 05:21:30 PM
Many people say that BTC has grown in adoption and use. But I think despite of this fact the popularity of bitcoin is going downwards. Here is a very interesting graphic I found which shows the number of posts with #Bitcoin on Twitter I think the graph is pretty identical with the price graph.

do we need to do it again?
because almost all over the world people who know the internet must have heard or often heard about btc.
even my stupid uncle also know about bitcoin, i just a little suprised about it because internet for him just facebook and porn.
and i guess ur statement wrong, price down but people knowing bitcoin still grow everyday.

However I personally think there are two reasons behind the boom which came during the bull run.
1. Bounties & Bounty Hunters: During the Bull run bounty hunting was at its peak and all the bounty hunters participated heavily in twitter campaigns. Most of the tweets had some basic condition to add a few hashtags related to cryptocurrency I think that was the reason why the graph looks so tall during the bull run.

2. Trading Mentors & Media: A lot of hype was also created by all types of media around the world when they continuously posted around regarding bitcoin and how it went to moon. Moreover even every damn trader became a trade mentor because every coin was going up people gave calls blindly and became trading mentor. These mentors were giving calls on daily basis with these usual hashtags relating to bitcoin.

These can be the two reasons why chart shows such a long tower in December 2017.

1. i also participated during that time, I cannot say that is absolutely true, because mostly the bounty hunters using hashtag about project. not another cryptocurrency, even btc.
2. well, i can agree about this one, its like a virus, infecting so fast. since they have a screen shot of their asset grow so fast , people try to following them, well, for example Ian ballena.
963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the Ton, one of the biggest project ! on: October 05, 2019, 04:20:16 PM
Really? Yes facebook has bigger community but I think their community on telegram has pretty have knowledge MORE than the facebook community, I guess. This isnt about which community wil be superior, I know telegram for a bit but Ican say TON project is worth 10x than Libra project when it comes to Blockchain experience.

really ? u want to comparing TON with Libra ?
they have different mission, also Libra just a piece of stable coins.
and also, besides it, TON its really have a great opportunity, even 3,5 each people still enthusiastic  to buy it.
964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal to leave Libra on: October 04, 2019, 07:39:57 PM
hello Libra , how are you ?  Grin
did u fine after that news ? , i guess not.
well, hope it can be happened, because as far i've read , paypal still considering of leaving from Libra project.
however, even if paypal leaving, i guess Libra still strong with another partner such as mastercard, visa, uber, etc.
but, somehow, i just think , Libra project not dedicated pure for blockchain ecosystem. i mean its just like "mask".
just imagine by yourself, big companies in the world associate with each other to create a new project, and it will be mass adopted by the world directly.
monopoly the world or conqueror the world ?
or maybe i just too paranoid about zuckerberg  Grin
965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why not use Exchange instead of Mixer? on: October 04, 2019, 05:42:17 PM
well, i never using mixer service before.
but, based on my knowledge, mixer have more privacy and anatomy after all.
for example : u deposited some btc to binance, then u withdraw ur asset from it.
of course, they have track record about ur transaction,ur data as well.
although they will never share ur history to anyone, but it doesn't make u cant be tracked.
since the history of blockchain can be viewed, and transfer between the exchanges to the users have a simple transaction with original transactions and the final address of the coins.
and the simple explanation about mixer works is attempts to sever the links between your old address and a new address by sending coins from you to other people and coins from them to you with randomizes transaction amounts and sometimes adds time delays to the transactions.
966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the Ton, one of the biggest project ! on: October 04, 2019, 04:43:23 PM
I understand the token will go for 3.2usd per coin. I am yet to have more technical information on the usecases to see if there's anything exquisite maybe I will but from the tokensale which will continue on exmarket till 8th October

i dont know why telegram allowed such market like exmarket to sell their token.
well,i just have speculation, probably owner of exmarket buying some amount of gram on previous sale, then he/she sell again with same price like on liquid.

TON is a very promising project, because the messenger in which it will be used is almost the most popular in the world. The Telegram application is used by millions of people and they will all be involved in the TON economy. This project is almost the most anticipated for several years, I think investors will be willing to buy tokens. The good news is that TON and Ethereum will interact.

indeed.
and for sure, the token sale no more opened.
i just warned about exmarket, since no data on coinmarketcap.
967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / the Ton, one of the biggest project ! on: October 03, 2019, 09:58:07 PM
well, recently we hear about TON, the telegram ico project.
many many controversion come from this ico
since from when exactly this ico started i dont know for sure, and then japan exchange offered TON with highly prices , almost 3.50 bucks/each .
however, the private sale from liquid is complete. i quite sure the project will be top by this year.
but now, according from some source ,TON blockchain will be launched in late october.
and also the good news , the telegram blockchain Will Support Ethereum dApps.
so, how u think guys about this one ?
for me, somehow i just speculate TON more promising than LIBRA.
from Any Side.
968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Never Designed for Scalability on: October 03, 2019, 06:42:07 PM
Early ETH was scalable, probably not just on a huge enough scale they imagined to the point that the whole world would be using it concurrently.

I have no arguments against ETH (vitalk, lubin, or devs) because they realized their mistake (on scalability) and have ever presently been working to correct it ever since. If anything, i would just comment on the fact that they can't get their timelines right. They've been promising ETH2.0 or proof-of-stake for 3 years now and nothing has materialized.

yes, because that not easy problem after all.

But, ethereum never stop to create solutions because they knew what their blockchain incapable of. They knew what ethereum’s limitation that’s why they never stop trying to solve and improve. They create multiple setbacks for prevention and progression of the chain.

indeed, that why they clarify it for sure on the interview.

If ethereum blockchain was never designed for scalability then why was it actually created?

it was, on the beginning.
then everything goes changed so far, also In March 2017, various blockchain start-ups, research groups, and Fortune 500 companies announced the creation of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA) with 30 founding members.
then what i imagine, how the dev think it going so fast.
even for investor.

Firstly, I'll like to say this is a savage finding, what many people didn't imagine. I checked out that short video and was amazed that what's on this post is legit. Well, ethereum is somewhat scalable although lags to an extent. Maybe initially vitalik and his team didn't foresee that many projects will harness Eth blockchain. That aside, I hope to see an upgrade that brings in improved scalability for ETH in future.

even me, like a dummy person after seeing that the short video was real from Lupin.

Vitalik had no idea what Ethereum would turn into when he created it. However, at the moment I believe that Ethereum can solve the problems of scalability.

even they already removed scalability problem on their pages.
969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Digitization of National Currency Bring value to African Currencies? on: October 02, 2019, 11:25:46 PM
Country  like  Ghana  has  a lot  of natural  resources  yet  every  year the nation do their  Budget  in USD. Investor  traveled to  Ghana   and  buy their  resources with USD. Which  make  the national  Currency  got  no value. Do you think if Africans develop and adopt their own  digital Currency it can bring Change  and value  to their local Currencies?

first, i guess this thread should be in speculation.
well,in this case, it's impossible for now, i just speculation,  it may will bring more damage to the value of their local currency.
to make their digital currency have a "value" , of course must be backed by real assest.
and in this case , did goverment dare to create a new thing such as digital currency to be same as real money ?
I just thought, maybe the fluctuation tends to be stable , but as time goes,it will be make inflation on their country.
the point, it just a reckless thing to do.
970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Never Designed for Scalability on: October 02, 2019, 10:32:07 PM
well, recently i read some article, and then, i am quite surprised about it. because Vitalik Buterin and Joesph Lubin says ethereum blockchain was never designed for scalability.
firstly i think, it's just ridiculous statement. but well, since we know exactly what happened on ethreum blockchain, i guess that statement have some true point.
they maybe never think before, ethereum will have tremendous popularity in the crypto industry.
oh yeah , this their statement.

well, any thoughts ?

ethereum growing so fast, and maybe vitalik didn't predicted that my friend
thats why a lot of issue on ethereum network
but, i still believe on ethereum, because when ETH 2.0 born, it will bring a lot of change on ethereum network buddy

indeed, but after i see this ,"Youre saying the concept of launching something that doesn't scale then rebuilding it as something thats scalable was part of initial the plan",
then lubin just say : "We knew it wasn't going to be scalable for sure" , and what point i get (maybe its wrong) scalability seems be ETH problem for eternity.
so i just think, ETH 2.0 still have no scalability inside.
clearly disappointing, considering they discussed scalability in their documents.

971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Privacy Coins under Scrutiny? on: October 02, 2019, 08:39:05 PM
well, its a old news btw, and for me yes, its sad news for privacy coins.
however, there a 2 point regarding that statement.
first, there indirectly, the government began to think not to ignore crypto from all side. and that its a good point for me.
second, well , then no true anatomy anymore for privacy coins.
and i believe someday, all of crypto holder will be fully tracked by goverment.
yep, no more privacy, because in the end , goverment will treat crypto like gold.

973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Private sale in China on: October 02, 2019, 05:37:10 PM
Chinese crypto market is clearly different and unique in its nature similar to the uniqueness of almost everything in China.
A few weeks ago I was on a China tour visiting numerous VCs to initiate the funding process of my crypto project.
I realized that the investors, regardless of their shapes and sizes, are mainly interested in one thing; The token performance. The idea and technology behind the project comes in second place - or maybe later.
However, I came back with huge learnings. As a tech guy I focused primarily on the technology. But obviously community build up and PR are key factors.
If the public are keen to buy your token your project is a success. Long term is not an option.

How has the market and investor apetite changed in the past few months in the USA?

Are there still angel investors in the crypto space?

i just think , mostly investor came not from USA , but from Asia and europe indeed.
and also , since many many regulations created by USA goverment, it will be make some , well let's say "stuck" for USA investor.
about angel investor, are u believe there still have a good project for angel investor ?
considering angel investor assest is one of the longest lock up period.
974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Libra Coin bring Down Bitcoin's dominance on: October 01, 2019, 08:09:30 PM
I would like to play devil's advocate
From this article I read
Quote
“Unlike the volatility seen around other cryptocurrency’s in the past, we believe that Libra’s focus on creating a stable, low inflation currency backed by a reserve or real assets is a differentiator. Further, unlike other stablecoins, Libra will not be pegged to one currency but instead a basket of assets ranging from bank deposits to short-term government securities.”
https://www.cnbc.com/2019/06/18/the-difference-between-bitcoin-and-facebooks-libra.html

Will Libra Coin bring Down Bitcoin's dominance in the market, your thought?

well, how can be ?
its seems no sense to me,
let me explain based on my mind.
first, its just a project with banking system,no interest
second, although libra backed by multi holy big company, easy to get mass adoption over the world,it will not make libra dominate the market.
why ?
because libra fully organized,centralized.
for good reason, they may have low fluctuactive.
but for another reason, what's the point of hoarding a tons of libra ?
its worth nothing.
or did they have stake reward for holding ? no,i guess.
and the last reason.
i dont like libra project btw.
975  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins With an Actual Working Product on: October 01, 2019, 05:57:07 PM
if u talking, well
i have a skyrocketing project, of course, they have already a "real" product.
its MONACO.
Monaco itself is a project with financial category,
well, its a common thing, right?, but the different its no one surpasses monaco at this time.
has been partnership with Visa its a big thing where no one project can do that right now.
currently they have some of product,
MCO Visa Card, a card that allows users to spend cryptocurrency anywhere Visa is accepted;
MCO Wallet App, a mobile wallet that allows users to buy, exchange, and send four cryptocurrencies and seven fiat currencies, and track over 200 coins in the cryptocurrency markets;
MCO Crypto Invest, a robo-advisory cryptocurrency investment tool;
MCO Crypto Credit, a crypto credit service that allows customers to deposit their cryptocurrency and receive credit to spend with their MCO Visa Card.

well, i guess that enough, btw,i am not a part of that project.
for more info , may u check here
976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: David Marcus, Coinbase CEO show supports for Facebook Libra on: October 01, 2019, 02:04:47 AM
hmm.. it will be interesting, considering the most haters for LIBRA is came from USA, and now, coinbase itself support what the government hates.
however, as far i know, although US goverment hate them so much, they seems won't ban libra for sure.
i just think it seems Not a wise thing to do in an industry where the typical advantages of the US market.
moreover ,the coinbase's attitude in favor of libra makes the government must be more prudent in dealing with it.
Libra is not that big of an issue. In Asia there's a lot of payment platforms and stable coins. Having Libra is not going to hurt the market, it would help it by reducing the amount of people meaninglessly hoarding Bitcoin.

Well , i wonder how it not to be big issues , its will be fully centralized from all of the world. its not just about asia bro. and also, what kind of people want to throw their btc for some stable assets.

978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Different stable coins on: September 30, 2019, 07:53:28 PM
basically they all same, pegged to other assets.
on my opinion, the difference just where they came from.
like PAX , based from binance article PAX issued by the Paxos Trust Company, and approved and regulated by the New York State Department of Financial Services.
and the next USDC , USDC was created by Circle and Coinbase in order to provide a more financially transparent stablecoin.
but i am not sure what company behind USDT tether btw.
however,That doesn't seem to matter to Tether.
they still popular.

i just suggest stable coins backed by real company like pax or usdc.
dont ask why.
979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 24.09.2019 - another black day in crypto? (Red Market) reason? on: September 30, 2019, 04:04:59 PM

wtf? market is red :/ everithyng is red.

have any idea, what is reason?
or its just (only) Pump - Dump game?
Yes, it's sad to confirm that it's a Pump and Dump game.
I also know that the Bakkt launch failed but that news could not have been the reason for the market's fall.
The reason here is that sharks have begun to observe charts and psychology of traders, when after 3 months of selling alts, trying to push the price of Bitcoin but failed, then it is time for them to dump. .
this is the cycle usually takes place in markets where effort crypto failed to push prices of the shark, and we should get used to it.

Lmao , so what u want to say its pure pump and dump ?
then, what do you mean 3 monthly cycles?
Did u think people just stupid throw everything after fail to pushing price like u speculation ?
it is baseless thinking.
And also , what a kind of people try to create a super massive money game with dumped almost 50.000.000.000 USD ?
980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Curious Case of Bullrun on: September 30, 2019, 03:25:30 AM
Why do you think that there will be a BULL RUN ?
It is possible that there will be nothing like that at all , ever.
Do you not believe with bullrun? Or you think it is just an issue?
I think there will be a bullrun yet it has been proven for several months ago. Although it is just BTC bullrun, I am sure that it is the sign of the upcoming real bullrun for all coins.

Basicaly ,bullrun is not something we should believe or not.  but those are things that we have to understand as traders, you know, studying charts, reading the news routinely, paying attention to sentiment, those are some of the important things to see whether bullrun is really coming or not.
