If THRESHOLD reaches 99% and not 100% what will happen? Will the participants get their money back 100% of is there any other scenario in this case?
If the threshold is not met then we will provide a refund option on our TEC site where you can input a refund address. Those who want refunds will receive them. We will still launch as scheduled just with less funding and possibly a slightly lesser scope for use cases. Why I asked is because that the threshold is very far away and I'm afraid that that target will not be reached this week (5 days left), I think it was 75% now it is 69% or I'm mistaking? There will be just a slight delay while we process refunds. even if we get 99% we will allow for refunds. we will keep the remaining 1% and the ark from the refunded exchanges and total will be tallied at exactly 2000 BTC. every person will get to choose if they want a refund or not and those who don't receive a refund will receive ARK at mainnet launch. So with 22,5k satoshi/lisk we are at maybe 90% of threshold total, the value would be roughly 1530 BTC or 76% |

LISK is taking a beating  . Great that ARK is taking a 35 median price. Probably be more than what its currently showing. Can anyone from ARK confirm how is median looking currently? Around 20k/ LISK ? If this keeps up till the end you will probably be better of investing your LISK in ARK for more favourable pricing than current market conditions. median currently is around 22.5k for lisk. |

It will launch approximately Feb 2017, so ark team can't move or use the lisk for vote delegates or even spend the bitcoins. Really? You are wrong, ark team can spend the funds before release the main net  @Ark ceo, can you confirm? We will have some funds available before February to get the ball rolling. We do try to avoid the mistakes of others. We will also be able to vote using the lisk if we so choose before Mainnet launch in our TOS but have not done so at this time. And the agreement was changing, or it the latest news about this project. Are keep for continue this project although the minimum milestones weren't reaching? Are you can give other news for this banana? I may be a spectator for this. nothing has changed in the agreement, this rule was agreed with the escrow for lisk since before the start of the TEC. The milestone was based on hardware and use case funding and not the amount that we need to start the project. We will launch on schedule regardless of total collected, the only difference is that if we do not hit the threshold, we will allow participants the option to refund. If we hit the threshold, there is no requirement for us to allow for any refund. |
