962  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin dead... on: August 02, 2017, 03:30:58 AM
I do not care if bitcoin dies, because I do not have bitcoin, because my bitcoin I've sold all before the 1st of August, and I've also got the result of the sale of all my bitcoin  Smiley

Too sad, but I bet you have learned your lesson, that you don't have to panic whenever there is a price drop, all you have to do is to hold your bitcoin, keep on earning it and you'll see in the end that all that you did is worth the wait. Also, bitcoin will never die to be honest, maybe it will be just a coin without a value, but not going to die.

It will remain out there, in the nothingness, here in the crypto world. But I'm sure that it will not going to happen because of all the success that bitcoin do have and going to have in the near future.
963  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I cash out my BTC now? on: July 31, 2017, 02:57:12 AM
If you had your payment in BTC, would you cash out your money or you would wait increasing of cryptocurrency?
I would  wait the increase of cryptocurrencies because of the hard fork . I don't want to take a risk so I will save or hold my bitcoin for now.

A good decision, because you would regret it in the end if you are going to convert your bitcoins right now just because of this hard fork, the prices of Altcoins and the price of bitcoin would increase after this August 1 thingy, continuously saving your bitcoin and earning bitcoin is the best idea so far, if you are going to panic, then you are just going to lose your profits that you could have in the long run.

There is no reason for us to doubt bitcoin, hence, we should put our hopes on it because the possibility that we could be rich in the near future is so high.
964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: luck behind bitcoin earning on: July 28, 2017, 04:32:31 AM
There is no luck on earning bitcoin in this forum, because you are sure that you are going to have something in return if you are going to do something. Signature Campaign is one of the examples where you could earn bitcoin surely than any other way on how to earn bitcoin. Most of the people prefer the easiest way to earn huge amount of money, and that is gambling most of the time.

They thought that gambling could make them rich, well yeah, they could be rich by this, if, they are lucky enough to win always.
965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Bitcoin? on: July 27, 2017, 02:55:31 AM
Decentralized truth ledger.

Somehow my brain managed to short out from just these 3 words. Probably because I am clueless about Bitcoin. Care to explain in greater detail?

Do your homework. Look up the definition of these three words, combine them together, and voila: Bitcoin.

Correct. It would be better if we are the one who is going to find out what bitcoin really is, in that way we could easily answer all of the questions here in this forum since we do have enough knowledge about it. You could also prevent someone on scamming you if you have knowledge about this crypto world, so avoid asking too many questions, do a research about it instead.
966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: July 27, 2017, 02:36:29 AM
Earning bitcoin without investment is such an easy thing to do. Signature campaign is definitely the best way to do it. There are faucets, paid to clicks, micro tasks, etc. but those don't pay that much at all. It might pay a lot but only when you have thousands of active referrals. But that's not going to happen to most of us. Signature campaign is still the best.

You can also participate to bounty campaigns like twitter and facebook campaigns. After you have made enough money, you can try out trading. Trading is the next step towards making a lot of bitcoin. At first you will fail miserably but that's okay. Eventually you will learn how to trade right.

Indeed. This is where I started also, though I was also doing faucet way back then but I realize that I'm just wasting my time on it, that is why I'm only focusing on the Signature Campaign right now, and to the social media bounties just like what you have mentioned. Signature Campaigns that pays weekly is a good start, but Altcoin Signature Campaign is still the best one for me, the distribution of token might take some time but it is worth to wait.

And after you earned bitcoin and keep earning on bitcoin, you could start this investment by holding it on your wallet to have profits in the long run or do anything where you could get something in return.
967  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin wallet be hacked by hackers? on: July 27, 2017, 02:21:39 AM
Even the Ethereum network before with a strong security system had been hacked before, it is also possible that Bitcoin wallet can be hacked. There are lots of good hackers nowadays. We need to be extra careful. If possible, diversify your Bitcoin into different wallets and also have hard wallets. Through that, if ever the hackers hacked your wallet, they can't have all of your Bitcoin.

It is not that strong because the Ethereum network is an open source one, which can be edit or is too vulnerable to hackers. Everything in the internet could be hack as lonh as there will be a hole to penetrate the whole system, and we can't avoid to have this few bugs in the system, that is why checking it always and maintaining the security is a must.

Though, professional hackers could make or find a bug out of nowhere so they could start this hacking activities. We can't see them coming to be honest, all we have to do is to secure our money into something we know it safe.
968  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 24, 2017, 01:05:53 AM
No. Buy now. Skyrocket in price imminent.

After all of the BIP stuff is done, we will see a skyrocket and then a gentle decline until we see the next piece of big news. If youre planning long term, Bitcoin will continue to climb very slowly as adoption increases.
You might want to be careful there because right now we're only seeing the aftermath of BIP91 front running and as yet, there is no consensus with core developers. BIP148, which holds the interests of UASF advocates,  is still for August 1st one and one of the possible outcomes is a split of the network. We're now closet to previous ATH, buying for now should wait, price is likely to drop again as we approach  August 1st.
I can agree with that actually. However I think if we see a fork in the blockchain, old Bitcoin will die pretty quickly and then the price will rise. If not, improved Bitcoin, improved price  Wink Grin

I also think the price will fall again, and I wish I had more patience when I dumped a lot of money into Bitcoin a few days ago. At the time I was telling myself that we have already seen the August the 1st dump and now we would be seeing regaining confidence. Now I think otherwise.

TL;DR I think whatever happens the price will hike higher than ever before by mid August.

No it won't, the hard fork that we are being afraid of to happen will not going to happen anymore. So, buying bitcoin is not too late since the price will still going to increase as the days goes by, in short, every time is the right time to buy bitcoin, though buying to a lower price is a good idea. If you want to buy bitcoins then buy, you are not going to know what will happen if you are not going to try it, if you love to buy bitcoin, then buy, why hesitate? because if you are just going to keep on asking questions, then your time might be wasted on doing so.
969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safest way to keep bitcoins? on: July 22, 2017, 06:10:49 AM
Using the wallet is safer but many kinds of wallets should be selected as the safest wallet to store bitcoin, maybe with the blockchain and xapo it is safe because i use it too.

I don't trust this web wallets to be honest, because this web wallets could be hack by the hackers by any ways do they want, if they will find a single hole on this, they could easily do the hacking, blockchain was hacked way back 2015(correct me if I'm wrong) million of dollars worth of bitcoin was stolen by a hacker, but the hacker was arrested though. My point here is that web wallets are too vulnerable when it comes to hacking, that is why if I were you, I'm going to use hardware wallets like Trezor, the transaction fee is a little bit high per transaction but at least your bitcoin is safe.

Storing bitcoin is about investing your future, that is why store it on something that is more secured than web wallets, let's not think about the price of this wallet because we could use this for a long time, and our bitcoin is safe. Smiley
970  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 22, 2017, 05:44:15 AM
Even the blind can see that crypto Currency is making people millionaires all  over the world just because they present the holders of such currency with the financial freedom and opportunity to accrue large amounts of wealth base on currency investment . But my question is that, is it late to buy bitcoin? Should i wait maybe bitcoin price will decline after 1st August meeting? Please i will welcome your advice so that I can make my decision on crypto currency investment.
I think it’s not too late to buy bitcoin and many people buy bitcoin for their future. In addition to that, as of now the numbers of people who buy it or have it become million and I think they will hold it for a long time because there is a possibility that the price of bitcoin will rapidly increase in the near future.

Recent surge in price of Bitcoin and other crytocurrency only proves that the World is really beggining to understand what lies ahead in the future, and it is irreversible. Buy now, before its too late.

Correct, a lot of people are asking this kind of stuffs as always, they are just wasting their time instead of buying bitcoin on its Price drop and then they are going to complain that they are too late on buying because the price is too high, but, if they are going to think about it, they could still make some profits on the long run since bitcoin's price is going to continue to rise everyday.

There are too many people right now supporting bitcoin, even other Countries already doing that, that is why we can assure ourselves that bitcoin is a really good investment in the long run.
971  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you give bitcoin as a wedding gift? on: July 20, 2017, 03:02:31 AM
Yes ,,, if our friend the same understand what bitcoin is and understand how to use bitcoin. Seems to be a rare gift in the wedding

But if our friend does not understand what bitcoin is and how to use it, it seems like it would be useless to give it.

Yeah, but don't you think that it would be better if you are going to give it as a gift to the woman you are going to marry, right? because it is better if you two do know how to earn bitcoin, in this way, you could easily earn and save money in order to have something if you wanted to build a house, buy a car and whatever you do need in your everyday living.

Having your own family will be harder since you are not alone anymore, you need to raise children and must have money to sustain whatever they want and need.
972  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin wallet be hacked by hackers? on: July 19, 2017, 06:52:25 AM
It depends on the bitcoin wallet that you are using, if you are using this web wallets that most of the bitcoin users are using, then there is a possibility that it could be hack by a hacker, but if you are using the hardware wallet, then the possibility is very small, because you are the only one who knows the private key that is only the key to access your wallet or to hack your wallet.

So, if you want to make your bitcoin safe, then not use this web wallets, because the higher of chance that it could be hack is so high.
973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: July 18, 2017, 12:51:54 AM
I do plan to maybe be able to retire, but for those all cryto needs to cross the current situation over bitcoins, then i do hope my investment over altcoins can really grow and hit my goal, soo i would be able to retire with those investment.

Retire on earning cryptocurrencies or retire on your job in the real world? If you mean that you are going to retire on your job so that you could do bitcoin full time then I guess it would be a good decision for you if you are earning more than what you are earning on your job, retire as soon as possible because you are going to waste your time and energy on that job compare if you are going to do bitcoin and earn some cryptocurrencies which is really a good investment for the long run since the price is always changing.

Most of the job in the real world are too exhausting and too boring, but there are some which are not, my point is that, there is no reason for you to continue the things that you know that don't give you benefits, it is just a waste of time, trust me.
974  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 18, 2017, 12:32:25 AM
No it's not too late to buy bitcoin for investment but i think you should wait for august 1 because according to the threads that i've read here in the forum the bitcoins price in the market will go down and i think that's the right time for you to buy bitcoins and i think it would be a great opputunity for you to start. And should make a little research about the bitcoin so that you will make the right decision.
Your point is too logical for peoples who just start now for collect bitcoins. It's not too late to buy bitcoins, because if you buy now with this rate or maybe more than this rate, I assure that you will make a profit in the long run, because bitcoin price usually increase over years. By the way, I think the better moment to buy bitcoin is after 1 august, as you said, peoples predicition about the fall of bitcoin price, so it will be the better time to buy bitcoins for peoples who interessed.

Most of the people are afraid because of what will happen on August 1 though we still don't know about that, I think that it is better to take the risk, because there is a bigger possibility that this SegWit Activation thingy would just be trash again and this might be just a whale again. I'm sure that the panic sellers already sold their bitcoin being afraid that they could lose more profits if they are not going to sell their bitcoin.

And they are wrong, bitcoin's price right now is starting to increase, and I'm hoping that the next price would be $3000 per bitcoin, and that would make a huge profits for those who hold their bitcoin and too sad for those who didn't.
975  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: July 11, 2017, 12:20:54 PM
It is so true that first the users start to gamble for fun but when they start to lose it then they run after it to recover it and on this process they lose all investment. Then start the addiction and when one point comes that they become totally poor that time they realize it what mistake they have done.

I agree that this is the normal scenario. Then again every player is not like that. Many people do realize their losses in due course before going broke and then they stop themselves. Then they even try to reconcile and try to earn their losses not by gambling but by other legal methods to earn money. Not everyone get addicted but many of them do get addicted and cant stop themselves.

They didn't stop actually, their stop is just for temporary because they don't have enough money to continue their habit but as soon as they find some money to be spend on this again, they will not hesitate to gamble again since they do want to win back all the money that they have lost on it, which is a very wrong move to do since they do know that no matter how many tries are they going to make, still the result is the same.

Winning in gambling is not that simple, it is all about luck most of the time but skills are not needed, so if you are not lucky on the first, second third, fourth and so on, then you must know that you are not lucky on gambling, quit in an instant before you make yourself broke.
976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin cannot drop in price on: July 11, 2017, 10:37:34 AM
And remain the No. 1 cryptocurrency at that

If we are to cut the crap and face the facts, Bitcoin is at the top of cryptocurrencies simply because it has managed to attract the biggest amount of fiat (dollars, euro, etc) compared to other currencies (note that this has nothing to do with the so-called "market cap"). And it did so because it has been outpacing most other coins in terms of generating profits in the long term (while generating less losses when it didn't fare quite well, say in 2014-2015), apart from being the first mover, of course. Some coins have recently been (or had been in the past) more profitable than Bitcoin but they all lacked consistency, i.e. the capability of generating profits over long enough time frames. Conversely, if Bitcoin starts generating losses and that wouldn't be temporary while some other currency shows more profitability over the same time span, people will start losing interest in Bitcoin as a speculative asset and turn toward that currency. The inference is that if you want to make Bitcoin die a painful and miserable death, you should, first, make its prices at least stagnant, and, second, pour enough cash into some other coin (more or less decent in terms of technology behind it, say, Litecoin) while (and this is the most important point here) keeping this growth for a certain period of time until the process turns self-sustainable and self-reinforcing

That might not make a lot of sense in the past when Bitcoin was strong (since that would be outright prohibitively expensive), but things may change if, for example, Bitcoin fails to scale successfully. In fact, it may happen even without external and deliberate influence but just because of Bitcoin price declining for a sufficient amount of time on its own. And this is the point I want to discuss

Exactly, that is why I'm wondering why there is a lot of people asking or saying that bitcoin should die and other nonsense things about it. Bitcoin is the most solid coins amongst all the coins here in the crypto world since the first time it was release on the market, I mean bitcoin was made to be successful in this world of crypto but it took its time before it rise above the ground of the growing crypto world.

We are just ignoring bitcoin way back 2009-2010 (if I'm not mistaken) because people love the money, and bitcoin is not that valuable (based on its price) way back then, but right now, it is the opposite. Bitcoin's population is getting bigger and bigger as the day pass by, and of course with this growing population, bitcoin's demand is also increasing causing the price to skyrocket from time to time.
977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: July 10, 2017, 06:55:37 AM
It has been a good mid-year in 2017 for bitcoin it has reached $2600 and i'm excited to see the price of btc at the end of this year i believe btc will reached $3000 and more btc user will come out. Better kept my bitcoin and wait for the next year perhaps a good investment

I guess so, but bitcoin has still a long way to go, there are still going to be problems that bitcoin will face, for example in this coming August, the SegWit activation or hard fork is the one that we are worrying about here, because the bitcoin's price is at stake here, the possibility that bitcoin's price would be on the DUMP state. Splitting the bitcoin would a real problem, which is why let us all think that this SegWit thingy is not going to happen in August 1.

The bitcoin ETF is the one that we should be wishing to be propose again to the SEC for the second time rather than launching this SegWit activation thingy which is so very confusing.
978  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a source of income? on: July 10, 2017, 06:36:55 AM
Yes bitcoin was a source of income, for me to those who are leaving in their jobs they just think about their time management it is about their family time maybe that is why they choose bitcoin rather than to work outside with their boss because have bitcoin you can handle or make your own time to do it and have time with your family .

Maybe it´s because you can´t string two coherent sentences together.
I´m really not aggressive, but i´m fed up of talking child sentences !

And maybe you need to try to quote one post and not like this one, you are only commenting one single post which is not his fault if he is not that fluent on English, try not to be perfect here, why not try to post on their Local Board, Philippines and try to post your opinion there using their language, let's see if you are going to speak well in their language, let's not make this a big deal, and rather than giving bad comments, why not try to say it in a good way for you not to offend a certain person.

This kind of situation which is not speaking well in English is not a big deal on this Forum, I know that this is an English Forum, but I hope that you do know that we are all from the different countries here speaking different languages, so it is better for you to shut up and stop discouraging people.
979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: July 09, 2017, 07:51:56 AM
Why people should use bitcoin, because it is easy to send and receive money from all over the world, no need for iban no need to pay additional fees to the bank so it made our life easier.

Bitcoin is relatively new form of currency. People should use bitcoins because the transactions are made very fast, cheap and is highly secured you don't need to trust anyone else. you will have your own control on your money.

I disagree about the "cheap" term that you have used, because using bitcoin is not cheap, I mean even the transaction fee is not like that way it is before, it is too expensive to most of the users here in this forum, so I guess using the term "cheap" is not appropriate. If you are saying that it is cheap because you could buy things easily in a small amount compare if you are going to buy it through fiat, then I guess you do have a point, but still it is not a good thing to do.

Spending bitcoin on every transactions that you are going to have in your everyday lives for example is just a waste of profits that you could make out of it if you are going to hold it in the long run.
980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: July 09, 2017, 07:15:51 AM
Apologies if this has been asked but what do people think is most effective way to earn more BTC? Mining, Trading, or investing in alt coin?

Since you are just a newbie here and I know that you don't have that enough bitcoin to start doing Trading, or Investing, why not start on doing Signature Campaign and join the social media bounty in the Altcoin Section, in that way, you could easily earn bitcoin even though you are still a newbie here in this forum, it is not about the rank telling how much you could earn, it is about earning money in your own way.

Don't do this FAUCETS (if you are thinking about it) because you are just going to waste your time there, trust me, I've been there, done that.
