SL will be highly demotivated the way they are playing the matches and losing it. Losing the match by 366 runs is a big margin and they where never close to match the OZ team. With this performance they will need to make many changes or boost their players to play and win the matches in the world cup.
Sri Lanka indeed needs some psychological therapy. I am looking at their recent stats for both ODI and test in espncricinfo. And this is what I found: 2 test with Ozs: 2 - 0 whitewash Only T20 with NZ: Lost 3 ODI with NZ: Lost 3 - 0 whitewash 2 test with NZ: 2 - 0 whitewash This team seriously needs some psychological attention. |

Bad luck for Pakistan, it would be a easy win but they messed up. In BPL Ranpur won against Comilla victorians. Ranpur has a great batting line up organized with world's top rated batsman.

He didn't manage the fielders correctly, he was too afraid to bowl at the end, and he didn't do anything when only 11 runs were required off 5 balls. Pakistan's T20 series winning streak of 11 has finally come to an end today, special thanks to Usman Khan Shinwari, Hassan Ali, and Shoaib Malik for making that happen.  In one stage it was not impossible at all. The quick wicket falling basically took the match away from them. Hehe didn't really know the thread existed , well since this thread covers almost everything related to cricket matches , I don't go anywhere else but well it's nice to have a separate thread for only T20 discussions though , will hop on there later when I talk about T20.

Sri Lanka lost eventually. Australia won by 366 runs. The Sri Lankan could not even stand a chance in the 2nd innings. They lost all their wicket only to score 149. This is a bad tour for them. About the T20 section, I thought to have a separate section for this format would be nice especially when the IPL will start. |

Well Pakistan could not make it. South Africa won by 7 runs. There was a point when it was easy for Pakistan to win the match but they lost too many wickets at the end which eventually wasted the balls as well.

India lifted the trophy by winning the series 4-1. NZ would be extremely disappointed that they have lost in their home ground. Raydu was named Player of the match for making 90 runs and missed the well deserved century. Also Shami was named Player of the series.
India recently played well in Australia and they were favorite in NewZealand series also. The conditions were almost similar in australia and newzealand so india didn't have to work hard in order to get used to the conditions. The recent performance will help in the upcoming world cup this year. Anyone watching South Africa vs Pakistan T20? I think you have missed out England. For me England is of the favorite to won this world cup on their home ground.
India is a strong team but i think they may not preform that well on the English wickets. Pakistan can beat anyone on any day but they are not consistent so its hard for them to win all the consecutive knockout matches.
Pakistan in fact did win the Champions Trophy in 2017 in England. No one predicted it but they eventually had a good tournament. The reason I am not considering England to win because the history is not with them. They were in three finals but never was able to win a cup. Funny cricket, they never gone to the home who invented them. |

Pakistan is unpredictable so I am not still sure to take a side yet.
South Africa is playing well in this match too and not have lost many wickets. They are 94 for 2 wickets in 13 overs and still have 7 overs in hand. With wickets in hand, they should score about 170+ runs and give Pakistani batsmen a tough time as they are already struggling in the batting department. I am predicting another 190+ runs innings. Yh the Pakistan batting line is too fragile but this is T20 so chasing over 200 run is also possible by any team. You have 10 wickets to play 20 over which only need one player to hit and run. |

Also took a risk and bet on draw in SL v AUS match with some spare bucks because the odds were too good and I still feel SL can put on some good score if they manage to get 2-3 good partnership going . England lost 2 wickets for 49 runs only. Not looking good. Still 70 runs behind with 8 wicket remaining. I hope you win here. Guess what, I am having a feel that you already won the bet hehe We still need to wait for the Sri Lanka Vs Ozs match to see how Sri Lanka perform in the first session. So Sri Lanka lost all wicket in their first wicket for 215 run. Good thing that I did not waste my time watching their innings you won Maady. There are a lot of potential young tennis players coming up so even if Andy retires (we hate to see it), someone will come out and we will hear new names this year. And in the next couple of years we might see the eventual changing of the guards.

Indian cricket team is very powerful and has the ability to Won the World Cup this year in England but at the same time we cannot deny the fact that England is very powerful in their home grounds and they have the ability to give tough time to India and other strong teams.
Ahh England. They are another unfortunate team like the chokers. England has yet to win the World Cup can you believe it? They were in finals three times (1979, 1987, 1992) but could not turn any of it to get the trophy. |
