They're selling tokens which represent 1,000,000 NEM. These tokens are available to trade. If you bought a token then you'd be able to trade that token for NEM come the launch. 1000 of these tokens were issued. This system allows people to trade and establish a price for NEM in a roundabout way prior to launch.
You're right that you can't buy or sell NEM directly right now, but these tokens
represent a NEM stake as a kind of IOU.

Yes I understand, but what i'm trying to say is that there won't be any sellers till 30th of May, so you can place any buy bid before that day simply to cheer up everybody here or just for fun, and then remove it. So unfortunately these 60000Nxt offers mean nothing right now?
