1  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Affiliate marketing in crypto on: Today at 07:22:16 AM
Of course, a new and currently making reputation platform is  much better.
I think they're all the same if they're new, casinos, exchanges and products. All of them takes time to prove their worthiness and reputation in each of their markets.
Nope, not at all. There are some unreputed website/service offering affiliates that has issues regarding the distribution of affiliate rewards, either it's too delayed or not getting paid at all.
That's why it's better to use those partnership automation services like impact.com for affiliates for security of your rewards. Or choosing those website that has current marketing campaigns on other platforms to know that they are serious on having affiliates on their platform.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com has permanently closed my account with 17 000 USD in it on: May 27, 2024, 10:52:01 PM
This is one of the reasons why i cant comprehend to any casino who don't allow to re-verify your KYC docs after failing it especially if you completed the level 3 KYC and now only for "Source of funds" docs. They don't even give a detailed answer despite of your available balance which is a huge amount to consider.

I suggest to bring it to AskGamblers just like others mentioned, i hope your case will be resolved soon.
3  Economy / Reputation / Re: Unfair neutral trust on: May 27, 2024, 12:29:29 PM
If the community believes that I deserve this trust rating I will accept it. However, I wanted to share my perspective and ask for your understanding. I am here to learn and grow with the community and would appreciate any support or advice you can offer.
The neutral tag doesn't negate you and don't harm your profile, it actually suits what it's purpose so no need to make it a big deal. Usually neutral tag is easier to be removed of the one who gave it, unlike red tags.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Errol Spence vs Sebastian Fundora - Oct on: May 26, 2024, 11:55:59 PM
Errol Spence has to improve his quickness if he wants to beat the current champion.

On the height comparison, there's a huge difference as it looks like David vs Goliath.

Errol Spence : 5"10'
Sebastian Fundora : 6"6'
This is true, the height comparison and his quickness matters the most which will push him in the corner of getting beat. His last fight with Bud makes him like an amateur who can't throw a precise punch, he should work hard on it to get the fame back or else he will just end up like Thurman.
5  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Seabank sa P2P Exchange on: May 26, 2024, 11:47:22 PM
I used Seabank starting noong nag mandate si Shopee na need gumawa ang mga seller nila for withdrawing galing sa platform. So far ang daming benefits niya unlike other ewallet at banks, parang si Seabank ata may pinakamalaking advantage sa lahat as of now.

And yes, gamit na gamit ko siya in every transaction sa p2p, walang fees for transactions (withdrawals and deposits) although may limit lang, pero good pa rin. May discounts din sa pag load unlike sa iba na wala or may dagdag na fees.

As of now may virtual card na din sila tapus may rebates pa, waiting ako sa physical cards nila soon.
6  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pilipinas isang Top Crypto Country on: May 26, 2024, 11:42:35 PM

Plus farming at stacking airdrops. Well, wala naman masama pero yung iba is go lang ng go which is minsan ay nag sasayang nalang ng oras tapus wala la sa timing mag sell off, kaya lugi

In this chart, parang obvious naman kase, previously open ang government sa crypto even accepting foreign companies na mag base dito at may mga regulations about that. Sa daming users dito kaya ang daming crypto-related companies na naka based dito satin which is minsan na ti-take advantage ng ibang exchange at di na gumagawa ng hakbang para mag follow ng regulation at ayun na gawang example sa iba na ma ban.
7  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet.org SCAM accusations - a compilation on: May 26, 2024, 11:30:58 PM
Thanks, never met this website before. Why do they require phone number and alternative phone number?
Requiring phone number for registration is next to KYC and stacking numbers for marketing ads. Looks like SheldonCobb is the owner or a similar like manager of this site, i suggest you to remove that phone requirements, phone number as optional requirement is enough.
8  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] ChainSwap - Automatic cryptocurrency exchange on: May 26, 2024, 11:06:40 PM
If you are really so much into Privacy and anonymity, your service should probably have a Tor mirror as well as other several mirrors. When you start a no KYC exchange, be very ready that the Government and Law Enforcement are going to fight you, DDoS your site, Seize domains and even perhaps issue arrest warrants. It's very important you maintain the highest level of privacy right from the word go, rather than just promises.
Up to this one. TOR is always a place-to-go for those who prioritize privacy. Knowing that lots of privacy platforms were already seize and shutdown by authorities so its better to have it as an option to operate.

All reserves listed are under our ownership and presently allocated across our wallets/nodes. We operate independently without relying on any third-party liquidity providers.
How do we know if this is true? Is there a way of proving this?

I also think saying that your service has no limits and yet upon trying to exchange there are limits is a little contradictory.
Marketing gimmick, for google SEO, you name it... Owners will always just say that they will fix it, its just temporary, etc. Since this is only new platform, so let them be since there are still rooms for improvements.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins on Bitcoin blockchain, new crowd in announcement? on: May 26, 2024, 10:51:14 PM
The beginning of stablecoins was on the Omni Layer, which was a Bitcoin transaction except that it represented USDT value, and many stopped using USDT on Bitcoin blockchain due to high transaction fees, so I do not think that returning again to the Bitcoin blockchain would be beneficial.

The report above talked about test transaction on the Lightning Network using Taproot Assets protocol, and therefore it is similar to L-USDT Liquid-based Tether, and its impact on increasing bitcoin fees will be low (Lightning Network transactions will increase, which require two onchain transactions).
This is what i remembered when i read the topic's title. That bitcoin was used before for USDT token and sending fees always matter. So it's always a no-no if fee is larger than what your amount to be sent is.

Now that it uses lightning network for sending i guess that will be much better than before or compared to other tokens that was created under the bitcoin blockchain.
10  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Affiliate marketing in crypto on: May 26, 2024, 10:37:44 PM
Your affiliation with them will depend on how you're going to make articles or video tutorials for the people that might search for "how-to" with them. You can always plug your affiliate link to wherever part of your content will be.
Plus, choosing the right product/service to do an affiliate will do. Higher chance to get more affiliates registration is from new products/service instead of the old one where there are already lots of users. Of course, a new and currently making reputation platform is  much better.

12  Other / Politics & Society / Re: All in my head.. on: May 26, 2024, 03:29:09 PM
Politicians are backed with businessmen.

There will be someone who will raise their hand to make law/s, regulations that will benefit them and/or someone's known business this includes in crypto businesses including investments. Trump talking friendly about crypto now is just something like an attention seeker.

President's sweet-words regarding bitcoin is not always the case it's how the majority of the law makers and the votes will go through to make a law.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Waking up a dead or concluded discussion in a topic on: May 26, 2024, 03:09:31 PM
...such discussions in the OP arises in the future can that same thread be reactivated or it will be better to create a new thread?.
Depends on the question/s that is going to ask. If it requires much and detailed attention better to create a new thread.

Answering/replying an old topic/thread/post with detailed answers i guess will be fine but mods have different POV for that, once reported, highly likely it will be deleted.
14  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How is mempool.space making money? on: May 25, 2024, 11:59:56 PM
The site is more like on open source contribution on bitcoin community. I check the site and it just depends on sponsors as everybody pointed out. It's also good to note that they are offering API which is very helpful to other companies.

If I recall correctly, aren't they open-source
They are, check their github repo, there's an easy installation of their site there which will tell that its fully open source project.

15  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Freebitco.in login problem on: May 25, 2024, 11:53:29 PM
Everything worked perfectly for about a year until now for about 2 weeks I can't log into the account. I note that I log in everywhere I can. At home, at work on wifi, via mobile data. I was logged out of the account for security or something and when I tried to log back in I got a message saying that the credentials are wrong. I therefore tried to reset the password on my brother's advice. But I didn't receive the email until the next day, and the link was therefore invalid due to the time delay. So I tried the next day and no email came to me. I am using Gmail and following the advice I read here I tried adding noreply@freebitco.in to the address book.
Someone had the same issue posted on their ann thread, like passwords were change for security reasons and email is late to arrive as well which is a pain in the ass. You can try to reset your password on different time of the day until you receive the email.

I am not sure what is going on. He used to be so helpful, but lately he is not responding to any complaints
It looks like an internal issue of their company. Although his/her last reply on the thread was just last month.
16  Other / Meta / Re: Need help, Unable to post a topic as a single post on: May 25, 2024, 11:45:18 PM
I checked by hitting the quote button that there's an open url bbcode tag at the very end of the post, i put a close tag and hit the "Preview" button and it works. I just don't know if it will work if i hit the "Post" button instead.
17  Other / Meta / Re: Is this forum getting worse and worse? on: May 24, 2024, 11:52:22 PM
If there are more events, there will be more topics to discuss.
Indeed, but most "talked" discussion here are more forum related (recent mixer bans, events, etc.) outside topics can be discussed anywhere aside from here — Reddit and X (Twitter).
18  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin pizza is it an anniversary? on: May 24, 2024, 11:38:31 PM
I want to ask Bitcoin pizza day is it an anniversary? Like Bitcoin anniversary or Bitcoin day.
A simple "bitcoin pizza day" or that bold part (i made in your post) in google will give you hint and even answers your question of why there is such thing in bitcoin space.
Literally, there are things you should make a research first by using search engines before asking others.
19  Economy / Exchanges / Re: reliable exchanges ?.... on: May 24, 2024, 11:30:55 PM
but I will advice or suggest you do a research or browse for the best exchange that is suitable for your place and maybe after your research or browsing you compare the ones that have been given to you here I believe with that you can locate the exchange that will give you all the things you want or need.
That's the reason why he asked on this forum to get help from others experienced, it's part of the research. It will be suited to ask in local board/thread for those who live in UAE in this forum. But knowing this was asked years ago, i assume OP already had an account on any existing CEX available for his nationality.
20  Economy / Exchanges / Re: There's Something About This New Crop of CEOs... on: May 24, 2024, 11:13:53 PM
It's been a while since Binance got a new CEO thanks to CZ's departure. I came across a tweet talking about how Binance's online presence hasn't been the same ever since. The tweet talked about the importance of a charismatic Head for any company. Unlike CZ, Mr Teng doesn't seem to have that same type of commanding charisma online. Of course this doesn't affect Binance's order books that much, but in the grand scheme of things, I think it means a lot that folks don't get that same type of vibe anymore.
Because CZ was known of being active in CT, he's been there since binance was founded, and he is so hype in socmed. He even answers and accommodate some tweeted/posted account issue.
Teng is just built different, well he is doing his best i guess, but i rarely see his social activities.
