Thanks for all your opinions guys, its interesting to read different ways to see this, some of your replies match with my thoughts. About why i bought XRP in first place? Was my first coin when i enter onto crypto , and somehow i feel it to be safe , since it had real world usage and work with important companies , that make me confident. Also i thought if government ban crypto XRP its "safe" because work with banks , its less shady than BTC.
Now I understand on why you have chosen XRP over bitcoin and I can't judge you with that decision because if I'm new to this market, I'd definitely go with the assurance that my money won't be gone so quickly. So what's your final decision now after hearing most of the suggestion of the people here? Are you going to sell your XRP and move it to btc or you will keep it and buy bitcoin from your spare or few portion of your savings? This posts confirm me what i already think. Some of the people who answer in this posts gives wonderful suggestions , so very grateful to all of you that answer with constructive arguments (not saying BTC its god because yes like others) So i am planning to sell 60% of my XRP to buy BTC and also use a part of my savings to buy BTC. That way i will have a nice amount of BTC and don't lost all the XRP , you know just in case it pops up. So now the question its not "if" anymore its "when" , i will try to wait some time to see if XRP price go up to something like 0,40 then sold it for fiat , and after when BTC falls a little bit buy it. Thanks for the answers guys ^^

About your question @tomahawk9 , lately i was off from all kind of forums / social media due to a little healthy problem and changes that i made on my life, i still watch coinmarketcap sometimes and read some XRP news.I realize just no matter what happend if BTC its not performing well altcoins do nothing. Even with big good news BTC its so mandatory , i thought that could change over the years but seems it won't , thats one reason that put me on the path to change onto BTC.
Cheers!

Hi guys ! Thats a question i do to myself very often , and it always looks like the right answer. My main coin for now its XRP (like 3000) and a very few BTC (0.005).
I hold XRP from long time but i see BTC price raise a lot and XRP don't do much. They have a consolidated project but no matters what BTC price its still mandatory.
So the question is , should i sold like 2500XRP and buy BTC when this one have a price drop?
I know its something i had to decide myself , just looking for what you guys think. Thanks!

Thats what bother me in any coins related to crypto. Looks like no matter what your product is , what companies are involved with you , if BTC price fall down the other coins follow it to a lesser or greater extent.
It makes it looks like the only coin with is "real" and worth it its BTC.

If you have the files on your hard drive you are still able to recover it i think.
You should buy a new hardware like the one you have and do a full clone, to let the original one untouched, then try to recover the files of the new one (the cloned one) with software like recovery my files , recuva...
Maybe you can find something. As far as i know even if you format a hdd if you do not write data on it again the old data its fully recovereable.
Sorry to hear that story mate

Im hokding Dimcoin since the ICO and I really lost touch with the project. Its nice to see some progress surfacing on developments. Listing on new exchanges is always a good move forward, the key for dimcoin holders is patience.
And pretty soon, most likely in june, Dimcoin planning to launch HYBSE stock market. In my opinion, this is even more important than exchange listing. This step is the real key to success. More exchanges will list DIM afterwards for sure. That's the key for the Dim token to become valuable. The effect of staking and profit like with CB or soon IDEX are great and I'm really looking forward to it Yes , im pretty sure that in HYBSE its the game changer. Can up a lot the price of dimcoin and atract a lot of investors , or if its bad done and managed ruin the project.

DO what all other guys said (excel table etc..) , and also try to start with 1 or 2 bounty campaigns no see how it is , when you are more confortable with it and now how it works with organization you can do a lot of them at the same time

Yes why not , it will take a while but can do it. Also depends on news and what Government says on crypto regulations.
It depends on how much you have to invest too. Personally i will go with good and cheap coins (like xrp, nem, cardano, ark...)
If you have a decent amount to invest neo its a good option too.
But remember always diversify.

If you are not day trader and like to hold it, best advice ever , looking charts can get you crazy

That shit happend to me too. I think to sell Ripple when was 3$ but i think what if grows more? and i dont.
Then comes the DIP and i dont sold because i think that its temporal dip but look the charts right now...
had something like 4k in ripple what now its 900$...
Maybe i was too greedy. At least i hold and not sold on dip too.

If that happend would be epic, not just in the price of BTC but in promotion and usage of BTC. Would be very practical and nice to but things on amazon with BTC

I dont think so.BTC have larger community, its the most well knowed coin, and also the first one.

With that capital (150$) you should go with ADA i think , you will get a lot of coins and if someday grows...
Why no both? You can diversify your investments , if litecoin skyrocket cool , if ripple do it cool to , if you chose one of them its 100% on that coin.
buy more of the coin you like it more ( ex : 60-40% , or 70-30%) and the remaining to the other one

You Should not sold at 80% loss. Wait at least until coins go up to recover your investment. Its a risk , maybe drop more and you will be 100% loss , but IMO its a risk you have to take.

I would say NEM , XRP and ETH.
I think you could move some into cheap & consolidated coins (ex : nem , cardano , xrp maybe)
The question its, will be red again? Should sold now to rebuy cheaper? Want to do this the past two months but all time afraid that when i do coin keep pumping.
Its anyone in the same situation? or i am just a "scared" guy.
