Is there any ideas or clue what happening now in the ICO of Hearthy ?
Is there any new publication about they plan or improvement they do to their application ?
The update will be on thursday, yesterday was the last day of 50% bonus. check on their telegram they are much more updated there since most of the time the devs are active in telegram. try to visit to the telegram to know the upcoming update of hearthy. Im really sure it has good purpose but Me and maybe some of the member of this forum want to hear from you the real purpose and what can that "treatments" can do or will do the the patient ? |

I am a medical doctor. I have experience in telemedicine. I follow the medical thesis of medical residents in Paris, France about telemedicine So, I'm very aware of limitations concerning the physical examination of the patients. We never said that we will handle all the diseases in a teleconsultation. So please, read all the documentation that we wrote instead of inventing your own interpretations. It is not very efficient if you read 2 lines on a forum and you start making assumptions and asking questions that we already answered. Of course that we won't hire medical professionals that don't speak the local language. How can you even ask that sort of question ? What would the point of doing something like that ? Of course that we won't be able to handle problems of blood pressure if you don't know how to take it in the first place. Of course that not all the situations can be handled by telemedicine Our primary goal is that you have access to your medical records. It is not to say that we can solve all the diseases of the world. Which means that, at the beginning, we will probably hire excellent medical professionals to help you. Afterwards, we will scale up the amount of health professionals without compromising the quality. Also, take into account that among the creators of Hearthy there is people with experience on the domains that we talk about. Is there anyway we can monitor the presales of Hearthy or it can be only monitored during the ICO? I'd like to see some updates regarding the sales.
I feel the same so I tried to contact them on telegram and they said that everything looks good although pre-sale was started two days ago so they don't have enough data but they will update the site in the following days with their MVP and new advisors. Hello RareFortune, Please, let me add my 2cts on this matter. The success of an ICO today is a little bit uncertain and relies on many factors. Among them, there's the financial speculation of some potential buyers and since we can't escape that, we accept it because that's the "game" that we decided to play in. However, I'm sincerely curious about how this information would be useful to you beside the above mentioned reason. The answer to this question may help us understand better the different forces / motivations / incentives that our buyers have and would help us to better adapt to the market. Does hearthy gives emergency features like stroke/heart attack cases or same kind situation that they can use the system without any use of tokens? Or hearthy can offer some alternative for this cases?
I that kind of situations the important things is the data. Why ? Because people in that conditions can lose consciousness or be unaware of their medical conditions. On that situations, we can have an emergency code that can unlock certain data from your medical records that can be used by the frontline doctors that will handle your case |

i hope that hearty has a service like treatment first before pay... so that all people in philippines can get medical treatment fast. coz in our country, some of hospital especially private hospital need down payment first before consultation. not all people here are rich or in middle class. but if hearty 's main goal is to help people this should be one of thier priority. making digital health care system is amazing, but how can you amaze people when people in middle class and rich only can afford this health care.. tnx more power hearty
Hello, This situation is a little bit tricky. We have to evaluate the outcomes of the different clinical situations, of course. But in my experience as a healthcare professional, people have a very peculiar way to deal with "free" stuff. So although we don't want that the financial situation could be a barrier, we don't want to have economical biases on the perception of our medical value proposition neither. Given the fact that hearthy soon will be establish in the Philippines and Mexico, I just want to ask something. What will be the pros and cons of this project? As a filipino citizen, will it help our people whose having a financial burden afford the services that hearthy offers ?
Although hearthy does not help with financial aspects it can greatly help in the development of the healthcare system it is a great help for our country (phillipines) with a poor healthcare system. and also in the mexico. No, Hearthy also helps the people when is comes to financial problems. Based on what I read on their website, one of the purpose of Hearthy is to reduce or lessen the health care cost. One of the cons I think is when the system will breach and the data will jumble from one account to another. But I am sure that the devs have something to do when it will happen or should I say the devs will never let it happen. Im not saying that they wont help the people with financial problems, what im saying is even if they wont help to the financial aspect fixing the healthcare system is a huge help for the phillipines. i think you guys are both in the same side. although hearthy project doesnt directly affect financial aspect, maybe indirectly because the project lessen the healthcare cost. right? You're all on point, i think it's focus is to lessen the hassle of accessing the medical records if you are patient. maybe in some ways yeah hearty might help with the reduction of cost such as transportation cause and time allocations which i believe very important for the all of us. When we tokenize healthcare, and also healthcare data, a world of opportunities just appear, we have some great ideas in mind about converting our token on a saving product, that, when gaining value over time, can help people as their age raise, helping them to pay for medical services when it raises What do you mean by converting the token on a saving product? Is it means that by the help of Hearthy we can buy our medicine using our tokens? Because if it is, then it will be a great and smart idea. Imagine you do not need any cash if you need to buy some meds. You just need to send to the drug store your health care information like for example what is your illness or disease, how long has your illness, when is the last time you took up meds etc. then you will pay them using your tokens. I'm quite impress about the system of this project. Your description is on point my friend. That's EXACTLY what we want to do. |

The financial burden is not the only problem to solve. It would be a good solution to ask for 1 Philippine peso and give a bad service ? Our goal is to give a service that works from a medical point of view, do so with a good UX for the patient, and not losing money [I stress the fact that I don't use the word "profitable". I'm saying "not losing cash" very precisely], to make it sustainable. |

Another blockchain healthcare attempt that makes little sense.
The payment system won't work with insurance. It's a separate process that isn't mentioned here.
The whole idea is predicated on every healthcare entity adopting the same blockchain. Otherwise it's just another different system.
Hospitals have their own servers and utilize various programs. I have no issue accessing pt. medical records, documenting, billing..etc. All is done quickly and efficiently. The issue occurs across hospital systems, in which the medical records must be printed and manually entered into the next system.
I absolutely get how blockchain could help with that. But again, it's predicated on it being a universal adoption. If that doesn't happen, then it's just another system, same as any other.
If someone could create a universal medical data system from which each program (regardless of the program used) could access and modify - it would be huge! Think of it like the internet. One group uses Firefox, another Chrome, another Brave (shout-out to BAT). But each program allows folks to access the same thing. This is desperately needed in healthcare.

I have already created a telemedicine company in France and we have projects in 6 different countries. So I'm quite aware of the problems that you are pointing out. That would be an illusion. If I take again the example that you gave about Chrome / Firefox / etc... we don't want to create one of those. We want to create the HTTP protocol. A new one, but in healthcare. But to do so we need a MVP. That MVP will be like a little browser, that works in some place and then scale up from there. It will take years ? Yes.
