4  Economy / Scam Accusations / BITCOINTALK MODERATOR EXPOSED AS THIEF! BE WARNED! on: April 28, 2014, 02:11:50 PM
I would like to hereby warn the community!

David Francois a.k.a DAVOUT, the Moderator for the French section of Bitcointalk.org as well as the CTO of PAYMIUM, owner of INSTAWALLET & BITCOIN-CENTRAL.NET

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1929

http://fr.linkedin.com/pub/david-francois/61/40a/473

Whoever has funds in BITCOIN-CENTRAL.NET, be warned!!!

David Francois, and his partners stole 15 Bitcoins from me. I’m not the only one, there are more people who are still waiting for their Bitcoins to be “returned” to them 1000+ Bitcoins.

See here!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=167215.msg6278648#msg6278648                   (SUDDENLY LOCKED BY PIERRE NOIZAT (BOUSSAC)) Yesterday the 27th of APRIL

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587245.0                                                    (NEW THREAD)

As you can read in the INSTAWALLET thread this has turned into a pain staking process filled with lots of disrespect and arrogance by the THIEVES.

What I find incredible, is the fact that DAVID FRANCOIS is one of the MODERATORS on Bitcointalk.org. Since when do we allow known THIEVES to run a I would say pretty important Online Forum for the Bitcoin Community?

Due to this, I'm having even more frustration in this entire case!

There are threads with proof that DAVID FRANCOIS (DAVOUT) has been deleting posts (not only mine),

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=548245.0

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=372784.0

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=548099.0

several posts posted by me in the French section, where I tried to warn the community because I believe they have a right to know with whom they are dealing! Nothing but the truth! It even got so far as to him threatening to ban me (see quote below), if I would not stop spamming, one warning only, next time banned!

He won’t get away with it this time!

Hello,

As per moderation policy, spamming boards with unrelated messages is not acceptable and will not be tolerated any longer.
If you have things to say, whatever it is, I encourage you to use the appropriate threads, which you seem to have perfect knowledge of.

Further spamming will result in a permanent ban, there be will no second warning.

Kind regards

Funny, what is unrelated??? Are you hinting to you being THIEVES??? Because it doesn't really seem unrelated to me, as there are still many people who are at this time doing business with

BITCOIN-CENTRAL.NET,

which you guys run!

When is this site going to get HACKED???

These THIEVES cannot be allowed to walk off with other peoples Bitcoins and continue Operations, all in PLAIN SIGHT!!! Everyone is always all pissed about “Invisible” hackers, and now we got them served on a plate, and nothing happens???

Here comes the best part!

Our support team has review your case and is happy to report that we can proceed with a BTC refund if you agree with our terms.
Given that MTGOX went down since last september, we realize that a cryptographic proof may be difficult to obtain if you used mtgox to fund the wallets.

Therefore we agree to send a 15 BTC refund if these two points are met :
•   You can provide a high quality, uncropped scan of a valid state-issued ID.
•   You can provide the same bitcoin refund address that you mentionned earlier for confirmation.

We would also like to kindly ask you to take down these hurtful words, abject and unfounded accusations you made about our company and its staff.
As you may know, we will soon provide a cryptographically verifiable proof of reserves audit (also known as "solvency report").

Have a nice evening.

Best regards,

Support team
Bitcoin Central by Paymium

I could see that Pierre Noizat had forwarded an old mail of mine (November 2013) from his PAYMIUM account to the BITCOIN-CENTRAL Customer Service mail address just 30 min before I was mailed by BITCOIN-CENTRAL! Very interesting how all these different handlings keep pointing to the fraudulent activities they do!

But thanks anyways, you have given me my proof that they belong to me, now, and always have and that you should have returned them to me when I was in contact with you last year!!!

How come I haven't heard anything from you after this mail? I have sent you multiple reply's as to where I want my Bitcoins returned!!! Were you just out to get my ID???

DAVID FRANCOIS! How come after having tried to get them back for almost a year, and after having lots of messages from you (I HAVE PRINTSCREENS AND PROOF) stating that I will not get them back, I suddenly receive this mail stating my case was REVIEWED once more, and NOW I get them back..

One of the PMs you sent me stated:

"available funds being less than the total uninsured liability"

How about those funds we found tying to your wallet?

I also find it very interesting that you request from me in order for me to get my Bitcoins back:

"You can provide a high quality, uncropped scan of a valid state-issued ID"

What do you need this for?? As far as I know, there is no reason for you to need my ID, so please explain! I don't mind showing my true identity, but there is no reason that I can think of, apart from that YOU want to know who I am!

We need to get DAVOUT a.k.a. DAVID FRANCOIS removed off this forum as MODERATOR! He has been abusing the position of MODERATOR for his own, his THIEVING Partners’ interest and for the businesses they run.

THIS MUST BE STOPPED!!!! Help me forward this on to as much people in the Community before BITCOIN-CENTRAL.NET gets hacked AGAIN

GIVE ME BACK MY 15 BTC!!! You FINALLY admitted that they belong to me!

Hey man!

Please add me here!

15 BTC STOLEN from me by DAVID FRANCOIS (DAVOUT) and PIERRE NOIZAT (BOUSSAC).

It was stated, and repeated several time by Boussac, et al. that no accounts over 50 BTC will be returned till after all the other >50 BTC claims were processed first. This proved to not be the case from the very first payout, forward, some of which funneling back to the principals and those close to Paymium, with davout currently sitting on 1,384.35491053 BTC as seen in this wallet https://blockchain.info/address/16d1yGrEDqSY1xhCnAUWrkahGY2mkWdAYk in spite of having no known source of income to generate such a large bankroll. 252.35491953 BTC is probably his from whatever, whereas 1,132 BTC of that sum is clearly mind.

I wouldn't bet on the 252 BTC being his! STOLEN from others is what they are! My 15 are probably in there as well!

Ongoing list of InstaWallet wallets of interest. (even named the title of this post such for easy recovery down the road)

https://blockchain.info/address/1uKVtMUK7E2CkVynYa7ytnTu6wGqFTxUV

Have you checked these ones as well?

This is David Francois' wallet

https://blockchain.info/address/1DavouTAsveznCFHsz688xvbrRAq4u2qm8

If you look closely, before the "hack" there were mainly small transactions. Then suddenly after the "hack" on 2013-04-22 20:27:57      TXID: f08814e154dd270454ffcbe1aa97b7cf798e2fdf47cc6f1456e568b820f45016

the first of the large transactions in & out of his wallet started occurring.

QUITE A FEW High Valued transactions into/out of his account.

There's loads of other interesting transactions.

Here he sent 1,029 BTC to the following address on 2013-11-27 15:38:54 TXID 63718e56cfe440e3e9005379505f70790dace8b7d5151502b90c376e02b91bbb

https://blockchain.info/address/16d1yGrEDqSY1xhCnAUWrkahGY2mkWdAYk

Wallet still contains 1,384 BTC

JUST-DICE transactions to David's Wallet

2013-07-04 18:40:53        TXID:  829ee922d522ef14f23685bae9381152f2013e9617f1ee3b612835af224f37bd
2013-07-04 18:13:53        TXID:  5f801a8dc14473a9e41c1ef455fe0b14917dd4f5ac5e76a1beb112f0f00bf63b

Lets dig further!

If its true there is a link between MT.GOX/Karpeles and David Francois (DAVOUT), and possibly BITCOIN-CENTRAL, then lets find it!

Who knows what we might uncover! Its time to weed out all the SHIT from the Bitcoin Community!

If we want Bitcoin to succeed, then this needs to be done!

KARMA is gonna come get you DAVID FRANCOIS (DAVOUT)!!!!

Im still missing my 15BTC as well, as I had missed the claim process. I have mailed (seriously around a week after the claims process closed) all the proof to these guys showing that the 15 BTC are mine. I have shown every single transaction I made within Instawallet with all wallet URLS, exact amounts etc. Richard Caetano even confirmed all my data.

I was in the process of setting up a court case against these guys in my country. If enough International people join in we can make an International case of theft/fraud/money laundering and whatever else they have been involved in. If we work together and get all court documentation we can nail them.

Phinnaeus Gage lets get these THIEVES, Im willing to get the ball rolling in my country. If enough countries have arrest warrants/court orders etc against them, they will have a lot of difficulty traveling. The nice thing is that nowadays BTC are so much in the news, that our chances to get them are getting better and better.

Link with MT.GOX??? David Francois seems to know Mark Karpeles, (see link below)

You can also find their personal info in this article!!

Its extremely unfair, I missed the claims process but I moved the bitcoins with random amounts to loads of different wallets in instawallet. I can prove the entire process, Richard Caetano confirmed everything, and suddenly he wasnt working there anymore. He was the only one that actually made an effort to help me and take a look at my case to see Im telling the truth :-(
19  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Instawallet claim process on: January 06, 2014, 12:10:11 PM

Davout! Im still missing my 15 btc! Again, I have given detailed information to Richard Caetano about my case. He also confirmed everything was correct. How is it that you cannot just check the database, or whatever Richard checked and see that the information I passed on is correct? I just want my 15btc back!

I missed the 90 days, but I have given more information in regards to my wallets than anyone but me can know! All you have to do is check this info and give them back to me! Its almost a year now.

It seems you still have more than enough btc of other people who either cant prove or are not willing to prove or have forgotten that they had btc by instawallet. I on the otherhand gave you as much info as possible so I can get them back, even info in regards to individual movements of btc between the wallets! All you have to do is trace them back and confirm the data I gave you!

How long do I need to wait for you to check this still? As I said Richard did it, so why cant u?

20  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Instawallet claim process on: November 21, 2013, 01:21:10 PM
Look, there is a very precise reason a proper claims process with a proper claims interface was set up.
There is also a very precise reason why the claims period had to be limited to a fixed time-frame.
There is also a very precise reason why claims were only processed when people were able to provide the correct URL to their wallet(s).
And finally there is a very precise reason why the claims were processed through this interface and not by e-mail or by teleported napkin bits with half a URL written on them.

I think you fail to understand at least one of these reasons, tell me which one and I'll explain.

Please explain this one:

"There is also a very precise reason why the claims period had to be limited to a fixed time-frame."

What is the reason? So you could steal all coins not claimed in this 90 day period??? Its the only reason I can think of, especially as Im giving you guys (more detailed) proof that I owned ALL wallets where my coins were in, then if I had just confirmed an e-mail address during the claims process through the interface.
It seems you guys just dont want to give me my coins back.
