I completely agree with you! ETH is really the king of IСO. A year ago I had doubts about this, I was hoping for the "WAVES" platform ... but they did not justify themselves. (too many scammers on their base, in several times more than on the basis of ETH)

Yes, white paper is very important, for every project! As for me, the most important thing is that the project should clearly formulate all stages and have approximate implementation dates. But personally, I believe that the project team is much more important than white paper.

Эта новость приятно радует! я думаю , что в менее развитых странах интерес к криптовалютам еще более выражен ! все хотят заработать ! Но в более бедных странах интерес к криптовалютам выражен из-за баунти !

Экономика держится только на нефти, у которой нисходящий тренд и со временем почти все перейдет на электроэнергию.

Completely disagree with you! I believe that the Waves have no future! (as in most Russian projects). There are a lot of scammers on their base!
But you are right that Bitcoin is really outdated and soon it will be replaced by more advanced altcoyins (but Waves are not one of them)

But personally, I believe in it! And how for me 2020 should be very profitable! many IСO projects in which I participated, planned the release of their product for 2020!
