Nop i dont think they will but with some regulations it will be more trustfull so scamers would leave it soon or late and investors wouldnt invest in projects which havent any results before ICO.

I don't think by an indistinguishable path from you, icos are something to be thankful for all things considered. Perhaps without them, there would not be a fourth of all the altcoins that are on the main 20 right now.

As of now ico's will totally die as there are many people who do not mine or are creator to create coins and new technology. We need investment and different country to invest so the main capital can flow to the crypto markets.
But I believed crypto will survive for many years as so many investors incourage to invest their shares because crypto is the best advertisement of there product or projects.

I don't think ICO will disappear this year, and the first four months of this year are really ICO sluggish, mainly because a large number of non serious ICO projects have come into the market, and I think ICO will come back after the first half of this year's amendment, which is still a good way to promote new projects in the encrypted world.

I don't think cryptos should be mixed with startups/kickstarters. Cryptos should be trustless, transparent and decentralized, ICOs are none of those things so using a blockchain platform doesn't really offer any benefits to them, in fact just giving a bad name to cryptos.

But a lot of crypto-newbies gamble with them thinking they know what they're doing and that crypto is all about pumping and dumping random "projects". These people ignore, or not even aware what crypto stands for and just giving a bad name to it. And they will eventually get burned and hate cryptos altogether. Profits aren't made from nothing, it comes from other people's losses.

That's how it goes even in economies you know. In the real world economy and market, sometimes, the way for you to earn is to take money from other people's losses. Stock market and forex is a very good example.
