This people-moving drone has completed more than 1,000 test flightsMost drones are small, and carry nothing except cameras. But Ehang Corp, a major Chinese drone maker, has been busy testing its Ehang 184 flying taxis, a drone designed to transport people. It's now completed more 1,000 test flights with and without passengers, as CNN reports. Ehang burst onto the international scene at CES in Las Vegas in 2016, promising a dream of personal robotic transportation by drone. Now it looks like it's made good on its promise, with more tests to follow in Dubai and Las Vegas. Importantly, the 1,000-plus flights have involved a broad range of conditions, including traveling in inclement conditions. With eight electrically-powered rotors, the Ehang 184 can fly for 10 miles at speeds of up to 80 mph or more—a handy way to hypothetically beat the traffic to airports in places like New York, Las Vegas, and Shanghai. One hang-up: it's meant for just one passenger, though it's been stress-tested with a payload of 500 pounds. Another hang-up: it can only carry people and cargo for 23 minutes. The key to the Ehang 184's operations is its automated flight system; its flight computer pulls data from onboard sensors and uses satellite navigation to chart the safest path. If damaged, it's designed to make a controlled descent to safe ground. The Ehang 184 is one of several serious passenger drone companies looking to take to the skies—Airbus is another contender. While automated passenger drones would make urban commuting easier (at least initially for anyone who can afford to ride—travel like this tends to be pricey), the flight performance and AI behind them could revolutionize retail logistics. Chinese retailer JD, for instance, is experimenting with payload delivery drones that can lift up to one ton. And drones like this also have military potential for uses in situations like carrying supplies, evacuating personnel, and transporting special forces. Ehang's CEO, Hu Huazhi, says these passenger drones will first focus on carrying wealthy customers to establish a customer base (making it much like Elon Musk's strategy for Tesla). Then, ideally, economies of scale would democratize passenger drones, so everyone else can take to the sky. That, at least, is the futuristic vision. Yes they still need a landing platform with visibility apparatus for easy landing. Actually in investing in ICOs is like gambling. There are very realistic projects conducting ICOs but in the end they turn to be just imaginations and the developers are no where to be found. Due to the increasing number of vehicles on the road, traffic management has become very important. Traffic issues are becoming more complicated as time passes by. It's hard to monitor 24/7 the whole roadways because of limited resources. By using drones in traffic management, it can monitor roads day and night.
This is true but a continuous monitoring using drone at this time is not feasible due to the short battery life. Its better to use CCTVs with high definition cameras. Visual monitoring using cctvs and drones is just one aspect of traffic management. The national and local government will really need to have a proper plan to address issues like traffic. Even the helicopters during the old times of monitoring the traffic have limited time of surveillance. On the other hand CCTV could be a good replacement in monitoring the roads but installing it could also be expensive and limited only to some area. In conclusion Deep Aero would be the most logical thing to use to monitor the traffic. |

Until now, we use helicopters to perform traffic control. But we do know that drones could be used for monitoring traffic and it is more efficient and has more of use. Drones will not only use to monitor road traffic, it can be used to catch drivers that over speed.
This is not true. traffic monitoring is all about CCTV now, and it is working great. now that DRONES were launch we are now engaged to a new system. HELICOPTER + CCTV = drones. this is the real world now. I think drone usage will greatly improve the surveillance and minimize the effort of people who drive helicopters. Live coverage of traffic monitoring will be easy with the use of drones because they can manually control the drone or automatically by using programs or system online. Aside from this cost of monitoring traffic thru aerial view will greatly decrease by almost half of the total cost. It also actually helps environmentally by reducing the carbon footprint emitted by the helicopters. |

Deep aero will definitely have a big impact to change the world. maybe in research, cargo and surveillance, but for the transportation! they might need more time for that. people are used to with drones, but not for the means of transportation now. Deep Aero will not just change the world, it will change the lifestyle of the people. In fact, more innovations will come using AI and blockchain technology. We don't know, future unmanned aircrafts will discover the another form of earth in space. A kind of planet that is located in goldilock zone. Using unmanned aircrafts, there is no risk and I could say it will become true. Deep Aero will innovate space shuttle soon! There is no impossible right now if ever drones will use in order to search for a new earth. I am also imagining like you and it is good if Deep Aero will do it because its function right now is more simple but I think there are lot of changes and updates in the future. Yes but it will take more time. Currently Deep Aero, even if implemented will be too costly for regular people to use. Unless of course you were able to purchase Deep Aero token during ICO sale prior to everything and hold to it until such time that the technology is available in your country. This is actually a good opportunity to invest in the future. This project is like a dream project. It's not something you can do now, but you know you can do it later in life. I think acquiring the service of Deep Aero rather than owning a drone for transportation will be much cheaper. Yes, that is true. For me, this is the greatest feature of this project. Because to have an opportunity to advertise your own skills and experiences to a platform like this that are full of credible people would be the best thing as a freelancer because it is making things easier for you. I think nobody here will argue that BTC is the best coins to invest as of the moment. Adding altcoins like Ethereum and Litecoin might be also good proposition since ETH always gives strong place as a contender to BTC. Cryptocurrency investment should always have a combination of BTC and altcoins. |

Ah. Technical analysis. One of the most controversial topics when it comes to trading.
There are people who says that TA works, then there are people who say that its pure BS. Personally? I don't think so. I think that the cryptocurrency markets are very easily manipulated by whales and news alone, and I'm pretty sure TA can't predict those manipulations, but I also think that TA helps to only a certain extent.
What combination of techincal analysis do you really use?: I'm not exactly sure, but what I know is that people has their own ways of doing TA; that's what I think due to me watching a good number of videos on youtube of people demonstrating TA.
So what do you think is the most useful analysis in crypto? The crystal ball I suppose. Dude even in stock market whales exist, don't demonize the cryptocurrency, saying that easily manipulated, technical analysis is useless etc is baseless. TA is only a guide it will help you give a clear option if you want to take the risk or not and even you have given a good advise it will not guarantee you success. You still need supplementary analysis for your TA. |

This certainly good news for Ripple holder. Among the cryptocurrencies I see ripple as the most promising because it has support from the banking industry. Although it can be consider as trojan horse in cryptoworld I still believe that it will still evolve and will become more independent from regulators. |

and follow across much of Asia, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Chinese mainland markets are closed Feb. 15-21.
This is true since the trend I see in the graph as of the moment is sideways. During this trend a lot of investors and traders are watching the development. The US CFTC comments are really a game changer because it does positive reaction to the crypto investors. A couple of days and crypto will back to normal. |

After a while here in the forum I read a lot of members worrying about there crypto investment/trade. I would rather choose a stable and highly trustworthy altcoins to invest for the long time rather than chasing those coins thru trading. I find it super stressful to read those people losing large amount of their hard earn money.

The difference between the two is in mining you working for the money while in investing money are working for you. If I have money I will focus more on investing. Investing still the most profitable among the two options most especially if you are good at finding good altcoins. Mining should be done if you are only looking for another source of income for investing. |

The only thing I really don't like about merits is that they should better distributed it according to activity. So, activity 390 and activity 250 differ like 5 months of posting, and it is not honest, when they don't take this point into consideration and put some members back to the start line
I think the more affected with this new system is the newbie like me, but the higher rank benefits most. A little bit disappointed but that's the rule of the forum. The market will stable maybe 3rd or 4th week of February. The chart almost reach to a level to the lowest. Soon enough more investor will think that the coins is cheaper and the right timing of investment will be the next trend.
